Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable vets. Dr Jean is great with my cats.

They were very patient, helpful and answered all my questions.

My dog was struggling to breathe and Dr. Harper and his team listened to her past cancer diagnosis and was able to quickly tell me the cancer spread to her right middle lung lobe. I respected and appreciated his transparency when it came to deciding what was best. Ultimately we chose to put her down so she was no longer uncomfortable or wouldn’t get to the point of suffering. His team made me feel comfortable through the process and I’m thankful for their professionalism and compassion.

Dr Miller takes such good care oof my dogs. He and his staff are kind and concerned about your animals.

Dr. Krason and Dr. Krason are both wonderful people and knowledgeable, passionate veterinarians. They see my dog as well as sometimes my rabbit!

Animal hospital is amazing, they take their time and provide high quality service making sure each pet gets the care they need. I have 4 dogs and I've been going here for 10 years, they are very understanding and provide personalized care, no pressure for something you don't want done but will inform you and educate you on best available care.

The online site is wonderful and very convenient. The staff and veterinarians are pleasant and knowledgeable. There are cat TVs in the exam rooms. Channels range from the Life of Sparrows to Squirrels That Use Tables.

Dr Rick is excellent. His staff does a great job. Everyone there is very caring about the well being of your pet.Great experience.

It took a little longer than b4 but the staff r really good and tolerant, if ur behind in ur work let the customers know so they can know what's happening it's hot, ur pet is nervous, excited, and not sure how to react. Remember Addison staff our pets come once a yr so there also stressed when they see different people, let the customer know if ur behind and things changed so we know please..

I called this hospital due to an actual pet emergency and them being the only vet in the area to see type of pet and was told that due to not accepting new patients that they would not help me and my best bet was to call someone who could. My child watched her pet die because the next closest vet was 2 hours away and would be closed before I had time to get there. I could understand if it was I just needed a checkup but when we called it was said please help my pet is dying and received no sympathy or help. I’ll never bring my pets to a service who clearly doesn’t care. Rude service from the beginning doesn’t make me think my other pets would be in good care.

The best vet in town. Everyone here really cares about animals and they also show they care about people. The only place in town that treats "exotic" pets as well, such as rabbits, ferrets, and reptiles. In addition to their caring demeanor, they are always knowledgeable and professional. After trying several places in town, we are so happy to have found them.

Don't do payment plans with people that need help, I've had 2 heart attacks and can barely afford anything called and asked them to help me with my dog and was told no payment plans

After more than 50 years of having animals I can rest assured that this is the best place to go to. staff is wonderful and the doctors are A1 you can't miss with these people

Hello, I usually don't give reviews one way or the other but I feel like I should after what happened to me this morning. 4/13/20. We have a family cat that's 11 years old that has some bad teeth and it's making it a little hard for her to eat. That's what I explained very nicely over the phone with a very rude lady that told me to take my cat elsewhere and slammed phone down in my ear for absolutely no reason. I have no idea why she treated me that way.I will not ever do business with this place of business. Very unprofessional. Sincerely Steve Hollingsworth.

Great people, great service

I absolutely love them. As there only just a couple of places who deal with rabbits, I would take my girl anywhere else but them.

We have been to several vets in the area, and are so glad that we chose animal hospital of lynchburg last year when we brought home our new shiba inu puppy! Over the past year we have had nothing but outstanding, affordable and compassionate care. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and kudos to the way they have handled the covid pandemic! They tailor each visit to our dog's needs and are very open and easy to talk to. This is by far the best vet's office in the area in my opinion!

Great service from when you come in to when you leave - everyone is so friendly and responsive which has been great as our screwy kneed cat needed surgery. Dr. Rick has been so helpful through my 50 thousand calls, and always ready to help, as has Dr. Gene. Overall the price is very reasonable, and absolutely worth it for the great service. We really appreciate everything they’ve done for all of our pets!

Had a good experience. Certainly would recommend them.
