Just want to thank you all for getting Ace in so soon and doing his surgery. Are other Vet was not willing to get us in for 3-4 months Thanks so much with letting us know how he did and how he was doing while his stay there with you. You have now got a new pet to take care of when needed.

The All Creatures team recently walked with us through the loss of our husky, Aurora. While I recognize this is the very hardest side of this field, I cannot speak highly enough on how compassionate and accommodating the team was, and how they went above and beyond in helping us every step of the way. PS, sorry for crying on the phone with you so often these last couple weeks. You know how it is.

Having had dogs with unique special needs, the staff is always so compassionate and good to them. They are busy (because they are so good/popular) but still continue to go above and beyond. I love the way they love the animals they take care of, it’s easy to see that they chose their profession for all the right reasons. Nothing is more comforting than knowing our furry family members are in good hands. Grateful for everything they do-

I had to put my cat down yesterday, and the staff here was so incredible. They were double booked and crazy busy, but the moment they started to care for my cat I could tell their full attention was on her and being very patient with me and my mother as we said goodbye. They were respectful and kind in a very hard moment and incredibly attentive. When we got home, they sent over flowers and their condolences and it meant a lot to me and my family. We were very blessed to have the experience we did, it made saying goodbye a little smoother.

We had a week of hell when our little dog fell ill and we did not know why. Our regular vet was unable to see us- something that seemed to be happening more and more. Dr Tim was awesome with us and went above and beyond to help us determine that she had a ruptured disc. (Including having us text him a video of her to determine how to proceed.) Once she was diagnosed, we felt so much support from the whole staff in helping us to a neurologist at an emergency vet center- MRI and then surgery right away. We are very grateful to have our sweet girl recovering well and needless to say All Creatures in now our new veterinary clinic!

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable and it is definitely a very affordable vet clinic, but they seem to be too busy to take the best care of their patients. They consistently run late on appointments, I am always put on hold when dropping off or picking up (they are still requiring calls from your car to check in your pets, and it always takes me some time to get through), and the small parking lot is always full which creates some fun traffic jam issues with everyone having to wait in their cars. The most upsetting thing is my dog has to wait 8 weeks from her x-ray appt to get her surgery, which doesn't seem appropriate for a senior dog hopping on three legs and putting so much extra pressure on her other three knees. I wish they would have offered a cancellation list, or provided better at-home care advice while we wait.

This is my go to vet. When I first moved to Washington in 2010, my dog had this oozing sore on top of his head. I didn't know what it was and was very worried. Since I just moved here I had no idea who to go to. I called a vet in the area and they said they could not see my dog for a week. So I went down my list and called All Creatures. Jan immediately told me to come in and Dr. Cavanagh looked at Wolfie's sore. It turns out it was a bad hot spot. I didn't know this. From that day on this was my vet for all my pets. My son also brings his dogs there now too. I love everyone one of them for their caring and making you feel that your pet is important not just another client. All Creatures cared for my doggie till the end. Dr. Cavanagh cried with me and hugged me when I fell apart. I will never take my pets anywhere but All Creatures.

These people are are wonderful and they really are devoted to the animals.

Very caring and respectful of the needs of our pets and pet owners. When having to say good bye to a loved pet they feel the sadness right alone with you. I have full confidence in the staff at All Creatures.

All Creatures has been our vet for 20 years and has taken excellent care of all our cats and our dog. They are knowledgeable and share everything they know with pet owners in order to make the best decisions for our pets! We highly recommend them.

The vets and staff are AMAZING! My vat Spectre recently cut his toe very deep. Dr. Tim fit him in instead of having us go to an emergency vet. They are maybe 10 minutes away from us and we will be taking all our babies to them in the future.

The very best vet we have ever had for our pups. We miss him so much, but have moved to far away. He is very knowledgeable, usually do not wait more then 10 minutes to see him and he always gives you plenty of his time. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has animals.
