Your pet (and you) will have great care here. They go the extra mile. I took my 11 yr old little boy and saw Dr. Ritu Sharma for his ear infection, which she helped cure. Fritz is an anxious dog. In all his years and trips to different veterinarians in the area, I have never seen him stop vibrating in fear. While she was examining him she was also comforting him with kind, soft words and he stopped shaking! I returned when Fritz presented with a growth on his gum, which required surgery. Dr. Ritu Sharma was thorough in taking an X-ray of his heart and took blood before clearing him for surgery. She called to keep me informed on how Fritz was doing that day. Dr. Sharma does not pressure you in any way to have extra tests run. Also, she followed through after each visit by sending me an email asking me about "our little boy". Fritz is so healthy now, he acts like a puppy.

Great vets at this office! Very knowledgible and they are very good with your pets!! Highly recommend them.

Dr. Sharma and her team are amazing! They truly care for the animals that come to them. Dr. Sharma is so gentle with both my cat and dog and I honestly feel so comfortable leaving them in her care. Great place for sure!

This is a wonderfull place in which my pet feels like in home.

We just moved from Arizona and didn't have an established vet. We came here to get a bordetella vaccine so our dog could board somewhere. The staff and the vet we saw were absolutely amazing. The vet spent lots of time in the room with and even administered the vaccine himself (in Arizona the vet is always in and out of the room lickidy split and they only administer the rabies vaccine as required by state law, the techs administer everything else). Our vet was very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I will definitely be bringing Chuck back here!

Huge thank you to Dr. Ritu Sharma for taking such a wonderful care of our Harrison. He had a little accident last night and Dr. Sharma was immediately available for consult. Harrison had a surgery this morning and is doing very well. Thank you Dr. Sharma and team for taking such a great care of my Harrison and making us feel so welcomed and special. We love the personal touch including little bags with Harrison’s name written on the outside and a toy on the inside

This is an awesome vet clinic. Very spacious and clean. The staff is amazing! Dr. Sharma is one of the best veterinarians in the area. I have been bringing my dogs for years to Dr. Sharma until she joined her husband at this new clinic. She is so welcoming, professional and very well-knowledged. I always trust Dr. Sharma! She is the best! My dog Bella gets excited to go to clinic because of Dr. Sharma. I already recommended this hospital to many people. If you are looking for high quality vet care, this is the perfect place for you! Highly recommend!!

Everyone here was so kind and wonderful and we were kind of checking them out for one pet and I already told my wife we're going to bring the other pet here too. You should bring your pet here too.

My 15 year old dog declined in a couple of days. She wouldn't eat, couldn't move much anymore and I was so happy to have found this hospital open on a weekend. I called a few other clinics before and no one could take her. I know if I didn't take her she wouldn't have lived. So, I am so glad to have found Dr. Sharma. He was able to diagnose quickly then treat/perform surgery right there and then. We picked up my dog in a couple hours and 2 weeks later, she's back to normal & even more active/happier than before she got sick (for a senior dog anyway). Yesterday she got on top of the couch/her favorite spot where she hasn't been on in a few weeks. Thank you so much, Church Road Animal Hospital! Thank you for being so accommodating and caring!

Very clean and professional, Dr Sharma and staff were great

We couldn't be happier with Dr Sharma and her staff. They got us in the d au we needed them for our elderly dog and essentially saved her life with a thorough examination and clear diagnosis. Dr. Sharma developed a clear plan of care for our dog and was consistent in her communication and follow up. When we just brought our dog back for a follow up, Dr . Sharma was genuinely happy our dog was doing better. Highly recommend

I am very happy and satisfied with our first visit for my dog Rylee. Doctor Sharma and the stuff are very friendly. Doctor Sharma answered all my questions. The office is pretty clean and big, you can also walk in the office to get your dog. I left the previous Vet because they are just too pricy and they don't let you go inside the Clinic. I am so glad the I found this place. Will definitely recommend this place. Thank you everyone for taking care of my dog, for being kind and helpful.

So happy this place is open on Sundays! My usual vet is not and we had adopted an outside kitty the prior weekend. He was doing fine but then heading into the weekend his eyes got really bad. My vet couldn't get us in on Saturday last minute so I was worried I had to let my kitty suffer one more day or go to emergency vet. So happy I found Church Road animal hospital. They were open and friendly and took such good care of our newest family member!!

The vet here went above and beyond with helping my pup. She stayed after, because we couldn't get him to produce a stool for testing. They were so patient and understanding, helping us and informing us and kept us up to date on his condition. They were fast, effective, and are brilliant! No more uncontrollable bathroom breaks for my oup anymore, they were able to get him back and healthy in no time! I cannot thank them enough for getting my pup back to his normal self, they are amazing and deserve so much. Truly the best experience I've ever had with a vet!

I was glad to find this office open on a Saturday evening when my cat was really unwell. The visit with Dr.Sharma was very pleasant and he took good care of Kitty :) Found the root cause of my cat's problem pretty soon as they could do all the testing right there while we waited. Very good and clear diagnosis and treatment plan was provided. They also followed up with an email to check on Kitty, which was very nice. Also responded to follow up questions I had. Overall a very good experience and I will go there whenever needed for sure!

Definitely expensive for the service that I wanted, but I guess that's typical being Northern VA vet prices. Good, attentive care overall.

Had an amazing experience here. Dr. Sharma and the staff here are all very friendly. Dr. Sharma is very thorough and explained everything step by step. Our dog Luna needed emergency care and nobody in the area would see her. Luckily we found Dr Sharma and felt we were in the best hands. Thank you for doing amazing work! I’ve taken my dogs to Dr. Sharma, both Mr. and Mrs. when they were at Banfield and they’ve always been excellent to our pups. Just visited them a few days ago at their private practice CRAH for dental cleaning for my Maltese and it was fantastic. Will definitely bring our pups here moving forward.

I have taken both of my cats to Dr Sharma; one for a fairly serious condition and the other for a regular checkup and shots. Both experiences were great. Dr Sharma is so gentle with the animals and is also great at explaining his findings in a way that I can easily understand. Everyone there is friendly and competent. Their hours are unusually good as they are open both Saturday and Sunday and only closed on Tuesday. We're going back on Friday for a teeth cleaning. I highly recommend Church Road Animal Hospital for your veterinary needs.

Dr Sharma was great , our 14 month old bichon , had a cough and throwing up white foam , I called to try to find a vet to see him . Our own vet turned us away , not available for that day . I was so lucky that I was able to speak directly with Dr Sharma , I explained to her his symptoms , she saw him gave us prescriptions for cough and antibiotics to prevent pneumonia . At this point he only had upper respiratory infection , cough kernel , since he was boarding few days while we were in vacation . Dr Sharma and her team definitely will be our new vet .

I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Ritu Sharma and the staff at Church Road Animal Hospital. The assistant at the front desk was courteous, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sharma was thorough, gentle and patient. She took the time to explain the tests being performed, the process and price. Dr. Sharma also took the time to offer suggestions for my super picky eater. The facility is super clean. Lab work is also done there so I got the test results right away. The first office visit is free. Overall it was a wonderful experience. My pup didn't want to leave.

Very friendly, quick and efficient service!

Can't say enough good this about CRAH. Our first visit to them wasn't on under the best circumstances since we had a sick kitty who had a bout of pancreatitis. The staff picked up the phone immediately and we booked an appointment within an hour and thanks to their quick action she made a full recovery at home after the visit. We've since taken our grumpy Chihuahua and cheery but skittish Pitbull to see them and the staff absolutely love our pets as much as the pets love them. After moving to the area a few months ago, we were worried we wouldn't find a vet that could compete with the one we had been using, but seeing how CRAH has treated our pets has left no doubt in our mind that we made the right decision. Right before we'd moved our previous vet also quoted us for dental work on our Chihuahua and when we got the procedure done here it was much lower than what we'd been quoted by our other vet and they handled it so well that she was back to her old self within a day even after having multiple teeth removed. All in all, they have a phenomenal staff, high quality equipment, and take the extra time to make sure that all of our pets are doing well after a visit whether it's for a routine checkup or an emergency. The complimentary nail trims are great also since none of our pets will ever stay still long enough for us to do it at home.

This is the best Vet hospital I have come across so far. Doctors and team are extremely friendly and dedicated to their job. I strongly recommend this hospital to those who are over concerned about their pets welfare. My first visit was for neutering of my pet. I was very apprehensive, but post surgery I was surprised to see my pet absolutely normal without any signs of pain or discomfort. Besides the staff makes routine calls to check on his post op status. And lastly, a very clean and hygienic environment .

Dr. Ritu Sharma is a fantastic vet. I can tell by her behavior that she truly loves animals. It had been awhile since we had seen her and when she came into the room for this appt she was so happy to see our pup. She takes a lot of time at the appt and I never felt rushed. I feel very confident in her abilities and diagnoses

They are incredibly accommodating and will fit you in last minute on a weekend. Very caring and kind. Direct about treatment and expectations without overselling unnecessary items or tests. Absolutely wonderful and I only wish I had discovered them sooner. I spent 20 years looking for the perfect vet, and they nailed it.
