I had taken my dog to them for about six months. I was quite pleased at first. Until a couple of weeks ago, I left him there and requested to have him bathed. When I returned to pick him up this is what my dog looked like. I will never return there, I wanted to see the video but they said they were not allowed to show me; Per corporate. I feel if you had nothing to hide you would’ve shared the video with me.

Was great until they changed their hours due to staff shortages and didn't email or call to inform about the change. I had my dog scheduled for day care, showed up twice to be turned away or showed up with the doors locked only to look online later to see the time change. Had to bring my dog to work and find a way for her to get home both days, and now I can't bring her or use the rest of my day care pass because of the hour change. Maybe look somewhere more reliable.

Awesome place to take your dog to board. Staff is amazing and very friendly. Great service all in all.

I enjoy seeing my puppy play with the camera access and she's so worn out when she gets home. The staff are so sweet and treat my puppy so nice. I think she's just as spoiled here as she is at home, lol. I definitely recommend this place to others.

The staff is so friendly and patient! The facility is really clean and the enrichment activities they plan for the pups are really great.

We can't express enough how grateful we are to Kelly K., Nassir, and Amanda of Dogtopia of Woodbridge whose actions, along with the surgical team at VCA SouthPaws, literally saved Fletcher's life. Soon after eating his dinner, the Dogtopia Team noticed Fletcher wasn't "acting right" - they contacted Kelly K, their District Manager, who recognized his symptoms as potentially being "bloat" and immediately started reaching out to local emergency vets. Kelly K. was finally able to find an opening at VCA SouthPaws in Fairfax. We were told that Nassir drove him there as fast as he could. He got to the hospital about 8pm Friday evening. Ms. Kirby met Nassir at the emergency vet and relayed her assessment to the techs. We are eternally grateful to Amanda, Nassir, Kelly K. and the surgical team for what they did to save Fletcher.

My husband and I have used this Dogtopia Location for many years. After Red Barn took over the location in 2019, everything went down hill. We have had issue after issue of which I have brought up to management. However, this time when I went to pick up my dogs, I witnessed one of the employees abusing a dog. It was so traumatic and upsetting and the dog was yelling and crying. It was very disturbing. The problem is that Red Barn keeps their contact information hidden so that no one can call and report the abuse and so they don't have to be accountable to unlawful behavior such as dog abuse. That's unacceptable. They should have a system in place in which someone can report these things to them so they can resolve them without law enforcement getting involved.

The staff is incredible and my dog is always excited to go! Oh and I also love all of the fun activities.

The staff really seem to love dogs and it’s a safe and fun environment. My beagle, Annabelle, is always very happy and excited to go to Dogtopia.

My pup loves it there. This is my new go to place for her daycare and boarding needs.

We scheduled our appointment a week ago and on Saturday morning we came out to Dogtopia for our schedule appointment and when we got there we were told (oh I'm sorry we are going to have to reschedule your appointment) it took us 30 minutes to get there. We should have at least got a call or email stating we need to to be rescheduled. Very unprofessional.

I like the fact that I can drop him off anytime and they have half day options up to 5 hours I believe. My dog doesn't go there routinely but I do drop him off once in a while. That is perfectly acceptable here and the staff treats customers with respect. I used to get a dog report card at the other Dogtopia in Chantilly but not at this location. It was nice but no big deal. My shy dog loves this place.

Millie, my new 9 month old Border Collie puppy mill rescue, was new to me as I was to her. I was expecting separation anxiety, and my neighbors kept me informed that day. I was looking for day care closer to work, where I could drop her off on my commute. One place I called did not answer, another place I felt like I was intruding on their day. So I gave Dogtopia a call and a young woman, Emily, answered. She listened and was able to set Millie up for a "meet and greet" the next morning. Millie's evaluator explained the what they were looking for in behavior. I don't remember her name, but I have the sense that staff want to be there and it's not just a job. My experience is overwhelmingly positive and will gladly recommend the Woodbridge Dogtopia.

Our pup loves coming here. Daycare and boarding have been great for us and the Webcam is an added perk.

Amazing staff and cool facility.

Friendly and caring. I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby there and looking forward to him spending more playtime there. Their entire setup is awesome, from the webcam to the flooring!

Open 7 days a week, self-use or full-service grooming, boarding and day care with no appointment necessary, web-cam enabled rooms to keep tabs on your fur baby... what's not to love?! My dog was TERRIFIED at another location that I will not name. He has thrived at Dogtopia. They have wonderful staff that all clearly love animals and want the best for our fur family. Plus, they will tolerate endless stories from wordy fur moms (me!!! lol) on our sometimes-not-so-perfect furry friends! I feel so safe leaving my rescue in their hands, and he returns to me happy and tired from a long day of play! Final note, their room attendants are always present and ready to disperse play that appears to be getting too vigorous to end well far before a situation occurs! They are wonderful here!

My dog is extremely nervous and has separation anxiety. She is doing so well at Dogtopia.

Staff is Amazing!...It was the first time taking Benji to a doggie care...we got him during covid so he hasnt been around other dogs or people but he did sooo great at Dogtopia. Im excited what Dogtopia has for hime????

I bring my puppy here 4-5 times a week. Raven loves other dogs so much and can never get enough playtime. It is a great feeling since I can’t have two dogs. They have these fun photo shoot days that have brought so much joy and I even bring the pictures to school to show my students. The staff gives me the warm and fuzzies. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to say goodbye to her and she eats it up. I know she is treated with so much love. Taryn is always her bubbly self, every time, and Raven just loved to give her kisses. She doesn’t do that with just everyone or anyone that I’ve seen! I have been given a note about who Raven plays with and I looked up the pictures of the dogs on social media. They kept her baby tooth for me with a cute note. I often get a story about Raven and it is such a joy to hear when unwinding from work. One of the coaches calls Raven his “baby” and has told me he’s babied her since day one. I believe it. I’ve seen him cradle dogs in the camera and even runs with them. Raven isn’t a fancy looking dog by any means, but they chose her to be the dog of the week and showed her picture for all to see. Today they gave her her first bath and she smells better than when my groomer washes her. There’s so much more than I can say. It is super affordable and one would be surprised by the bargain of the rates. Thank you!

They are so friendly and reliable, and really work with the dogs attention, personality and give special care. Rico loves it!

I love the location and the staff. My puppy loves going and has a great time. I can check her out on the webcam and see her having a good time and see that she is safe.

Our first play date.. the staff was wonderful and instilled confidence that Teddy was in safe hands. This was our first visit and they remembered that I had called the day before and the entire staff was very caring and kept track of all of the kids during their play date. My puppy loves it here!..the only thing is the distance from my home...I live in Lakeridge and it takes me 20mins to get there

Very professional and friendly staff.

The staff at Dogtopia were very polite and professional and took great care of m1y dog. They told me in detail about their daily operations and how they interact with the the dogs onsite. If you need to let your dog dispense some energy as well as make some friends, Dogtopia is the place for you.
