I feel confident about leaving my dog with the staff at Dogtopia. He can play or chill to his heart's content. The staff let me know if he misbehaves so I can work with him at home, and they keep us informed when one of the puppers gets sick so I can keep a closer eye on my dog for signs of illness.

Dogtopia of Manassas is the most incredible Doggie Daycare by far in the STATE! We in the past had looked at many "Daycare/Boarding" facilities and never felt comfortable leaving our rescue pups there. Then, we found Dogtopia. The staff is simply amazing! Individualized attention to every dog (Many belly rubs, and scratches) Their play area's are the best, and most of all , all the furbabies are VERY WELL taken care of and loved (Just as you would your own pup) Let's just top it all off with Triple A+ amenities, such as a calendar that comes out monthly, with activities/parties/pup socials for the Dogs, A grooming "salon", Baths, nail trimming, ear and teeth cleaning, Absolutely your one stop "spoil" for your pups. It really doesn't get any better. AND you can check up on your pups all day on their webcam! If you haven't tried Dogtopia for your Fur-kid, they are missing out! As part of their logo reads: "Most Exciting Day Ever" certainly rings true!!! Thank you Dogtopia Team, for all the love and attention you give our "Kids"!

I always feel like my fur baby is in good hands when we have to board her for a weekend. It's a huge comfort to be able to watch her on the webcams. The staff are friendly, the facility is clean, and you can tell they really care.

We adopted Shadow in August and have not properly socialized. Going to Dogtopia I was concerned that he would be aggressive and get rejected. The staff slowly eased him into the large canine room. I was overjoyed to see him running around the room making friends.Shadow was there for 30-45 minutes but when he got home, he quickly fell asleep. I took him back the next day for a play/spa day.

After PetSmart refused to groom my puppy even after I made an appointment online and did everything they asked, I took him to Dogtopia as a walk in and it ended up being more accessible, more kinder to my pup and my puppy left happy from here, will definitely be coming back here with the rest of my dogs ????

We came here for the self service dog washing and it was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Yellowing tub, massive clumps of other dogs wet hair still in the brushes, tubs, floor, I mean everywhere. floors were gross, looked like mold around the water faucet and temperature adjustment handle. I’ve used tons of self service dog washes and this was by far the grossest. Super cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess

I appreciate being able to drop my small dog off for the day so we can go into DC or do other shorter day trips where he can't come.

My dog is always excited and happy as soon as we pull into the parking lot. He's obviously very happy which makes me very happy. The staff shows the same care and concern for my dog as I do.

We had a great experience for our 1.5 year old husky's first grooming/spa day! They brushed him out, cleaned his teeth, dry-washed, and clipped his nails and he was nothing short of a happy pup when we picked him up! We will definitely be coming again.

My dog loved it. He played all day with dogs his size and one older dog that was larger. His report card was actually really detailed, like who he played with the most (had 2 best friends). They did a great job grooming him. He was tuckered out and slept really well the night I picked him up.

I truly appreciate the staff's (Groomer included????) friendliness and patience with my high strung, energetic Boston Terrier. He loves the staff and his BFFFs????. It's hilarious that he knows the route to Dogtopia-Manassas. He literally fakes sleeping in the back seat until we're two turns away from the facility. Great doggy daycare and boarding facility ????

My only complaints are: (1) the camera in the toyroom has a big blind spot. No idea what is there or what happens there. (2) cameras should be turned off AFTER the dog are put into the crates for nap time and turned on BEFORE they are released. That would let people see how their dogs are handled. (3) there is no way to track how many days are left on a pass. You have to ask them and they sometimes make mistakes. Update: raised prices and passes now expire. Webcams constantly unavailable.

We send our Australian Shepherd to Dogtopia of Manassas once a week for socialization and play time. We board her when we travel out of state for several days and use spa services. The staff are quick to notify us if there is an issue such as an (upset stomach) and are caring. They write nice little cards about her behavior, the pup friends she played with, and her favorite activity (usually wrestling). Sometimes she gets her picture taken or has extra treats for themed days, which are fun to see. I love the extra enrichment opportunities available and that staff know her when we come in. Our dog enjoys her Dogtopia stays. We enjoy being able to check in on her with the play room cameras. I've attached a photo of the valentine's theme photo shoot she did this year.

The staff is kind and you can tell they authentically care about the animals. I can always count on Dogtopia of Manassas when an unexpected emergency arises. They ensure the dogs are vaccinated and are attentive to their needs. I frequently get the grooming services as well and am always satisfied. The feature that I am most happy with is the live cameras you have access to during the day if your dog is being cared for. The app is easy to use and handy.

WARNING!! Do not take your baby here. I have photos and videos of dogs being pulled into cages by the collars, 40+ dogs in one room, dogs being caged for 3+ hrs with no water or potty break. Managers cover up all abuse.

We really wanted to love Dogtopia, but unfortunately our experience turned into a nightmare. We boarded our dog for several days while on vacation in addition to spa services. When we came to pickup our dog, he was moving very slowly and just looked drained. We figured he is probably exhausted from all the playtime he received. Our dog slept the next 24 hours and wouldn't eat. During this time we also noticed he had some sort of cold and eye infection. He also had a slight fever. We called Dogtopia to see if they had noticed anything during his stay, or if any of the other dogs were sick. They said they hadn't noticed anything. We finally got the dog to eat and saw signs of life returning to him, but realized he was still limping. We took him to the vet who noticed there was an injury to his front right paw which was causing pain and swelling. It is EXTREMELY frustrating that we don't know what happened to our dog there, and that NO ONE noticed he was suffering. His limp is extremely visible, and it should have raised concern from staff at Dogtopia. He came into the facility lively and happy, and left lethargic, injured, and in pain. We have had to pay over $200 for medication as a result, and will need to get x-rays on his injured paw. Our dog had no medical issues when we dropped him off. It's disappointing that no one from Dogtopia seems to care that this happened and turned a blind eye to a sick and injured dog. He received a bath and nail trim an hour before we picked him up. It's hard to believe that no one noticed he was lethargic and in pain. We understand that mistakes and accidents happen but the lack of communication, transparency and honesty is why we will never return.

I was very impressed with the whole operation but, it's there people that pushes them over the top. I would not have reservations about entrusting my pet to their care! Very happy!
