Allied is a wonderful, dependable resource for our family. Their veterinary services are exemplary, and our dog Holly has a great time when she stays for doggy daycare or for overnight boarding. Highly recommend.

(Because the pictures that I originally attached with this review some how got removed, weird!) It really saddens me that my dog had to experience this. Sophie had been going to this vet for all most a year when I dropped her off for a hotel stay on a Thursday and was scheduled to pick her up the following Monday. I received a call from the vet early that Monday morning (the day that I was scheduled to pick my dog up) and was informed that Sophie had been hurt and that they were prescribing her antibiotics for her paw. I was in shock and a bit distraught because when I dropped my dog off she was fine! Sophie was not hurt at all and she had just had her nails clipped the week prior by the same vet and they mentioned nothing about her paw. When I arrived that Monday to pick her up they took 15 minutes to have the Dr. come and explain why they were prescribing Sophie medication and then insisted she got hurt in my care. They also failed to inform me of the additional cost tacked on for the medication that was prescribed to Sophie. The front desk person just shouted my total was $178 and didn’t provide a print out of charges like they normally do. I had to ask for a print out. This whole experience was terrible! They showed no consideration for me or my dog and what they had just put me or her through! I am very dissatisfied and will not recommend anyone to them nor will she be back! Very traumatic experience for us both

We changed veterinarian's and came to Allied Animal Hospital based on the client reviews. The staff's interactions and his medical care was superb. They covered all of Chewey's needs. I believe they are honest, very dedicated to his care and are sincere. The staff was amazing before and after his care. They answered so many questions and have gained my trust. I highly recommend changing to this veterinarian's practice. So does Chewey, he's usually apprehensive to leave but he was happy to go into the unknown. ????

I highly recommend Allied Animal Hospital. They follow the Covid safety precautions, are conscientious, respectful, knowledgeable, the staff is amazing. We appreciate all they did for Chewey and we are fortunate to be a client.

I was able to get an appointment here short notice, which is what drew me to Allied. The vet, vet techs, and most of the front desk staff were all very nice! They loved my dog and he seemed to really love them. However, after spending a good amount of money for extensive bloodwork & x-rays, he was misdiagnosed as having a tissue injury. He actually ended up having cancer, which we confirmed 6 weeks later at a different vet. While misdiagnoses can happen at any vet, it’s very upsetting because of all the visits, radiology, blood work, etc he received here. A different vet examined him, xrayed him, and diagnosed him within a day which gave us answers we had been looking for, for almost 2 months from Allied. Also, in case this applies to you- this vet is unable/unwilling to reach out to 3rd party pharmacies. They may provide you a prescription, but most 3rd party pet pharmacies ask that the doctors office reach out directly, so that wasn’t helpful. I’ve read that some vets just don’t outsource medications, but luckily I’ve found one now that will.

I have not been to this facility. Just called to get prices for our cat. The lady that I spoke with was very friendly, courteous and professional. She said that she would call me back shortly to give me the total price with breakdown for each. Now that was fantastic. Very few businesses will call you back with information you requested.

They are not very good. Just a money grabber business. They kept charging us for flea medication but would never send the medication to us in the mail. They also overcharged us 3 different times. My wife and I decided to send our dog here for special care to make sure our pup was healthy. It was a giant waste of money and I highly question their expertise. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

They take very good care of my dog. I feel their prices are a bit high in comparison with nearby vets. But they are very nice and caring to my pet and they are very responsive and communicative when I have left my pet for treatment. They are in direct contact with the hospital in case more specialized care is needed.

This office truly loves the pets they care for. My cat needs a special diet that I buy through them. They were out Tuesday even I called to order more. When it didn't come in by the end of the week, they called to see how much I had left and gave me a stuffed full baggie from the supply they use in their shelter to make sure I wouldn't run out before it comes in. Free of charge. They didn't have to do that and the fact that they did shows how much they truly care.

This place is awesome. The staff is super nice to me and even nicer to my Staffy. He actually gets excited when we walk over there and can't wait to get thru the door. Very straight forward prices, which they've always laid out before hand and let you decide what's best for your dog and budget. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Me and my dog was welcomed and treated with the utmost professionalism. When I had to have my baby put down, they (especially Jennifer) showed me so much love and respect. They helped make my decision manageable.

My 12 year old dog completely stopped being able to use his hind leg and had what turned out to be a small but deep puncture wound that got badly infected. The staff guessed what antibiotics to prescribe before getting a culture back from the lab to determine the infection. That guess turned out to be correct after the results came back and his wound is healing. He had daily visits for a week to Allied so they could flush the wound 3x a day and monitor that it was healing correctly. He is now on the mend and using his leg again just fine. Thank you Allied Animal Hospital!

My doggie chased a car and the car won. Allied took great care of him and he only had a broken toe. Thank you so much Beth, and all the staff. Whitney is one of my favorites. The doc came out to my car and got him out. He was in shock and scared and growling. She was not afraid. He is home now and doing great. Thank you again, Allied Animal Hospital.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! Do NOT take your animal here if you care about it’s life! We took our cat here in sept for excessive vomiting and vomiting blood. They gave us prednisone, and sold us a bunch of super expensive food stating it would help her. Took her back again in Jan for the same problem and they gave her a shot for vomiting. Deciding to get a second opinion after our cat continued to get worse we took her to Locke A Taylor, they did an X-ray, then an ultrasound and discover she had severe cancer in her liver and kidneys and has only weeks. A day goes by and it’s sat, the cat is throwing up every single bit of food after eating it. No one is open but Allied so I call them, explain the situation and ask if they can give her an anti vomiting shot to at least help us make her comfortable. They refuse!! Told me since we went and saw another vet, they won’t help us. They nickel and dimed us every visit and tried to sell every single extra product they get commission on, but when it came to showing compassion for our pet, they could care less. We spent $900 with them for 2 visits and another $300 on our second cat for a bite...they never once offered to X-ray or do any further diagnosis on our cat. If they done an X-ray in Sept, this cancer might have been treatable. They are a horrible vet that is just after selling you extras for their commission $$$$. Locke A Taylor charged us a grand total of $300 for everything including x-ray and ultrasound and didn’t try to sell a bunch of extras. They showed compassion and caring. They found out in 24 hours what was wrong....Allied will come across as nice, that’s what kept us going for our two cats, but the truth is all they want is $$$$! STAY AWAY FROM ALLIED ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!
