Did a amazing job on my dog!!!

We made an appointment. They were a no show. I calked. The receptionist said he calked me. He was very sorry, so he offered 15.00 off my “$25.00 puppy Grooming” and made an appointment for two days later. Upon arrival, he put my puppy in a crate and told me to come back in two hours with a $50 payment. I had him give me my puppy and left. I went to this place due to all their favorable reviews, but my Neighborhood reviews since were awful!

Charlie always loves his visits with Ms.Sharon. They not only do a amazing job with keeping in the loop if anything changes with my fur baby. But he's always well taken care of. I would recommend them before anyone else. Even when Petsmart butchered my baby's hair. She made him just adorable. And I love her for that. We will be there next week guys♥️

They are awesome! You do not have to worry about your dog. They treat yours like their own! They truly become part of your paw family. They help me with my dog since he was a puppy and his mom before him. They loved it there! Their reaction when you pick them up is completely soothing and not like they was uncomfortable at all there! They even teach you tricks to make the next visit even more comfortable!

Excellent service! I have an older dog and she needs her nails trimmed often. They have the best rates IN TOWN for all of your pet grooming needs. Professional, courteous and always super friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I took my shihtzu here for the first time i was happy with the cut. Sharon scissor cut so perfectly i will go wherever she goes. She was polite and professional. And clearly showed how much she loves dogs.

I've been here several times and to my surprise my pet I think actually likes coming here and very alert when I get close to here. Great Staff and overall my go to place to care for my pet!!

Beware!! Large GASH/ cut in My 10 pound shih poos leg!!! When I dropped off my three fur babies the lady said to go run a few errands and then I would be able to pick them up. I dropped them off at 10:30 at 2:00 I had not heard from them so I called them. The owner answered and he said they wouldn't be ready until 3:00.... another hour and a half. He said that he had a dog that misbehaved and it was taking longer for mine. He lied he was tending to a very large GASH in my dog's leg. When I got home last night I seen it. I called this morning and asked him why no one had told us about this? He said that the lady must have got distracted when my husband picked them up. She also was trying to charge us more than what the owner told us.

We use them for their boarding and grooming services. The people who run this place are true animal lovers. Your pet will be more than cared for but loved. They make your pet feel at home. Seriously, they have couches just for them. One thing though. Make sure you check the items you dropped your pet off with when you pick them up. Blanket or toy may be on the couch or somewhere and can easily get overlooked. It'll be there though. These people are the best I've used in years. I have to board my 2 dogs about 2-4 times a year. Of the 13 years boarding my dogs, the last 3 years I've known these people, I keep coming back.

They were friendly and lovingly cared for my 11 week old pup. They bathed him, trimmed his nails and cleaned up the fur between his paws. He is going back soon for a visit to have his coat clipped. I want the groomers to build a relationship on the first outstanding visit. He was so at home when I picked him up that he seemed to have hardly missed me in the hour visit.

Been here twice and I will keep going back. Not only do they do everything they can to work with MY schedule, they're super friendly and do great work. Besides that, you can't beat their pricing. I've looked at so many other groomers and no one comes close to their services and pricing. Highly recommended!!

I had been taking my Dog to Debbie's grooming off of pole green on and off for years and never have i had the experience that i had today. Dropped her off at 10am got a call at noon saying they had to muzzle her because she was biting (mind you over a course of 4years I've never received such a call) then at 3:00pm get a call from JUSTIN advising that my dog had been cut on her paw because she was moving and biting (but a noon she was muzzled so how is she biting) then get another call saying she'll be ready a 5:35pm, get there at 5 my dog is in a cage and her paw is still bleeding....rush her to banfield and thank god my insurance covered the triage visit and stitching....if you value your pet please do not take them to Debbie's, since she has passed the service jas gone all the way down hill ....i will never step foot in that place again and will be sure to tell everyone i know.
