Very helpful and my dogs love going there

The girls working were very nice and helped us, as this was our 1st time here. Took our German Shepherd to bath him in December made it rewarding as these cold temperatures makes it hard to bathe him at home. Will diffently come back.

Came in from out of state and only needed a nail trimming for my pug. They trimmed on the spot

Always a great experience here. Especially with the groomers. They take perfect care of our Midge.

Very good with harder to groom dogs

Great value if doing self service, I would not use their grooming service as I witnessed someone's dog fall of the drying platform and hanging there being strangled and choking because they were left unattended by the employees.

The staff is super friendly and my baby looks amazing every time!!

We brought our golden Albus in who was long over due for a grooming. He was a fluffy hot mess. Now he's soft as a stuffed animal. The girls were fantastic and did an amazing job. They were professional, personable, easy to talk to, and absolutely wonderful. The price was great, and we will definitely be back.

Awesome got 3 clean pugs. Now to brush all that under coat off.

I have visited several times after deciding to try a new groomer following the the pandemic. I am happy every time with service, customer friendly employees, and my sweet pups are always even more beautiful each time. I would highly recommend this location for you furbabies.

Clean, helpful, friendly. Washed dogs here over many years, and never have had a problem.

I definitely should have believed the bad reviews and gone somewhere else. Staff is very rude and acts like you are a bother just by walking in the door. The girl that was there should find a new job because she clearly did not want to be there. I am a nice and cheery person and she is a negative Nancy and ruined my day. I did not feel welcomed there and will not be going back. In this pandemic business should be ecstatic to have customers instead this employee wanted the opposite. She will be the reason this company goes under.

We go here to selfwash all our huskies. Staff is super friendly and blow out machine is strong enough to handle a husky.

This place is absolutely amazing. I love having somewhere to wash my husky without having to deal with all the HAIR. Their soap gives a good lather without being too harsh on my pup's skin, they always have clean towels, aprons, and are very kind and professional. Also, Rebecca is an incredible groomer. She clipped my husky's nails so quickly and almost without fight which is unheard of. Thanks Pups n Sudz!

The staff are great and Brownie loves going to get groomed there.

The staff is amazing. Bathed both our labs for us and clipped their nails in less than an hour. Great place to do it yourself or have the staff do it for you.

After reading the reviews, and in need of a groomer, I decided to take my dog to this business. I made an appointment and showed up at the appointed time. I was greeted by the staff ( one of which was the owner), and was comfortable with them grooming my dog. My dog had a bad past experience with a grooming facility causing me to look for a groomer that does home visits, long story short the groomer moved out of area, thus the reason to visit Pup & Sudz. I waited for my dog to be groomer and I was very comfortable with the entire visit. I will continue to patronize this business and even recommend it.

They do a wonderful job on my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and my Border Collie. Everyone is so nice and they do what they can to satisfy the customer's needs and makes my furbabies feel comfortable.

We called a couple of different places but these guys had the best price and an opening only a day out not weeks, these guys where great with my dog and every one was polite. I got a bath and a nail trim and I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. I will go back to Pups N Sudz from now on.
