The staff in the grooming area today were absolutely fantastic, definitely made sure I wanted to only bring my dog to them. Great experience, would HIGHLY recommend!

People who work in pet smart are super nice and friendly love shopping. but never will i take my dogs to the grooming place . terrible job and they are super rude and have attitudes about everything. i would give the grooming a 0 star if i could .

Service is generally pretty quick and employees are very nice and always willing to help. Has everything I need to for my pets at a reasonable price.

Love petsmart We went to Bandfield I thought my furbabies had an appointment we was days early but I got a chance to weigh my furbabies and Roxy is a little under weight for her health and Becky is a little over her weight but we are working on it. Roxy needs to eat more and Becky a little less but . All in all God has showed me how to pray ???? and ❤ and take care of myself and my family . Dontae, Roxy, Becky and I with the Grace and Mercy God has Given me and Do love me I Shall Praise God for ever and ever. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been taking both my dogs here for grooming for over 3 years now and this is the worst cut my Snowie has ever had. I’m not sure if it Tim was just having a bad day but she has track lines and her fur is very uneven. :-( :-(

Good store and friendly staff. Never have good horned worms but other than that good spot to go for your fuzzy, scaly, slithery family memeber.

Any time I need something for my reptile or fish I go here and I will say about ,99% of the time they have what I need. I'm always happy with the customer service they provide and they always help to the best of their knowledge. Recommend definitely!
