Perfect place for you 4 legged friends

I worked directly beside here. At 8am a women came out screaming at the dogs and I heard dogs whimpering in pain till 830am. The dogs were going nuts I'd question the owner if your dog was here oct 2nd

Very personable and even sent photos of our dog to calm our worries. He looked very happy and seemed to be enjoying himself. The staff called and asked great questions so they could better understand him and take care of him as well.

I brought my Doberman here for one week stay and he had preexisting cut in between his toes that became infected on the second day of visit. I was sent videos and pictures and updated everyday as to what care they were giving him. They soaked his foot daily and cleaned it and had their own vet administer pain medicine and antibiotics. They were extremely concerned and attentive and when I picked him up and brought him to my vet she told me that the care given was excellent and that his foot was healing nicely as a result. I’m very impressed with the service considering the situation required so much extra work on their part. Speaking with Kathy and Jody throughout the process it is very obvious they are dog people and care about them like they are their own. Thank you. I appreciate what you did for Zeus and will see you again sometime in the future.

My dog stays there frequently, she comes home happy and healthy, I like that she gets to play outdoors with other dogs and with people. :) Also they are great about keeping track of vaccinations and making sure dogs are up to date before they come to stay.

A place to take your dog or cat and be able to leave them knowing that they are going to get almost as much love as if they were at home.

Every visit has been incredible. My two dogs love going here and are always greeted with hugs from the girls that work here. Highly recommended and constantly am telling everyone I know to go here if they ever need someone to take care of their fur babies.

I have taken my 2 year old Am Staff to Green acres on two occasions and they are my location of choice when I have to go out of town and leave him behind. I trust the staff to care for him and keep him safe.

I had made a previous booking at a different kennel and when I called to confirm they couldn't find my booking nor had space for my 3 dogs. I was in a complete bind and I called Green Acres. They fit me in at the last minute and im so glad my other booking fell through because I was able to find this kennel. The staff are absolutely amazing. It was the first time I had ever left my dogs anywere. The staff sent me daily pictures of my dogs playing in play groups with other dogs and I could tell they were having the time of their life. I wont use any other kennel but green acres. They are absolutely amazing

One of those rare businesses where I wish I could give a 10/5 review. I have been taking my furball to Green Acres for about 3 years now whenever I am out of town. I have a wolf so she is not the kind of dog you can just take anywhere. The dog handlers have to really know dogs well to be able to gain her trust. I have taken Tiva for lengths of time up to 4 months this last trip. Every single time they treat her like family. This time I returned home and was in the 2 week quarantine and I talked to Kathy to update her and Kathy actually offered to drive Tiva form Abbotsford to Burnaby for me since I could not leave my place...FOR FREE. That blew my mind. They are such an incredible crew at Green Acres and its immediately evident that this is one of those rare companies run with a passion for what they love not simply as an avenue to make money. Thank you Kathy and your team for what you do. If you have not taken your dog here then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do....If you have taken your furchild there then you know exactly what I mean. Keep up the great work guys.

My dog loves the ladies at Green Acres. Ample room for all sizes of dogs and clean. Cathy and Olivia are very loving and my dog was happy when I went to pick him up. They took care of his special diet and meds with no hesitation. Of course he came home dirty but that was because it was wet spring and he was outside playing with all his fur buddies.

Cathy was our Angel! Friends needed help accommodating an absent owner’s two dogs. She came to our rescue! The dogs were cared for with compassion until the owner could return home. Thank you

I have used Green Acres on a number of occasions as I travel frequently for work. Kathy and her team is extremely accommodating and Denver (my puggle), is always quite happy to spend a few nights. Very personable, fair value, and I feel comfortable leaving our family's pup in her hands! Thank you!

Kathy & Dave are such warm & welcoming people & our 4 year old rotti is always excited to go to Green Acres. They would have already gotten 5 stars from us based on all the usual good stuff and then this happened... After a weekend stay we picked up Bodi & Kathy told us that he hadn't eaten his brekkie (super weird). A.) They noticed & B.) They knew it was important enough to pass this info on to us. Sure enough for the next 3 days he was so sick (out both ends). Vet said it would never be known where he picked up the infection but got our pup patched up quick. Blaming nobody, I let Kathy know just in case she noticed any other dogs with similar symptoms. A couple of days later I got a vmail letting me know she had gotten vet advice about potential problem areas on the property, all of which came back clean. She took steps to ensure those areas would not become problems in the future. What amazing follow up, right? I called to tell her so & to re-state that I didn't hold the kennel responsible at all. A week later we came home to find a very thoughtful, extremely unnecessary but totally appreciated something-something in the mail. Above & beyond!

Left my 10 month old Whoodle for 6 nights and was very pleased.

The only place in town I would take the family dog. Rates are affordable, and the place is clean and well-managed. They really care for your dog's here.

Left our 10 month old, very high energy German shepherd here for 12 days and she loved it. They have a huge property for the dogs to run around. They go out four times a day. Her bed and blanket were cleaned when we picked her up. Our dog was also cleaned and brushed. She made friends with some of the dogs there and the owners texted us photos while we were away to let us know how she was doing. Prices are very reasonable. We would definitely take our dog here again.

Very poor customer service. Could not imagine trusting them with my dog. Cathy was very rude to us and would never let some one who talks to their customers like that take care of our dog.
