Extremely ufortunate job on a family pet. Our poor baby is shaved completely!!!!

We brought our pomeranian to her a few months back she shaved her exactly how we wanted. We took her in today and asked for what she did last time and she shaved her completely she looks ridiculous. if Robin wasn't going to groom her how she did last time she should have called us.

Great service. Amazing job with both of my dogs. They smell and look great and they nails are great too. My little chihuahua hurt her back paw/nails. Robin did such a wonderful job with her and age was healing from her appointment on. My male daushound was really bad and they treated him so well. Again, ladies thank you and I appreciate your help today!

Our three Doxies had their nails clipped today. It was a good experience for each of them. Robin talks to them and soothes them and does a great clip job. Robin’s is a pet friendly place, for sure. She even had deer chew treats for them. How nice is that?! ????????????

75.00 for a bath, nail clipping and a brush out. I have a 40lb Corgi/Shepherd mix who is shedding his winter coat like crazy.....NOT matted as she claimed... Very disappointed and feel that this place is price gouging because of the virus.. The average price for my dog is generally 30 to 40 dollars... Very disappointed....

They left my dog looking all patchy and even bleeding on some areas and ended up putting duct tape on his paws when we received him. We did NOT pay for this service at all

No idea if this is a good groomer or not. I called, left a message, and they NEVER called back. Guess they just have enough clients because they obviously don't want more.

Very compassionate. Checked both dogs for any problems other than trimming nails.

I had a appointment for my dogs I got there about five minutes early no one was there lights were off so on the way back to my car another fella came with his dog he and I waited in our cars for awhile and then both of us left. I don't know how she has a business at all if she is not there I read another review and there experience was the same as mine

I set up appointments twice now, both times were great. She was professional and welcoming, and clearly cares about my dog. She offered to have me bring him back in a few weeks for a toe nail trim, free of charge, which I thought was really sweet. Great prices, and great service. My dog always smells great when she's done with him!

Advertising "walk ins welcomed", I went twice to the location.. Both times, sign said Open, it door was locked and no one answered... Went to car and called... No answer... I would not consider this prof spinal behavior, or even one I choose to support.. ✌️
