A bit disorganized. I had an appointment but ended up waiting am hour across the waiting room and in a vet room.

Don't know what's happened lately, but the staff here have booked me appointments for days they aren't open, not discussed cost of anything until after it is done and refused any payment plan options. Used to like this place, but I am switching vets if this is how they want to conduct business.

After making the heartbreaking decision that every pet owner dreads, I booked an appointment to humanely euthanize my beloved dog. Two days before the appointment I called the office to prepare my invoice ahead of time so that I could pay for it and not have to worry about it on the day (or following days) after the procedure. I recieved a call back with my "quote" however I was warned that because Dr. Sran is looking to retire over the next few years, he has increased his rates for euthanasia because he does not want to do this procedure anymore. I was then quoted over $800 for my 20 lb. dog. I was completely caught off guard and upset. Why didn't anyone (including Dr. Sran) say anything to me about this at the time of me booking the appointment? Had I not called a head of time I would have just been handed an absurd bill when I was most vulnerable after the procedure was already done. I then had to go through the heartbreaking process again of sourcing another (now unfamiliar) vet clinic to euthanize my dog. I found another vet that I felt comfortable with and was quoted almost $600 LESS. I am absolutely disgusted in how Dr. Sran handled this situation. If you have a senior pet in the care of Allwest you may want to make the switch now. I would hate to see anyone else go through what I went through during an already very difficult time.

Staff is super friendly ! They’re knowledgeable and helpful. The wait times are never too long either. My cat is well treated by Allwest

Always very nice! Our cat has been seeing them for about 6 months now, and she became very comfortable very quickly! They are consistently fast, professional, and have very fair prices. I have not had one issue! They always are complying with my requests and answer all the questions I have about my cat. Thank you Allwest Animal Hospital!

Great people. You can tell that everyone here loves animals. My dog's surgery went great. The after care is amazing. Even got a call a few days after just to see how my dog was doing. Informative and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

We brought our dog Eddie in for a TPLO surgery and the treatment was top notch. The front office staff are very communicative and positive, I immediately got the sense that they care deeply for every single animal that comes through their doors. Rhiannon the surgery nurse, is truly professional and caring. Her instructions both pre- and post-surgery were clear and thorough. She follows up constantly and allows you to send her texts/pics with questions! Her service is the best I've experienced at a vet.

My cat had a terrible accident and dislocated her elbow. I was really worried about her but all of the staff were exceptionally helpful and amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I knew my cat would be ok in their capable hands. Dr. Sran did an amazing job with the surgery and the follow up care with Jas, Paul and Rhianon was top notch. Of course the staff at the front desk were superb - patient, friendly and took their time explaining the billing to me as well as providing follow up calls. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for excellent, reliable, friendly and affordable care. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic vet service! Opthalmological surgeries offered - Having my large dog's eye entropion corrected surgically. The staff are knowledgeable and very welcoming. Can't say enough about Allwest Vet.

I can't say enough about this team. We brought our dog in for TPLO surgery and the staff at AllWest have done nothing but go above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail, thoroughness and care are second to none. Rhiannon, in particular, has gone out well of her way to ensure a smooth transition to home care and has been an absolute life saver. I wish more clinics had this standard of care. We are grateful.

I have been to this vet many years . Always do very friendly. I am up in Terrace bc and cannot find a vet to see my dog. All west went out of thier way to make sure I have travel medication so I I have a great travel experience with my fur baby

Absolutely the only place I trust with my fur baby! We switched to Allwest because we were over charged and recommended unneeded procedures from most Vets in Mission. I don't mind driving to Abbotsford knowing they are so honest. I highly recommend Allwest!

As a another comment states I can't speak on Dr. Sran as I've heard good things from family. I requested to see him and booked an appt for Wednesday but it turns out he doesn't work Wednesdays. The vet that we dealt with was extremely aggressive with handling my 18 year old cat. Grabbing her by the scruff and throwing her around. He does not seem to care what the owner of the animal has to say and talks over you. Cares more about pushing all these medical expenses on you rather than the animals wellbeing. We felt very pressured the whole time. He didn't allow me to hold my cat while getting a blood sample even though I said she would not handle it well without me there. He assured me that wasn't true. I could hear a shrill cry from my cat I've never hear before from the back. He brought my cat back to me absolutely distressed with blood on her neck stating he cannot do the blood test due to her not cooperating. I suggested I try to hold her and we try again, she was calm with me present. This doctor shaved and poked my cat in the neck 5 times with a needle and did not hit a vein once. He stated she needed to be sedated even though she was acting fine in this state and he was unable to catch a vein running the needle all over her neck. I paid and left as fast as possible. I will never return to this vet.

All west animal hospital is a great place . They really take care if your animal .

Dr Sran is a very well educated in his field, he was very knowledgeable and helped me and my family achieve a quick diagnosis aswell as a speedy recovery for my pup. His staff was very comforting and made sure the process went smoothly. Highly recommend this clinic!!!

The front workers were fantastic. My son and I wore masks, the Vet didn't. She also scared my dog (Labradoodle 1.5yrs) and put a muzzle on him. She didn’t greet him before touching him and grabbing his legs. He was scared and tucked his tail in and barked. She called a nice man in to muzzle my dog. He commented on how he was scared and not agressive. He asked if she had given him a treat first, she said no. Unfortunately this wasn't a good fit for us.

I have been taking my pets here for years. Dr.Sran and his staff go above and beyond to take care of my dogs. I highly recommend them because they really care. ❤❤❤❤

Terrible customer service; trying to get my dog’s files sent to the pet insurance company and All west is refusing to do so, and were very rude and dismissive over the phone. On the one little piece of paper they gave me (not the actual file, just the vaccine proof), it lists my dog as a female... he’s definitely a male. Makes me wonder if they did any exam at all and are hesitant to provide his records because they don’t have any?

They were very accomidating to my work schedule for when I was able to drop my cat off.

I wish I could give this Vet a higher rating. Today was absolute hell for me. During Covid19 no one wants to have to deal with anything more then this pandemic. At 830am this morning my puppy got into a pretty bad scenario. Freaking out calling all vets possible, NONE were willing to take my puppy in. I called Allwest absolutely terrified my Bo broke him arm/shoulder and explained the situation. Rhiannon (sorry if it’s the wrong spelling) jumped right in to help!! The doctor wasn’t there yet, they were pretty busy but she knew by my voice that I really needed help. She told me to come down and she would meet me in parking lot to take my dog in and triage him until the doctor got in! I was so happy. When we got there she took Bo inside and checked him and cane out and said “I think Bo is fine!” I couldn’t believe it. But she wanted to keep him there to be assessed by the doctor in case of internal bleeding or anything else she maybe couldn’t find. We agreed and left him there. Rhiannon had prepped a room with oxygen and everything in preps for the worst!! I truly can’t feel more blessed that my puppy landed in such great hands at this vet!! WOW!!! Thank you to all the ladies at Allwest (especially our Rhiannon) and to Dr Sran!! We will be seeing you once this is all over ♥️ Oh. And Bo is perfectly fine!!

I’ve been taking my dogs here for over 30 years. Unfortunately lost my dog a week ago unexpectedly. The love and care my dog got was over the top. Not only is Dr. Saran one of the best vet/surgeons around. He shows empathy towards all animals and does what’s in the best interest for the animals. If I could give Allwest Animal Hospital a 5 star plus. I do that hands down. Thank you to all the staff for making my dog feel at home and with this it helped mend my broken heart knowing he was in great hands and not scared.
