The care and compassion of Dr.Ware and staff is unparalleled. Dr.Ware has years of experience and is an excellent veterinarian who you can trust to give your companions her best. Her vet tech Katlyn is extraordinary as well as the rest of the stafff.i wouldn't trust my kids to anyone else

Dr. Susan Ware is a caring vet. My doggie is diabetic and recently had surgery on his tail and she is working with us during these times. Making the issues better. I appreciate everything she and the staff especially Alicia are doing for my precious doggie.

Dr. Ware is a fantastic veterinarian and her staff are friendly and helpful. They've done an excellent job of renovating an old brick house into a warm and inviting practice.

They are very attentive and accomidating.. Beans felt comfortable with the staff. That was very important for me.

Wonderful staff just all around. Dr. Ware is amazing, she answers any and all questions and is very accommodating. Megan (at the front desk) is so very helpful! They truly care about the animals and families they serve.

At first I was ok with this place thinking they did great until I received a call from a collection agency about a bill. I had only been there once and paid for my service in cash. I later found out that my ex husbands dogs were added to my account without my knowledge or permission and they proceeded to try to get the money from me. I am still battling this bill. I would never recommend this place. I had heard not so good things about them as to how they overcharge but decided to try them out anyway. Needless to say they will never receive referrals from me as they were unwilling to assist and just told me to call the attorney that they worked with. Truly awful experience. Be careful when going to them, that they wont add pets to your account and try to charge you.

Dr. Ware is amazing! She let us come in when we found a stray that was in bad shape and groomed the matted fur out of her hair with no notice when everywhere else turned us away. We have been seeing her since for the past 3 years and we love her

I have been there once. That one time they cared so much it was unbelievable. The care they showed my pet zion and me with out a second thought will never be forgotten. I will be making them my new vet. I will always appreciate what they did and that to me shows they love what they do along with the animals we call family and the people we are that care about them.

The people who run this clinic are amazing! They squeezed me in last minute when my giant breed had injured his leg when my normal vet could not accommodate for many days. Dr. Ware was professional, prompt and just overall amazing with my dog. The vet tech Kristen (I think) was giving my dog all the extra attention he needed to stay calm. Over all, best vet experience ever. I will 100% recommend them to everyone.

Such an awesome place. Really committed to care and very knowledgeable about animals. I can specifically speak on my 2 dogs, a Siberian Husky and a healer mix. I was VERY confident about Dr. Ware's service and recommendations, and the staff there was more than welcoming, even during the COVID-19 crisis. Thank you New Market Veterinary Clinic! You guys have my business for the life of my girls!
