What a wonderful vet we have in the area!! He really treats our pups like family and goes the extra mile. Last minute emergency and he still had us come in and was taking care of our pup the same afternoon. Prob saved her life. Dr. Moghal really puts the animals first. Highly recommended!!! 5 stars he deserves a10. Thank you so much from the Rapson klan.

Love the place my puppy was afraid however, Doctor - Vet, he cuddled her until she calmed down... Then, he proceeded.

They listed all possible test fir a simple Daria and symptom is back after medications are finished and charged $570 for treatment I dont recommend this vet at all

Good Morning, a gentleman took care of my cat with high professionalism and goodness. He gave to my cat her important pills. He even waited for us after office hours and guess what, he did not charge me anything for that. Thank you so much!! Blessings!!! ????????????

Last Friday I was notified that my dog was not doing well while in daycare. Called more then 10 veterinarians in the area and nobody had any appointments or would see my dog. Even ER in Leesburg said it was 6 hour wait and that can be more depending on emergency that walk in. When I called Heritige Animal hospital in Sterling they agree to see my dog. We went there, staff and a Doctor were all very friendly. They helped my dog and he was better by next day. I am so grateful for them and don't usually write reviews, but this place deserve 5☆ . It's really bad these days to get in anywhere due to employees shortage, being overwhelmed but this being end of shift they could deny me,but they didn't. Very grateful, appreciate you very much !! Thank you Heritage Animal Hospital!!!

I had an emergency visit on Sunday with these guys and they stitched up my pup in no time. They took a moment to connect with Abloh and built trust quickly. 3 days later he damaged some of his stitching and they WOWed us again with great service and great vibes. Worked us in despite being very busy and have helped me over the phone with every question despite me being an anxious annie. I appreciate everyone taking the time to explain the healing process and after care diligently. Highly recommend Heritage Veterinary Clinic!!

My cat has been with me for the past 11 years -throughout my entire college experience, the birth of my child, and beyond- and in that time we've moved around quite a bit. Since being in the Sterling area, we haven't found a vet that particularly "spoke to us" as being our vet. I just got back from our appointment and was so impressed that I had to leave a review-something I don't usually do but felt compelled to given the excellent service and compassionate care I just received. I think we've finally found a vet than can be part of our family and that we trust - who not only has great rapport with my cat but also excellent bedside manner (something we've had a problem finding in the area thus far). My cat was having some skin irritation issues so I brought him in today. The vet himself was very kind and informative, but I was incredibly impressed with a newer vet tech there (I'm not sure of his actual title, I'm sorry if it's incorrect) named Matt! He was incredibly knowledgable and willing to share his perspective and information with me. I was given a complete write-up of the charges, medication, and recommended procedures beforehand for my approval. He explained everything to me very concisely, and did not dumb it down or omit information thinking I wouldn't fully understand it anyways. When I needed additional clarification, he was more than happy to do so. He gave me his honest opinions on what was needed and what was just for peace of mind-procedures that I inquired about myself and were not forced on me in any way. He answered my extensive menagerie of questions with the utmost compassion and patience. He also had great rapport with my cat - arguably one of the most important aspects. He was very gentle and compassionate in the way he handled him, even asking me before performing certain procedures how he thought my cat would take react given his anxiety (about the vet and in general). And, from one cat mom to other companion owners, I could tell that he genuinely cared for my animal beyond just a potential walking paycheck or problem to diagnose/fix. As my last cat died due to vets performing unnecessary and very invasive/costly procedures, I'm incredibly wary of this. His complete appointment took a while (maybe 2ish hours?), and at no point was I left in the room waiting for long periods of time nor did I feel rushed to wrap up the appointment or like I didn't have ample opportunity to ask the questions I needed answered. This veterinary clinic felt like the right fit for us, and I'm thankful and relieved to say we finally found a vet in the area that we can trust and love. As for some logistical questions that may not have been answered yet- I did a same-day walk-in appointment. There was no uncharge added for same-day appointments (as far as I'm aware) which I was grateful for. The visitation fee was reasonably priced. The check-in procedure was incredibly quick and painless; you can fill out the form online beforehand to expedite the process. The disclaimers weren't a mile long and I had to sign only a couple of very easy to understand and reasonable things (took 2 minutes online, 1 minute in the office). Everything was itemized for me with exact pricing before being approved and performed. No surprise charges! No suggested upselling (I upsold myself on something because of this)! The office was nice and quiet - not bustling with other anxious animals awaiting their turn; it's on the smaller side but in a very positive way. Covid protocols were all in place and being utilized in office. Everyone seemed very upbeat and ready to help welcome you and answer your questions. The only downside, and I almost don't want to mention it but I don't want to take away from the veracity of this review, was that the room we were in could have used a light sweep. The pet patient before us maybe left a couple treats hidden underneath the chair but considering I'm pretty sure they made my appointment over their lunch hour and that it wasn't obviously aunkempt or neglected, it didn't bother me. 5/5 stars, will be back!

They are extremely kind and helpful

Dr. Hamid and his staff are always kind and gentle. Dr. Hamid takes the time to explain the full treatment for my pet with kindness. The technicians are very kind and knowledgeable. They've gone above and beyond to help with my insurance claims. The office is very clean and sanitized regularly.

Outstanding experience all around. From the very first call to being seen the same week we were so impressed with the entire staff! They were gentle and kind with our somewhat timid Malamute puppy and made us feel welcomed. They took their time and our little guy didn’t event fuss when he got his shots! Dr. Moghal was so wonderful and informative but never pushy like many vets we have encountered in the past. He is a breadth of knowledge for all breeds! We are going to be patients for life with this practice and feel our dogs are in the absolute best care! Highly highly recommend this practice for anyone’s fur babies!

Our pup has a pretty bad case of separation anxiety and with the current COVID-19 crisis they were quick to let us have an exception so we could be in the room with her. Everyone is very nice and professional. I also really appreciated the comment from the doctor about how my dog's face lights up with me because she really is such a momma's dog. We'll definitely continue going here as long as we live in this area.

Dr. Moghal always takes excellent care of our fur babies. He takes his time to explain everything to us and his treatment is above and beyond. Would never go anywhere else.

The first time I went to Heritage Animal Hospital my pup was sick. I called and they wanted to know how quickly I could get there. Each time I’ve been, everyone is professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Moghal and his staff.

This is a great place with very nice staff. Dropped of my kitten for neutering, everything was explained to me before and after the procedure. Will come back here for regular checkups/vaccinations as it was a great experience!

Great service and great people

Dr Moghal provides everything we need in a veterinarian. He may not be the cheapest vet around, but would you rather go to the cheapest veterinarian or the best veterinarian? I choose the best veterinarian, that is why we use Heritage Animal Hospital and Dr. Moghal Dr. Moghal and his staff took care of my last family member, Taffy, until she was almost 18 years old. I attribute her long life to the treatment they gave her. Now that I have a new cairn terrier, Riley, I get the same treatment we received, and valued, with Dr. Moghal. Heritage Animal Hospital is always there for us, always knowledgeable and professional. They care about their patients and it shows in the way they treat them and the understanding they provide to the owners. If you want a good, caring, team who cares for your animal and you, then use Dr. Moghal and his staff.

Took my puppy to Heritage for wk 12 and wk 15 shots, a slight reaction to the wk 15 shots and they were very responsive when i brought her back in for a quick examination. Gave some meds to calm her and all was good from there. Very happy to know there is a reliable and responsive vet close by.

The staff here is superb! They’ll love your pet like their own, they really respect them. I’ve had 3 visits so far with my young pup and we’ve had nothing but positive experience everytime. Dr. Moghal and Rita will give sufficient time and attention to your pet and address all your concerns. I would highly recommend Heritage Animal Hospital.

I brought my 11 year old dog in to receive some care yesterday and I can’t thank Heritage Animal Hospital enough! Kingston is already running around and much more lively. All of the staff took the best care of him, were patient and very professional. I’d recommend them to anyone with fur babies !

We have been fortunate to be patrons of Dr. Moghal and his staff for the last 28 years. They have taken wonderful care of our late cats, Crash and Sneaker, and currently our aging dog, Lucky. We recommend them sincerely.

We got an appointment quickly - everyone on the staff was professional and attentive. They love animals and it shows.

The staff handle my 4 cats and us with respect and care. Made sure we understood everything with every procedure.

I have two golden retrievers and have used the Heritage Animal Hospital since they were new puppies. ( the oldest is going on 11 years) I have always loved how I was treated and most important how loving everyone there has been to my girls. They know how important they are to me and they take the time to explain things to me so that I can share in the health care of both of them. They are very patient and never make me feel like I overreact (which I know I do at times). We work together to make my girls happy and healthy. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who loves their animals and feel like they are your children. Dr. Hamid Moghal is the best veterinarian you will ever find.

I love Dr. Mogul and the team! I used to have a senior cat that had some litter box issues. The vet that I took her to did not offer ANY advice on how to help her or any treatment options. After she passed I adopted a new kitty and Heritage Animal Hospital was one of the vets partnered with the rescue. I am so glad because the team has been wonderful! When our newly adopted (also senior kitty) had her own litter box issues, Dr. Mogul recommended a treatment plan that actually worked! He listens to our concerns, is full of knowledge, works with us on our needs, and never pushes additional services that aren't right for us.

Easy to get in when needed and Dr. Mogul is the best! I don't want to take my fur babies anywhere else.

Kept us waiting for 40 minutes in the exam room before the only vet came by. Not sure we would coming back here

I Absolutely Love Dr. Moghal and the Staff at Heritage they have been beyond wonderful with my furrbabies. The Doc is always very thorough and gentle when I bring Delilah and Kane in to see him making sure he takes the time and explains everything to us and the bill at the end was very fair I expected it to be outrageous but it was about half of what I expected!!! we love we highly recommend them

I would recommend everyone to take their furry babies here, they will be well taken care of. Dr. Moghal and staff are very friendly. Your pet is taken care of as its their own.
