I took my dog for grooming and they did a very good job.

I specifically mentioned they should shave his paw pads and they did not. However, they did change the liner in my pers carrier, and the staff was extremely kind. My pet smells great and his hair is soft and silky.

They are awesome!! As a reference it costed $40 to trim my cat and they did an absolute great job! The cut was super clean and my cat was not frightened. Recommend!

The owner helped us. He was extremely nice, easy going personality too. He was great with my high strung Jack Russell Beagle mix. He managed to cut her nails, and I don’t know how he did it so fast and efficiently. His prices are extremely reasonable especially for this area. I will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend! They did a phenomenal job on Luna, one of my 20pd dogs. She smelled great and her coat was so soft. Took Copper for a wash and blow out. I don’t know how they did it. He won’t even let me brush him at home. He looks great! Great prices too!

Our Labradoodle came home with a great cut and they did a fantastic job combing out our very hairy shepherd mix. Excellent prices.

Great service & best price for ???? nail trims: $10 walk-in, no reservations needed service. My sometimes skittish rescue appreciates Luke's skilled hands & zen presence. Highly recommend.

Always do a good job and more reasonably priced compared to other groomers in the area. Only place I trust. I have a standard poodle.

Luke has groomed our dogs for the last 12 years. He treats them as his own. He also has an excellent team working with him. The quality provided is excellent.

Great experience for a quick nail trim for our bulldogs. They got us in right away and put in about 5 minutes with 2 dogs. Definitely going back!

Holy smokes! This place is great! My kitten has anxiety but a female took good care of her. She smelled soooo good, fluffy fur and my jazz was so happy returning to me. I was very please with the service..will be back again! THANKS!!

Perfect grooming is the BEST. I have been taking my dogs here for over 15 years and have been consistently delighted with their professionalism, attention to detail and customer satisfaction. They are the BEST.

UPDATE: Just updating my review to note that we've now been there several more times, and have had phenomenal experiences each time. They've done a great job with everything, especially during covid. This is THE place to get your pups groomed, hands down. Original review: We took our two Australian shepherds today for the first time, and we will 100% percent be going back! The staff were super friendly and responsive, they followed our instructions/requests perfectly, they did a terrific job with the grooming, had the dogs ready right on time, and did it all for a very great price!

Took my dog ???? and I dropped him off. The groomer was very fast, effecient and did a great job with my dog.

I took my dog here today a 7month old lab puppy and had him get his nails clipped as well as a bath and when they brought him out he was covered in other dogs hair as well as his leash I had to ask them to clean off the leash and collar for my pup. On top of that the lady that works there informed me that they clipped his nails too much and that he might be bleeding when we take him home and he walks around because the quick stop might come off. I felt so bad for my little baby, I thought this place would do a good job especially since they were rated 4.7 out of 5 however I’m not satisfied and will never bring my dog here again. I don’t know if they were rushing today or not but that’s not an excuse of why you would clip 3 nails too short to the point of bleeding.

Love bringing my dog there! He sheds a lot and when he came home he was shed free and was very nicely groomed!

This place is great! The owner is very friendly. We've been taking our dogs to get their nails cut here for quite a while and he is always friendly and kind.

They know our boys by name and take great care of them. The dogs always cone back smelling delicious, fur soft and clean, and tired from the long spa day.

Not satisfied with the service they provided for my dog. Very uneven groom , and my dog does have few cuts around the ears and the around the tummy area. Will not visit this salon ever again !!!!

Thirty years of exeptional service, but yesterday takes the prize. Dog rolled in the mud 5 hours before the wedding and they cleaned her up in 20 minutes!

i took both of my frenchies on saturday ...... they went in perfectly happy. 2 hours later i went to get them and one of my frenchies had two cuts?both bleeding out of her left hand. Both people there were clueless and tried telling me it could of been a scab or a hot spot.... my dog went in there perfectly fine...it looked like another dog got a hold of her. Very poor service, and yes i got my money back but i will never ever take any of my pets there... they do a poor job, and not to mention my other frenchies ears were still dirty. Go to PEtco in Annandale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: the past few times I've gone, my dogs nails are never cut. Its upsetting because its only the past few times that this has been an issue. I love this place but one of the main reasons i take my dogs is because they need their nails cut and i can't do it myself. I end up taking them to the PetSmart on another day and paying an extra $20.. frustrating. My FAVORITE groomers. They don't charge more than petco or petsmart, but have significantly higher quality. My boys always come out looking and feeling clean and are so happy !! I will never take my dogs to anywhere else. They're good with my pups here. Such nice employees and the black poodle that's always hanging out is so sweet.

We took our dog in for a grooming and she came back with matted ears and snout. They completely overlooked her face. We took her back and they cleaned and trimmed them free of charge, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. A couple days later, she developed a terrible bacterial ear infection, the first she’s ever had. We won’t be going back.

No other groomer for us! Luke, Dominique, and Edgar are the best. The one thing most important to me is that my dogs never leave nervous. They all look great and Purrfect Grooming will always accommodate any request.

After moving to Front Royal, I strongly considered still using them. The friendly service, and value for the cut has always been very good.

I have been coast to coast with my furry family and this place is the best. Great customer service. Great work on my dogs. Great price. Consistent every time. I just hope i find a place like this when I move next time.

We were VERY happy with our dogs cut. She came out very soft and fluffy. Other places claim our dog has problems being cut ana washed and Pepper didn’t have any problems here she came out happy! Definitely recommend
