The epitome of kind hearted people and renew my faith in humanity every time we go in for our furry ones. We are new to this clinic, but will sing their praises to any and everyone with furry/scaley/feathery and smooth skinned loved ones. Wish I could give more stars ????????????

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They talk to your pets like they were people and are very caring towards them. Dr. Holyfield is a wonderful vet. She said my "Tyke" was precious, and how she loves senior kitties. She works with all kinds of animals and treats them all with equal caring. I highly recommend this practice.

The calm and friendly demeanor of everyone at Best Friends helps to calm my skittish dog during his appointments. They were wonderful with our hamster as well.

Dr. Hollifield is wonderful. Her assistant Cecilia is also fabulous. When getting their vaccinations my dogs don’t even flinch. They give them treats while getting the shot/shots. For me it’s sad when they yelp and flop around. I also feel that Dr. Hollifield genuinely cares about their well-being. I have never felt pressured or chastised about the decisions I was making for my dogs.

Absolutely love this vet! We brought our new rescue Canella in for her check up and Dr H is absolutely fantastic as well as the technicians and front desk. I love how fast their communication is and how willing they are to help our sweet girl. Definitely recommend!!

The staff here are kind and helpful, and everyone is so good with dogs, especially doc. My family has been going here for over a decade for our dog, as well as recently bringing a new puppy, and it's been great. The new puppy actually LIKES going to the vet.

My dog has had exceptional care from Best Friends Vet Hospital since he was just a pup. For 12 years now he has received compassionate, quality care. He loves Doctor Hollyfield and all the staff! As he has grown older and his needs have changed, Dr. Hollyfield has been right alongside us, providing us with the best care. He can’t wait to see his friends at Best Friends and get special treats!

Best Friends Veterinary Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pet! They took such good care of my guinea pig, midnight, until she took her last breath. They did everything they could for her. Once she transitioned to guinea pig heaven, they were so supportive, caring and kind. They gave me a condolence card, poem and a beautiful plaque with her name and footprint on it. It was so touching! You could tell they really cared about her. I would highly recommend Best Friends Veterinary Hospital!

Doc was extremely knowledgable about my birds. I could see how much she cared for their well being and I am so happy to have a found a trusting avian vet. I won't be taking my feathered babies anywhere else

I have been with Best Friends for years. First with my rats—who were treated with so much love and attention all their lives—and recently with my dog. My dog was 15 years old with kushings and nearing the end of his life. I emailed Best Friends in our family's most painful hour (when we decided we had to put him down) and they responded quickly, with sympathy and care. Dr Hollifield was completely booked for the next day and I was afraid—I couldn't entrust my dog's final moments to anyone but her. I knew that she would give him a peaceful, loved, and spoiled final moments while he fell asleep for the last time. Dr Hollifield was so kind. Without being asked to make time for us she directly responded to my email told us to bring him in. She made time at the end of her very booked day to put him down. That night I was calm, knowing he would be in good care the following morning. As with all things that Dr. Hollifield does, she does them with love. She gave my dog some cheese (his favorite treat in the world!!) to lick and chew on as he fell asleep. I could not have asked for a kinder, more loving vet than her to put him down. Even though I miss him I am at peace and have no regrets knowing that she spoiled him with yummy treats until the very end. He passed happily, enjoying his beloved cheese. There was no better way, no better vet for my dog's final moments on earth than Dr Hollifield. I am so deeply grateful for all she has done for our family's pets. She is such a wonderful person and such an incredible caring vet!

Dr. Hollifield is the best vet ever. She helped me raise a cocker until she was 18 and now nursing a new puppy back to health. She is smart, kind, a great communicator, and super responsive. Love the practice!!

I absolutely love taking my parrots to Best Friend's because they are wonderful with my birds. Dr. Hollifield is an expert in avian veterinary care, and she makes my birds feel at ease with her soothing voice and gentle manner. Everyone on staff has a warm and lovely way of 'greeting and treating' both pets and owner. They also have a 'bird room' for boarding the birds when I have to be out of town, and when I pick them up, my birds are fine and relaxed. I trust them completely, and only wish I had had them when I still had my dogs.

Best Friends Veterinary Hospital is the place to be if you care about your pet. Not only do they have all of the above qualities their number one concern is your pet. They are extremely thorough when it comes to health care and they do it all with a friendly positive attitude. Dr. Hollifield and her staff are exceptional. I have been with them for 10+ years.

We have seven dogs and each one of them has received top-notch care each every time they visit! Dr. Hollifield and her staff are always very professional. Cannot day enough great things about them.

This place is trash! ???????? The manager is disrespectful and rude and the vet is under equipped and does not know what she is talking about. Your animals are not safe here. 100% would not recommend.

Dr Hollifield is the only vet I would hand over my pet birds to curbside.

Dr. Victoria was the vet for my childhood dogs. Then about 3 years ago my sister had to take a pet to the vet and told me she found Dr. Victoria. After that I started taking my dog to her. Dr. Victoria is awesome at what she does and when she's talking to you you can tell she loves doing it and she loves her patients.

It was ok. I shared two apps with my kids.$24 for food that was just ok.

Before even making an appointment the vet here was able to evaluate my Cockatiel and describe what tests she would need as well as the cost. Greatful for this transparent service and relieved to be in this vets care.

Dr. H really made our day even we didn't expect him to promptly reply to our email with details. More over, he gave us a tip that would save our pet's life. We are touched and thankful for his kindness.

EXCELLENT CARE. We have a tortoise that moved with us from California and had some trouble adjusting to the cold weather. When we got there the assistant and the doctor were supper friendly and the doctor gave us so much information about the condition of our George! and also how to take care of him better. I strongly recommend them. they are knowledgeable and show they care. Thank you!
