The store is very nice and clean. There are a variety of dog and cat food.

A wide selection of very different dog and cat food and treats that I can't usually find anywhere else when I'm looking to treat my friends' pets. The staff there are very helpful and there is always something new for me to try every time. In fact I can't usually keep up with it. The largest selection of freeze dried treats which my friend's pets love especially duck flavored ones which is her dog's favorite. Also one of the most extensive cat treat places as they are difficult to find. I found a bunch of new soups and stews this time for my friend's cat to try since she's a soup eater. As far as I can tell from reading the labels...high quality with less processing and fillers. My go-to pet treat/food place I'm NoVA.

Dropped in here today to look around for some items for my dog and niecepup. While I was thoroughly imoressed with the layout and variety of products. The customer service for me and my daughter were non existing. The cashier greeted patrons who entered after me and those who were retrieving their pet from them yet never did she acknowledge our presence. I wanted to buy a few items however, that left a sour taste in my mouth and my pockets and I chose to keep my money so I can buy the items some place else. Customer service seems to be a lost art yet there are some of us who still value and hold it dear. I'll never visit this location again so thanks.

Super helpful friendly staff helped me find what I needed for my cats dental issues! It's really rare to find a place that will help with cat teeth lol

Everyone that works here is amazing. The whole staff is actively helpful. They are so knowledgeable about companion animal nutrition, and regularly go the extra mile. I love going into Loyal Companion and catching up with everyone. Thanks a ton for everything!

I just got my pup groomed by Andrea at this location. It was a great experience and she did a wonderful job. He is a 6 month old Scottish Terrier, so finding a groomer who knows how to properly cut scotties is tough, but she was great. She followed through with all of my odd requests, and he turned out exactly as I had hoped. Scotties are also not the easiest to groom, but she was very kind and said he was good, even though I bet he was not haha. Definitely recommend! The first picture was taken before and the last two after!

Small shop, doesn't carry a whole lot but most of the essentials, generally good quality items I'd be ok with buying for my dog. Grooming service was great, probably the softest my dog's fur has ever been!

I have been a long time customer, since this store was Wylie Wag. I started taking my dog to Loyal Companion’s groomer when they first started offering grooming services and on the third visit, my dog was cut up in a six places on her chest and one on her shoulder. The poor pup now has open wounds all over. It also upsets me that the groomer, Andrea, did not have the courtesy to tell me this had happened. I get that it is a tough topic to bring up but I lost a lot of trust in Andrea after this. I asked several dog owner friends and all have said that in the event the dog is hurt during the grooming, the owner is notified. In the 11 years I had my dog, she has never had her skin sliced off by the groomer. I am so sad for my recovering pup. I am torn because I really enjoy shopping at this store but cannot trust the people.

I bring my puppy Bruno the Magnificent to this location. Sales rep Jamie and groomer Andrea treat him like their very own. Jamie has given me so much great advice, tips, and product suggestions. Her help and sheer kindness has been invaluable. She's phenomenal. Bruno loves coming here! It's a one stop shop and we get a great selection of Primal dog food, toys, and durable toy products.

We found a lot of good toys and other things for our puppy, and it was cheaper than other pet stores we went to. We had been thinking about getting our dog a light up collar, and found one here that we had seen at other places for more!

Annabel loves coming to Krisers (still known to us as the Wag). They're the only place in the area that stocks Steve's dog food - that's the good stuff. Very friendly, always offering yummy treats, excellent assortment of treats and bones and toys for cats and dogs

We love coming to this store. They have a great selection of products and the staff is always very helpful. We appreciated that they offered us a free bag of dog food due to being furloughed during the government shutdown. This was extremely helpful.

1/5 because the store is either not knowledgeable about the products it carries or lies to sell the product. +1/5 because they do carry great brands. The frustrating part of this ordeal is we relied on the store staff to make a recommendation; we were sold by their confidence and knowledge of a toy's construction. That knowledge was completely incorrect. We asked for the store associate for a recommendation of toys good for aggressive chewers. Toys will get shredded up over time and we're just looking for something that would hold for a few weeks. We were directed to the "Fluff and tuff" line which were their toughest products; we got the bear for $30 which is a bit steep for a single toy. The associate assured us that all the arms/legs were stitched separately and this was indeed well worth the cost. Within 5 minutes of giving the bear to our dog (<20 lbs mini poodle). he ripped a hole in it's nose. We later checked that the associate was incorrect - none of the arms/legs are attached separately. It's truly just your average stuffed bear, except it costs three times as much. We called in less than 30 mins of leaving the store to ask if there's anything they could do. We were told no refund or store credit since no toy is a guarantee. This is understandable and normal, though a bit of a letdown. We would totally get it if we called in a day or more later. They gave us a 30% off a single product and told us just to "mention our name" because we were in the system. When I asked what the name in the system was (I didn't remember being asked or giving one), they admitted we weren't in the system. I still don't know if we have the 30% off "in the system", but we probably won't go back to find out.

What a great store with amazing selection and helpful friendly staff. They offered free dog food during the government shutdown and I was blown away by the choices you were given. Being out two pay checks, things have gotten tight financially and dog food is one of those things that can have such a negative effect on the health of your pet, and this enabled our dog to continue eating healthy food and not resort to food that would cause our dog to be itchy and have stomach issues. Thanks so much!

I always love bringing my guys here. They are loved fondly by the whole staff. The staff knows my two corgis by name and always shower them in treats (after asking if it's okay and after confirming any allergies) every time I bring them by. The staff here is super helpful finding the perfect treats and food for my little ones. I was surprised one time that they remembered my cat prefers beef flavor. Would recommend them to my family and friends.

Thank you Kriser's for adding Grooming to your Tysons store!! Andrea is not only a very talented groomer who takes great pride in her work, she also has an obvious and genuine love for dogs. Our Frenchies Rocky and Shamus love her. She's very affectionate toward them, so they happily follow her into the grooming room, and come out looking very handsome every visit...We also purchase all of our dog food and treats from Kriser's. The store manager Regan and entire sales staff are very kind and knowledgeable about the brands they sell. Regan explained the benefits of raw toppers, as I was reluctant. Since adding them to our dogs' diet, they not only LOVE every meal, their coats and digestive systems have greatly benefited. Open Farm is our favorite brand as it's certified humane and only the best ingredients. Nice too is the fact that it and other brands periodically go on sale and/or offer purchase incentives. So nice to have a such a great place in our neighborhood to take our pups for grooming and shopping. The internet can't do that, and it's important to support our local businesses.

It was a small place, but it had a lot of options. Staff was friendly, will definitely be back.

This company used to be Wylie Wagg which had great customer service. The service is not nearly as good under Krisers. I am looking for a new source with better service after many years of going to Wylie Wagg.

Do not ever take your pets to this store. Our dog was taken here to be groomed on January 21 and got out of both the groomers area and then the store. No one called us and we were not notified until an hour later when we called to check up on him. We found him FOUR HOURS LATER across 6 lanes of traffic with frostbite on his paw. The store manager and staff could not have cared less. This store is a JOKE.

I am here to second my sister's review below from January 21st. We brought our dog here for a bath and THEY LOST HIM. He was somehow able to run out the front door, and no one contacted us because they had lost our phone number. When we finally called to see what was happening, they informed us he was lost and had been for a half an hour. We spent the next four hours frantically driving and walking all over Falls Church in 20 degree weather, searching for our lost 8 year old dog. Thank goodness, we were finally able to locate him (thanks to some good samaritans and Animal Control) after FOUR HOURS. He came home limping, and has frostbite and sores all over his feet from the ice melt. We found out he ran across Lee Highway TWICE. It's a miracle we found him, and that he wasn't hurt or hit by a car. The staff was insincere and uncaring, and barely spoke to me. It was clear they were only worried about getting in trouble and did not care at all about the welfare of my pets or my alarm. I think they left the salon door propped open and due to negligence, my dog was able to run out of the store. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE.
