This pet market offers many great products with high quality ingredients. The customer service was nice too. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They ordered me some specific puppy food I was looking for they typically carry but didn't have in stock. I would highly recommend RedRidge pet market.

My review for this AWESOME mom and pop store would be a novel. I'll try to make it short. I've been a customer here for a couple of years now, and the owners and staff have never steered me wrong on anything. Once I step in the store, someone is always eager to help or if it's a regular employee, they'll ask if I want my usual. If there's a brand they carry and there's something you'd like to try they don't hesitate to order it for you, if they're able to. I really like that. I have two big boys, so I'm always popping in and out. Now, with my husband's health, I'm so thankful they offer home delivery. It helps me out a lot. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products. They stand behind what they sell and go above and beyond to accommodate what I need for all my dogs.

overpriced, not worth the drive. they refused to give my two dogs a bowl of water on a 95 degree day. instead they kindly suggested i buy one of their overpriced bowls. in my opinion, this store exemplifies utterly ridiculous short pump snobbery.

Cute shop with nice employees. Nice atmosphere. It has a smaller selection of pet goods than the typical pet store. Doesn't carry what I like but a really cute store.

We love Redridge Pet Market. They are always super helpful in shop. Now that we have moved out of the area we still shop with them and they ship our dogs food to us at a very reasonable price. So glad we found them!

Extremely knowledgeable staff, friendly, great selection of products. Marty and Trout helped me select a new healthy food for my dog, and she loves it! But, they guarantee their food just in case.

Always offering top quality food, toys, treats, and products. People constantly mention how shinny and beautiful my dog’s coat looks ever since I switched to FROMM (she lost weight too!). My cat also had dry skin and flakes. After speaking with a very polite and cheery employee, I changed his food. No more skin issues! One or two employees have an attitude problem but the rest are absolutely amazing. I don’t shop anywhere else for pet supplies!

This is a great local small business that supports dog causes and has very knowledgeable employees. If you buy a lot or large bags then price and convenience favor online suppliers who have the edge. One of their employees even recommended Chewy's.

Excellent pet supply store! Knowledgeable and caring staff. They carry high end, high quality, real pet food, which is far better than the stock commercial kibble at the big chain stores. If you truly care about your pet, go to this store and let the staff help you feed your pets what they truly deserve to eat.

RedRidge really came through for me when I had an emergency that kept me out of town for longer than I’d planned. When I called to let them know what happened, they helped me select and purchase items for my dog by phone, and they delivered them to his kennel the same day. I really appreciate the service and responsiveness!
