Clerk not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. They do provide high quality products and seem to very concerned about pets.

I left my baby, Betsy, with Pet Craze for a whole week while I traveled. I was very apprehensive about leaving her, as I never had before. Oh my gosh, what a great week she had!!!! The staff is amazing! They even have her a bath. I highly recommend!! Thank you so much for a great experience for me and my girl. ❤

Fantastic store, love the dog cleaning section. Would be 5 stars if there was a bit better food selection.

Setting at McDonald's eating my biscuit and watched the girl bring this large white dog out went across the street that belongs to the senior home and let the dog do his business on their property and made no effort to clean it up nasty wasn't visiting pet craze

This is the place I take my dog to give him his baths. I would give 5 stars but I don't really like the new bathing system they have installed. The soap and conditioner is dispensed through the water system at the flick of the selection buttons on the new system. I would rather lather my dog and scrub him clean than rely on this new system that doesn't produce enough soap or conditioner and when the soap and conditioner run out, you have to run to the front to request more. Product runs out too fast. Overall, I still like this place.

My fiance and I recently moved to the area and were looking for a nice place to watch our pets while we were out of town. We saw reviews for Pet Craze and thought we would give them a try. You first have to sign your pets up with Pet Craze and bring them in to see how they will react to the environment. When we got there we filled out some paperwork and they took both of our dogs to the back. After about 30 minutes they brought them back to us and said they did great. We scheduled them to be dropped off from November 6th to November 10th. I made sure to prepackage each meal for both dogs and write their names on the bags to make things easier on the staff. I also packed a 10 ounce package of bone broth. When we dropped them off with the food and the done broth I gave them a handwritten detailed note just telling them how much bone broth to give (which was about a tablespoon). While we were gone I called multiple times to make sure our pets were doing okay and each time they reassured me everything was great. On November 10th we picked up the dogs and was never given the rest of the bone broth. I was so excited to get my dogs back home that I just let it go. When I got home I noticed my dog had a cut on her left eye. My first reaction was anger but after speaking with my fiance about it I calmed down and thought it may have just been her rough housing with another dog. The second time we took our dogs to Pet Craze it was for one night but we still prepackage their food and provided bone broth but again never got it back. Once more we gave them the benefit of the doubt and let it go. However, my other dog acted terrified of my fiance and I. As soon as she got home she went straight to her kennel and would not come out. Now for the third time we took our dogs to Pet Craze. We dropped them off on December 19th and picked them up on December 27th but before dropping them off we asked them to please make sure we get our bone broth back this time to which they said "okay". I called and checked on the dogs as I usually do and again was reassured that everything was going well.. When we got the dogs and their bed in the car and I took my mask off I got an overwhelming scent of urine. We got home and noticed there was a huge hole in one of my dog's bed and the foam was saturated with urine to the point that the cloth covering was pretty much dry. I reached over and smelled my dog and she smelled STRONGLY of urine. It is as if she was sleeping on her urine saturated bed... I was fuming... ALSO we never got the bone broth. My fiance called them today and they had no explanation for anything. They said they did not have a good sense of smell but said the bed is most likely wet because she was dragging her bed over to the water (which is something she has NEVER done). My dog loves her bed and would never pee on it or rip it apart.. but even if she did do these things why wasn't I told about it before I picked her up especially with how many times I usually call to check on them???

Went to Pet Craze for the first time today. I gave my dog a bath with the self-grooming service they offer. Tubs were big enough for my large yellow lab. All of the supplies for bathing (brushes, towels, soap and dryer) was available. They even had aprons so you dont get all wet when bathing your pet. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. Also, the prices are extremely fair. My yellow lab got a full bath, harness and a got him a nice heavy duty collar all for under $50. Definitely will be back!

We give Pet Craze 5 stars because they earned it!!! We use Pet Craze for daycare, boarding, grooming and purchasing dog food. The customer service here is great and the staff members are very knowledgable and friendly. So if you need a safe, fun, loving place for your dog to groom, play or stay this is the place for you.

Washed Boris and Tasha here. So much easier than washing the two of them in a bathtub.

Dremel only nail trims. My dog is a living nightmare. The groomer did a fantastic job (didn’t even need assistance). I will definitely be coming back. Very cost effective too!!

This is the place that we bring our Border Collie to and we feel fortunate that such a kennel/dog products/DIY wash facility exists here! And the staff folks are great. We adopted an orange tabby that was up for adoption. Though mostly catering to canines, they always have one or two kittens that are available for adoption, which is a nice touch. You end up playing with them and wanting to bring them home...
