Very good thus far 1st good experience trying to help my pup

Dr. Park is a excellent doctor. Well versed in animal care and he actually cares about the pets. If you want songs and dancing, probably go elsewhere. Personally, I prefer someone that knows that they are talking about.

The person who answered the phone just said Hello. I asked if this was Hillendale Animal Hospital and was told yes. I asked if they were open today and the response was what is the problem. I answer a series of questions and then told to call emergency vet. I told the person I already had called 3 and were told they are at capacity and the person just said to call them again.

I was simply placing a call to ask about products they sell. The person answered the phone like they would their home and hung up. So I called back believing I had the wrong number. I began asking if they had a specific product and before I could finish my question he said NO, no we do not sell that. I would never take my pets here if thats how you treat people!

Called three times to ask about their services and they picked up the phone only to hang up. At first I thought it was an accident. The phone rang twice before they cleanly hung on me.

Great service ; saved my cat after I had adopted him from pet smart ;after they told me that “he not sick he just a runt of the litter “ turns out he was extremely dehydrator . End up give my half off on service ; only downside is every time I go there he makes me feel like I’m taking a class and walking out with the vet degree. Also saved my brother dog that was every ill as a puppy .

Terrible customer service just called to ask about pricing with my two dogs where he use to be kind and respectful. Now his service has changed to being rude and when asked a question he stated " just because your dog is 5 pounds you assume that means it cost $5?" His words exact. I never asked for lower pricing.

Dr. James Park is Great!!! Several times we have called after hours and caught him still in the office. Everytime he has told us he would wait for us to get there with our pets. He is the only member in this office and he does it all by himself, that allows him to keep costs down. He is very through in examining our pets and has caught several things we missed and NO it wasn't to pad the bill like other vets. tend to do. Again, Great vet., Great service!!!

Super helpful, inexpensive, and even held our dog overnight for free because he was getting neutered, and the guy knew we had young kids. We saved a lot of money and lot of trouble going here.

My cat was attacked by a dog. We took her to Dr.Park. He was very helpful, and considerate Prices very reasonable. She needed two night stay, pain meds, antibiotics, sedation and stitches. My cat and I are very pleased with the care. Thank you for saving my cat’s life

This is the worst place I have ever been, the old Chinese guy don’t even touch the animals, it seems that he feels disgust

Has been my dog's vet since she was a puppy, my dog is now 4 . A bit of a drive for me from arlington to woodbridge but dont mind it at all, great vet & great prices!!

This vet brought my puppy back to life! My pup had a terrible case of worms from previous owner, she couldn’t hold anything down, no appetite, overall very sick. Your pet will be seen the same day. I called him around 9 and told me to go at 11. Left my puppy for 3 hours and she was a different pup. Full of life, energetic, and super playful and that’s how she’s remained. The timeline of her getting better went exactly as he said. He was the vet for my mom’s dog, is my sisters dog’s vet, and now he’s my dog’s vet. This is straight to the point service and prices are very reasonable.

I called to find out about what is included with the SPCA spay/neuter program. First, the person just answered the phone, "Hello." not even indicating whether or not it was a place of business and then hung up on me before I could even speak. I called back and asked if it was Hillendale Animal Hospital and the person said yes. I was asking a question and was very rudely interrupted and asked if I had the SPCA number yet. When I said no because I was still deciding where to go, the person said, "You call back when you have that." , and hung up before I could even say anything. Go elsewhere.

Been going there 14yrs! No glitter just good old fashion service. Never any problems!!

Very informative! Dr is kind with a good sense of humor. Today was my 4th visit and he is very good. 2 dogs and 1 cat. Would recommend! Prices are reasonable compared to other veteranians.

I called, whomever answered did not sound like they spoke English. They didn't know what an RCPN booster was.
