We could not be happier with the care that Molly and Tennessee (Tenney) receive from the Hospital. Everyone is welcoming, nurturing and kind, which makes nervous parents, like us, relax. The expertise and high standards that are met by all the employees is very much appreciated. We are so very grateful for you all and being members of your office.

Always great customer service, they greet you when you enter, also offers curbside services. My pet is welcomed and truly loved.

The folks at the animal hospital are great, to me they went above and beyond to help me with my pet. I haven't seen the compassion and caring that these folks have for both the pet and the owner anywhere. They went above and beyond to help me. They have a client forever with me. They actually worked me in knowing they where booked up, no other veterinary place even tried or offered. "Y'ALL FOLKS ARE THE GREATEST"

We love our vet and vet staff here! It's a tough business and it is only getting worse before I think it will be getting better. Please, please, please be kind to you vet and vet staff as they are doing the best they can! This clinic is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

This vet appears to be overbooked. Expensive. I think staff blocked my phone number because calls go to voicemail. I found another vet in town that charges less that caught additional issues with my cat. My cat would always get stressed out coming to this vet since it is noisy.

AHW is an A-1 veterinary. The staff and doctors are of high caliber in their care and compassion. They are efficient and thorough on every level, from staff to techs to veterinarian. We are very thankful to have them care for our beloved pets.

If anyone’s looking for a vet in the area I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Waynesboro. I’ve never had a vet that cared so deeply for my fur babies. They always go above and beyond and it means so much ❤️

This supplements my prior review. Our boxer was bitten by a copperhead. We could not be more impressed and pleased with the care we received from Dr. Weeks and the hospital staff. All went out of their way to be sure our dog immediately got the best care possible, and Dr. Weeks, who was obviously very busy, took all the time we needed to understand the situation and how to best care for our dog. In fact, on two occasions she stayed late to specifically address our needs and concerns. All the vets and staff we have encountered at AHW have been compassionate, caring and top notch. This is a very special veterinary practice. We highly recommend it. We recently chose Animal Hospital of Waynesboro to care for our two dogs after becoming dissatisfied with another vet. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care, the efficiency with which the office is run, and the compassion shown by the entire staff. Our geriatric Lab finally had to be put to sleep, and notwithstanding the fact that she was a relatively new patient, the time spent, information provided and compassion shown by Dr. Lorenz in helping us make this difficult decision was exemplary. Dr. Reeder has also seen both of our dogs and the experience in all respects was excellent.

This has to be one of the worst business I've dealt with in my time, unprofessional, lazy, and the manager Kim has the worst customer service. For months now I've had to repeat myself, time and time again to get a prescription called in my my animals, its like talking to a wall when you talk to a rep at the Animal Hospital. I finally have had enough if their bs and switched to Woodworth, wish I would have done this years ago. Just a heads up, I would suggest to steer clear of bringing your animals to the Animal Hospital of Waynesboro due to their unprofessional atmosphere and lack of communication.

Everyone was professional, yet friendly and compassionate. it was easy to understand and do all that Dr. Lorenz said. The result is that my dog is feeling her old self again today.

This practice, Dr. Greg Lorenz, at the Animal Hospital of Waynesboro, has been my primary care provider for the last 30 years. I have 16 dogs. I have now transferred care because Dr. Lorenz demands that I accept the rudeness of their staff. My advice: never, ever complain to them about anything. You will be put on the "do not call back" list. They have absolutely no concern for their patients if you have "offended" their staff. In my opinion, Dr. Lorenz believes the staff comes first, not the patients.

Every time I bring Axel in for a visit he is given the best of care. Everyone takes the time for a belly rub and he loves it! Dr. Eden Reinhard is very professional and does answer all my questions even if I think they are silly! (First puppy in 25 years) I definitely would recommend Animal Hospital of Waynesboro to anyone!

My dogs first visit here was an emergency, we had just moved from out of state and didn't know any vets here yet.. They took him in right away, the staff was caring and patient. I couldn't go in with him due to the quarantine, but they listened to my concerns and details about his personality. I felt completely comfortable leaving my baby in their care. The staff as well as he doctor kept in touch with me throughout the day and after his surgery. They kept him over night due to a few concerns just to be safe and didn't charge me for it. The next morning I received a check in call to tell me how he was and then set a time to pick him up. He came out all patched up and happy. I knew he was comfortable there to. The staff and Dr Larense were amazing and took great care of him. Thank you all for your help in a scary moment.

I love this excellent team of animal health care providers. I have so many pets that they all have been to each everyone of vets. They give excellent service. They assisted me with a few bad situations where i have lost pets. Very compassionate and not rushing you. I have had animals there for wellness to a sickness and everything was explained to me very clearly. Team work work and communication is the key for a business that deals with the public. So Oscar, Foxie, Harley, Bobby, and Nina all send their love for you guys taking such great care of them. For Annie and Olivia they thank you for helping pass in peace and no more pain. I can't say enough great things about this business and the care they give.

I became acquainted with the Animal Hospital of Waynesboro through my brother who has since passed away. He had a little Maltese, and I inherited him. The staff have become Frosty's extended family, they treat him as if he were their pet. Great vet, great staff, and they are not as expensive as some animal his I have encountered. They also board, which is a great asset! I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Waynesboro!

I've been taking my dogs there for years!! They are so kind and understanding!! My Chihuahua is, well, a chihuahua is 15 and they handle him so gentle. My shih tzu is skittish and they always calm him. They listen to all my questions and concerns, and get my dogs in for any emergency!! Love them and recommend them HIGHLY!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have been taking Toby here since the end of July and each visit has been smooth sailing. However, it was only recently that I found out that they did boarding and thankfully we were able to get my pupster in. Will admit, this mami was nervous since I've never left my puppy with anyone who wasn't a friend or family. The few times I called to check on him, I could tell that the staff loved Toby just as much as I do and he was definitely being well taken care of and spoiled!!! So glad to have this place and very close by.

I tried two other vets in the area and received substandard care. I feel very fortunate to have found Animal Hospital of Waynesboro. This clinic is head and shoulders above anyone in the area. Dr. Lorenz saved my kitty when everyone else would have given up. I highly recommend them!!

The staff and the vets are very caring and compassionate. They are easy to work with and they follow-up after every visit. I have been taking my dogs and cat there for a few years now and absolutely love it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
