The lady Dr holly is absolutely amazing and wonderful. The male doctor is literally afraid of a lab mix and backed himself away from the door and into a corner, then asked me to remove myself and dog from the room so he could get out the door. Would give 5 stars because the rest of staff are also amazing, however I will never be able to look at a vet with confidence if he's afraid of dogs wagging their tails at him and trying to say hello.

Our dogs are our children and we are so thrilled to have Vets that we can trust! Dr. Nathan and Dr. Holly are excellent. We drive the extra distance to come here. We highly recommend them!

The team at Lakemont Village Veterinary are very attentive, caring, and provide expert care for your pets. Our 15 year old shephard mix recently needed surgery and dental work, and she has bounced back like she's 5 years younger due to the care she received here. Dr. Nathan followed up to ensure our dog was doing well and recovering from the surgery while providing all of the detailed instructions to take care of her at home. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else for their veterinary needs!

My family and I have taken our cats and dogs here since 1999, and I could not ask for a more wonderful vet. I got two cats (sisters) of my own in 2002 during college in St. Louis, and I would bring them home on winter breaks because Dr. Nathan is that fantastic. One of the things I love about Dr. Nathan is that he genuinely cares about his clients, both animal and human. I lived in New Orleans for several years, and I was disappointed by the way the vets (I tried three, all highly rated) were pushy and seemed like they were more interested in money than the animals. That is most definitely not the case here. One of my two cats developed kidney failure at the beginning of March this year, and while we tried giving her subcutaneous fluids, her heart wasn’t strong enough, and she had to be put to sleep at the end of April. During that period Dr. Nathan and staff were so kind and supportive, and after my cat was put to sleep, they sent me the most beautiful and thoughtful card. Losing my cat was an extremely traumatic experience, but I’m grateful that I had Dr. Nathan and his staff to help me through that period. On a somewhat random note, the clinic has delightfully quirky paintings in the exam rooms, like a dog as Charlie Chaplin and dogs as Star Wars characters. I mention this because I think it captures the friendly and playful atmosphere of the place and the people.

It's very difficult and daunting finding the right vet. I hate places where they just try to upsell you unnecessary products or services and if you don't get it, they make you feel like you don't love your pet. My experience so far with this place has been wonderful! Everyone here is so sweet and welcoming! Dr. Holly is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. While other vets immediately muzzle my dog before any physical interaction, she takes the time to get to know my dog first. I have a Maltipoo who likes to act tough. The vet administered the immunization (vs. tech) and she did it in front of us. She spent so much time answering all of our questions. Definitely very much appreciated for an initial visit.

Dr. Nathan has been taking care of my dogs since the clinic first opened. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Nathan is the best!

Dr. Holly’s attention and care is unmatched. It truly feels like she is concerned with my dog’s wellbeing as much as I am- and I am definitely a severely over concerned dog parent! I have moved twice, each time further away from this vet- I still travel out of my way and won’t go anywhere else.

We’ve first went to this hospital last year due to convenience as we lived near Lakemont village. We’ve since had positive experiences since then. My dog gets pretty anxious with strangers but Dr. Holly is great in treating him and making him feel comfortable. She also explains different treatment options and is upfront with her recommendations. The front desk are always nice and the schedule is flexible. Would recommend to anyone.

Honestly can’t say enough praise about this establishment. I was able to get an appointment in the same day I scheduled to put my beloved kitty cat to sleep. It was a horrible day and decision to make.. but my new friends Dr. Holly, along with her assistants Allison and Amy, made it so much better. Such compassion and empathy. Thank you ????

My three dogs have been seeing Dr. Webster for the last 6 years since we've moved to the Bellevue area. He's just awesome and his team of helpers are great. I love communicating with them via email or phone, they are so efficient. Dr. Webster always takes the time to explain what he's thinking. I know that he has the best interest of my dogs in mind and treats them as he would his own. thanks guys!

Dr. Holly and Dr. Claire are both great with my shih tzus and me. When my dog Jake had a rare cancer she worked hard to find an anti inflammatory in conjunction with SVS that would work with all of his other issues. I also love Carrie the office manager and all of the folks that work there- they are so kind to my pets!

We have never forgotten the wonderful service, care and precision which the Lakemont Village Veterinary Hospital staff treated our bullmastiffs (Oz and Dazee) and ourselves. Oz required extensive gum surgery and we had Dazee's teeth cleaned at the same time. While she was under the Dr. agreed to try to do something with her eyelid that had been causing her discomfort her whole life, they also did a laser nail trim that was phenomenal. While we nervously waited at home they did a beautiful job, Dazee was so happy the rest of her life it was truly remarkable. We will never forget their kindness and experience, we won't hesitate to go back
