Great employee's and they are very knowledgeable.

Love this place. Not as good as Petco or PetSmart or anything like that but for the side of town it has just about everything you need. I would try tractor supply first before you get any essentials because they are a lot cheaper because it seems like the store hikes up the price because they know they are the only pet store around

They want to be PetSmart or Petco and fall just short by being a little bit smaller and less well stocked. However, since they're really the only big pet store in Aberdeen I guess they're ok. Their prices are a bit higher but they also carry brands your won't find in a supermarket.

Not a good variety of items by any means. I'm not sure what their focus is other than pet grooming.

These people are awesome. This place knows about pets and has the inventory to back it up????

Friendly helpful staff. Only issue is the website says this location offers grooming, which it does not. No grooming available.

Stopped by to get some new toys for our pup. My husband with health issues asked where the bathroom was. It wasn't the reply that there were none available to the public.... It was the rudeness and fact that we were a bother to him. Walked out with bad feelings and no purchases.

They were so very helpful and did extra research to help me find the right dog food as my jack chi needed to switch to a diffrent brand. I would rate this place better than any pet store ive been to. Excellant in every way.

A great place for pets

Super friendly and helpful staff! I needed new harnesses for my dogs and they helped me make sure I got the right size by fitting them on both of my dogs! Amazing!

This was my first visit and I thought it was a pretty comprehensive pet store. They had a pretty large variety of items just not massive amounts of each thing. Whoever does the ordering knows this small community well. I have a large dog and right when I walked in I found a hoodie just his size. Trust me, his size is hard to find. See how cozy he is in it? I saw items in all price ranges so don't come here only expecting specialty items and prices. They carry mainstream brands as well as specialty brands. BONUS They carry Fromm dog food which is what my guy eats and it's another hard to find brand. So if you have pets...check this place out!

They are struggling keeping dog food in stock.

For 5 and a half months I have walked into this location five times. Two with a resume and two with a hand written letter. I called four time and the last time a few days ago was asked to bring another resume so I did. I have five years of pet nutritionist experience and spent the last three years as a government employee at the USPS as a post man. Everything I call including to day they say the are hiring and need help bad. But I have had zero calls for an interview no matter how many time I apply or walk in with a resume. They are not even interviewing people

Discontinued true source cat food..there own brand. Never have anything in stock always running out. I'll have to make the drive to Olympia never can find what I need

????️ for dog house and the company does not provide them. Our area is mild weather most every season and when to cold I think owners would bring their dog in. I know I would.

The cashier was very helpful and even though they didn't have everything I needed, she took the time to check the stock status of the item for me.

Was looking for a good brand of dog food. A clerk came and spoke with me. Shared the dog food program. Excellent customer service. Wish I would of gotten her name.

I walked in without a mask asking if I have to wear it and a lady rudely told me “if you’re vaccinated you don’t” As I’m waking through the store, it looks like they don’t even mop and if they do it’s with just dirty water probably. Not sanitary at all. Also, the lady in blonde hair was on her phone not asking me or others for help… I was watching. I don’t think I’ll ever come back. Whoever is the manager of the store, they need to clean up after themselves at the nail trim area. Clippings & septic powder everywhere!! I know there is favoritism there because I’m friends with someone who did work there. I believe them. Who snitches on each other when it’s the same the other way around? Hypocrites. I notice these things because I’m a manager for my own store.

Located in Aberdeen, wa. They have just about everything you need for your four legged kids! Also carry bird supplies, rodents for reptiles, ect.

Ok but didn't have even a quarter selection of pet products that Petco has. Was a bit disappointed, but the employee was friendly and managed to find a food that my dog that has had pancreas can eat on our trip as his got forgotten at home.

I don't like that you have to make an appointment for a nail trim..I worked for a groomer for 10 years more on than off...it literally takes five minutes. It's easy to do I just don't do my own little guys as he HATES his feet messed with. It's
