They always have my chinchilla food in supply and lots of chew toys. The staff is so very kind and helpful! Great store and super clean!

Not Ada friendly on Xmas eve half of customers unmasked and not keeping safe distance no separate line for persons with disabilities!.

Horrible experience. The management staff is rude to humans and cruel to the animals BEWAREEEEEE of a wolf and sheep clothing.

Don’t even waste your time calling or going into this place. The staff can only be as good as the management. And management needs some revamping. If it was an option to leave zero stars I would.

The staff were unable to provide any information over the phone. I was transferred from one person to another and was put on hold for over 5-min. Very frustrating, clearly inefficient and will no longer utilize their services.

Saddly you cant buy puppies like you used to, but they got cats

Kyla is the best employee there. She's quick and price matched my items that were cheaper online, I didn't even know they were cheaper elsewhere! We kind of dread going to this place because the lines are frequently really long and the checkout slow. But Kyla in particular kills it.

Friendly associates at this large petsmart store. They were low on supplies of gravel for fish aquariums however. Hopefully, it gets back in stock soon.

I just want to let everyone know that this is the worst customer service store in Falls Church VA. Starting with Angion that if you are 5 minutes late she will not take your dog. On top if that she will reschedule with someone that is not working that day. Thank you Danny ! You have to be patient if you want to get your dog groomed. I am not coming back.

Nikki is the best person to clip the claws on both my cats. I take them to her every month, and she does a great job.

I went there to grab some supplies for my new puppy, and I was given a personal assistant to show me where everything was specifically, and to give me all of the important details about what I needed for my dog. He was extremely helpful, very cordial, professional and very nice. I even got another assistant to take my dogs crate to my car because it was too heavy for me to carry. This is a great store with great team members!

This rating is for their grooming service. I am so pleased with the job they did on my Cavalier King Charles. They did a better job than my regular groomer who charges $20 more. Definitely earned my business

A fun place to visit. You can get the pet supplies needed and meet new furry friends all in the same place!! It is always a joy to go here

My go to place for dog needs

Wish they kept more goldfish in stock, the tanks have been basically empty for the past 3 months (Feb-Jun 2021)..

This was a horrible experience for grooming. My dog is really good at other Petsmarts groomers and even the vet, except for not liking getting his nails clipped. We went to this one because it was the only one with open appointments. We showed up on time for the appointment. The 2 groomers walked in late and didn’t even acknowledge us standing 5 feet away for several minutes. No “hi, how are you, we’ll be with you in a moment.” Nothing. Kept us talking to each other about when they can leave and go get Starbucks and eat. Without even talking to my dog or letting him smell his hand, he walked up and tried to put a leash around his neck and drag him back. Then within a 10-second window said your dog is too aggressive and refused the service. Another employee then walked up and talked to him and let him smell her hand and my dog was letting her pet him and kissing her hand. It’s basic knowledge that you greet a dog first. I didn’t know how these people have a job in grooming animals.

Store is always very clean and organized. The employees here greet every customer and are extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. Always a pleasure to take my pups here for their needs.
