Dog Krazy Fredericksburg, Virginia

From best to worst. We regretfully have to post this to bring awareness to the fact that the vacancy of their groomer has created a problem that must be solved. For over a year, we have taken our dogs and absolutely loved their haircuts. The price was a little steep, but the high quality of work made it worth it. But the groomer left. The new groomer absolutely hacked both of our dogs. I mean their cuts were just bad. We paid to have their nails cut and this wasn’t done. We paid to have their teeth brushed - and if this was done - it was done poorly. You have lost us as customers. We called to offer an opportunity for you to fix this and we got the run around. So disappointed.

I had ordered a bag of a particular brand of dog food off Amazon, but it was delayed a week and in the meantime, my poor pup ran out of food. PetSmart didn't have that brand, but lo, behold: Dog Krazy had it in stock (accurately reflecting their website's product listing!). So, crisis averted. But WAIT! That's not all! I get home, compare my receipts, and it turns out Dog Krazy's price for that exact same brand and size bag of dog food was about ****40 percent**** cheaper than what I had just bought online. So in my one trip to Dog Krazy, I got my dog a treat + a month's worth of poop bags + a bag of dog food for the exact same price as just the food bag on Amazon. A+, Dog Krazy. They've got themselves a regular customer here on out!

Unfortunately, the do not stand behind their products. We needed to exchange a harness for a different size, and we’re told no. Very disappointed

I suggest them to anyone who I know has pets. I go in most of the time for my cats food and their large variety of safe dog treats. But I recently brought my husky in to be groomed and Milo did an excellent job. She looks so nice and tidy. Plus the de-shedding treatment was well worth the extra cost since now I can pet her without coming up with a hand-full of loose hair.

Dog Krazy in downtown Fredericksburg is the best! They truly make each and every dog feel special! I am so thankful for the fabulous groomers taking care of my puppy! Milo and Laura have been so gentle and careful with my 5 month corgi (who happens to be quite dramatic) and I am always greeted at the door by a friendly face! The staff is always SO helpful and makes sure your doggie is well taken care of!

I've ordered from Dog Krazy online and have visited in person and I love the quality of the products offered and the fantastic customer service I always receive. They deliver to your house if you live in the area and that has been so incredibly convenient. Love this store!

Friendly staff, cute little dog boutique and they carry a lot of great treats and dog food options (i.e. Honest Kitchen). Also a grooming salon upstairs.

my dog got a bath, nails clipped, deep hair removal. They did a top notch job.

Found the cutest jean jacket for our sweet girl Annie! Love that Dog Krazy has a lot of holistic treatments and maintenance options available. We always pick up some calming CBD and healthy hip n joint treats. And the snack bar is unreal! This past visit we also got a peanut butter bar. She loved it!

A decent experience visiting, prices are comparatively quite high. They excel in customer service.

Love this place.They have my dogs favorite baby that I can't find anywhere else & a cute self serve bar of treats geared towards hounds and thier natural instincts. Dried liver, dehydrated duck heads,etc. Staff is always helpful and dogs are welcome ☺️

This is hands down the best dog store in Virginia! Jamie is a saint! She will seriously go out of her way to make sure that your dog is taken care of while they are in the store. She's always friendly and up for a conversation, usually dog related. All of the other workers are amazing too. My dog used to be very timid after I adopted her, but Jamie and her coworkers helped to make my dog more confident as she's grown.

This is the store I've been looking for, no more going to Petsmart or Petco. They have amazing people working there. Really nice selection of products at good prices. This store and the people working there made me and my dog very happy. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I love Dog Krazy! I used to go to commercial pet grooming and they were always such hectic experiences. I used to drop off and pick up a stressed and confused pup and something had to change. We’ve been going here for about a year now and we love it! Lorie and Milo are always the sweetest and they always treat my baby Frida so kind when she comes in for her grooming. You can tell that the people that work at this shop really do care for your furbabies and I appreciate it so much that they strive to create a safe and fun environment for them!

Pricey but great customer service.

Customer service was horrible. They were so rude with my wife that she left the store and we will never shop there again. I will make sure I spread the word. She was wearing mask just not over nose and regardless that is not a reason to treat to your customers badly.

Employee's are friendly and informative. I'd probably shop here more if there was a location closer to my home.

Took my two French bulldogs in for Valentine’s Day photos! They treated my dogs like family, I loved that and so did my fur babies!!! Not to mention my pics came out adorable! Thanks guys!

03/06/20 Sent daughter in to pick up a bag of food for our dogs. Purchase was supposed to be free due to Manufacturer promotion. Visit prior we were even told by sales associate next bag was free. Took advantage of daughters lack of experience and charged full price. Wife spoke with Manager? No resolution. Will not return. Not a money thing. Just a complete lack customer support and service. As a "small business", highly recommend training of some sort for employees. Years of good will and service tossed over $65. It is a shame. Really enjoyed going with our dogs. Great local business to support. Not one to just blindly support local businesses. Everyone there does a great job of making us feel wanted and needed. Take our Aussie there for pampering as well as food , snacks and accessories. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOG KRAZY!! .

From the moment we went to the Spotsylvannia location the staff was phenominal. We took our 170lb dog Oberyn to be groomed by Ella. She put us at ease and took AMAZING care of Oberyn. He looked amazing when she was done and the staff loved him. Such an amazing experience. We will be coming back alot!

Greatest place ever. Don't shop anywhere else. You can get legitimate and knowledgeable help with nutritional questions, supplements, allergies, stomach issues, etc. The selection is amazing and I dont think they carry any products they wouldn't feed their own dogs. If you love your dog and you haven't been here, I have to ask ... do you really love your dog?? :)

Honestly I hate how much money I spend there... but I LOVE the variety of snacks and treats for my puppers... amazing staff and amazing selection of goods, honestly at a very fair price, I just have 3 dogs, so its the quantity that kills me

Took my dog Ace here for his birthday to pick out a special treat and a toy. Miss Matilda was so gentle with him and gave him treats! I will definitely be back :)
