I found out about Tina from a lady I met at a store with her poodle. When I saw her poodle I knew instantly that our mini goldendoodle Teddy and I had to meet Tina. She is PETerfect.... She makes Teddy look and feel like a show dog everytime and make recommendations that healthy for him such as brushing his teeth. Thank you Tina❤

I took my mini-labradoodle in yesterday for what was supposed to be a routine trim, nail cut, ear cleaning (which they didn’t do), and teeth brushing. Yesteday’s appointment was at 11AM. At about 12:45PM, I got a call from the groomer, who asked if she could shave him because he was matted. Excuse me??? His last appointment here was about 8 weeks ago on 2/13/2021. Since then, I’ve brushed him weekly a few times a week. I felt his fur before I took him in, and there were no matts. What I did notice, however, was that he was tangled on top because I didn’t comb him yesterday, which I figured they could do. I told her that he wasn’t matted, and she insisted that he was and that it would take an additional 3 hours to de-matt him. What in the world??? She said that in order to avoid the de-matting, she would need to shave him, but, she could do it while cutting as little fur as possible. At this point, I’m completely perplexed, but, I reluctantly told her okay if that was absolutely necessary, and asked her to save as much fur as possible. I picked him at 3PM, and he was completely unrecognizable! They shaved him down like a cat! When I checked my receipt this morning, it says they used a number 4 blade. Not only that, but, they also CHARGED ME for dematting!!! I paid over $100 and my baby is completely unrecognizable. Not only that, but, he was totally lethargic and slept for hours on end when we got home yesterday, which he has never done when leaving the groomer until now. He didn’t even want to eat, nor did he want to go for a walk. I understand they were very busy yesterday, but, I wish they would have taken the time to comb him out instead of shaving him all the way down. There is no way he was matted all over in 8 weeks when I brush him weekly, especially when his ears and tail are still in tact. It is not good to shave down a dog with a double coat. That helps regulate their temperature. Now, it will take weeks for his fur to grow back. Very disappointed.

My husband & I just got our dog Jaxton groomed for the first time in years. We stopped getting it professionally done because I was never impressed with the results. But I am SO glad we decided to try one more time & take our Business to all fur pet grooming. Jaxton was groomed by Hannah, & he looks fantastic! He’s never looked so good coming back from the groomer. His nails are great, & best of all my husband & I can both tell he isn’t stressed out, so the people taking care of him were obviously kind with him. Amazing staff! They were so great with my dogs who can be "difficult" clients! Super cute boutique-like salon, and they left my two dogs looking fabulous! From the moment I called for information to the moment I picked up my dogs, absolutely excellent customer service.

This place is the best I've ever been for the last 17 years. Someone told me about All Fur Grooming and I am very thankful that th they did. We got our dog when she was abused with previous owners. The people here were so understanding and gave her such GREAT care and LOVE. They went well beyond then MOST groomers. You must try for your pet. They love animals so you can see they love their job! AWESOME place and PEOPLE

Another awesome experience with the ladies at the Locust Grove location. They really helped me out today. I took all 3 dogs to them 1 being his first time there. I was worried as to how it would go but they took him back and turned him to putty in their capable hands. THANK YOU!!
