My dad came home happy after her stay! I just wish I would have gotten a paw-gress report form her stay.

Typical PetSmart. Expect to always wait in a line to checkout.

Do NOT trust the Pets Hotel here. I set up for my dog to stay there for the holidays. My dog was heartworm positive and when making the appointment I asked if this was okay. The person who made the appointment said it was no problem. In the span of a month, I talked to four different people on the phone to discuss our dog’s care and medications. NO ONE mentioned there was a problem with my dog having his condition. I was not told until the day of check-in when I had arrived at the place, that they could not take my dog because he had heartworm. After a month of talking with people saying that they’ll care for my dog regardless of his condition, they turned us away once I got there. It was disappointing and frustrating. I tell myself that it was for the better that my dog didn’t stay there. I even remember waiting by the doggie day camp room and seeing employees scream at their dogs. I realized that I wouldn’t want my dog to stay in a place like this.

Their website prices and in store prices are different, cashier was real fed up with me asking. The store is organized, but lately a lot of the hamsters and birds have been missing from view here.

Employee was very rude and recommended a 1.5 star cage that was tiny and was apparently "The good one". I don't know if this was because he knew little about it as the store decided sufficiently training him wasn't important, ripping us off, or just doesn't care. I am only giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it was an efficient process of buying the cage and the hamster along with everything else we needed. Very disappointed they made me waste $50+ on a cage that was rated horribly and might cause my hamster to die

Not a lot of little pets were there when we went in but there was a cat adoption event! I ended up leaving with a foster cat, that got adopted within a week. Be careful ????????

Made a doggie day camp appointment today over the phone around 12pm, and told the person I would drop off my dog around 4pm and pick up around 7:30. I asked what time they closed and was told 9pm. When my husband arrived to drop off our dog around 4:30, a very rude lady told him that he had no appointment and that the day camp was already closed and that our dog would have to stay in the back until we came back to pick her up. When I called to make the appointment earlier that day, no one told me that the day camp would be done that early, if I knew I wouldn’t have taken my dog there to just sit in a cage for hours, instead of playing, which the day camp is for. Also, when we came back to pick up our dog I told the lady that I was told that the day camp closed at 9pm, and she said that the day camp closes at 5 and the day care closes at 9pm, even though when my husband dropped off our dog at 4:30 he was told the day camp was already closed. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.

Got my first beta fish from here. The staff was unhelpful and useless. They did not wanna answer the questions I had and clearly do not like their job. If you actually want to meet people willing to answer your questions go to the sully plaza petsmart.

I have used the Fair Lakes Petsmart Pet Hotel and Doggy Day Camp numerous times and have come to trust their team to do the very best for my Dixie! They call her by name as soon as we enter and her tail just wags! They will always reach down and pet her head a bit as they talk to her and put on her identification collar. I have watched her walk back with them and coming to the front for pick up and she is still wagging her tail as they take her back and bring her back to me. I would recommend Their Pet Hotel and doggy day camp to anyone who is looking for an upbeat active place for their dog to run around or be boarded.

Carol is a great trainer, explains directions clearly, so glad we enrolled in her training classes.

This is the worst bath and brush my 4 year old dog has ever had. I specifically asked for them to de-shed my dog when I dropped her off. When we got home after picking her up, I noticed that there were huge chunks of fur still coming off of her. I brushed her for 5 minutes and got this much fur. $60 for a bath, brush, and nail grind, I expect better than this. I will not be going back.

I’m highly disappointed I called to get information about a reptile cover and was put on hold for 10 minutes then the phone while on hold rang so many times….. then this rude lady picks up the phone and I told her I was on hold waiting and explained again what I needed and I was told I’m going to need to hold longer because they are very busy and I could go online sooo I said you put me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me I’m going to have to wait longer on hold or go online so I asked her name she said Anna I think this is very unprofessional and rude no apology at anytime!!!!! Thumbs down to Anna and her poor customer service!!! ????????

The cashier and grooming personal were attentive and helpful

They're huge, vet/hospital/groomer/pet hotel, also clean store and nice employees.

The PetsHotel it's awful! Do NOT trust this place to take care of your pet. My dog was here for a few days and when I went to pick her up, I saw that she was barely fed, based on all of the leftover food in her bag. Also, her homecoming bath was a complete sham! She smelled worse than when I dropped her off. Her anxiety was through the roof and I could tell she was too anxious to use the potty. Will never send my pets here EVER AGAIN!!

Nothing wrong with the store but 40+ minutes on the phone waiting to make an appointment for the pet hotel is unacceptable. I hung up after waiting almost an hour. You would think with technology today we could figure out how to make an appointment online, verify availability and schedule. You are losing business.

Needed hermit crab supplies. They set us up well with habitat, toys and even an additional crab, since dubbed Kermit.

Friendly and has everything for pets. Also this location has pet hotel and hospital.

Do not. I repeat do not shop here. Go to the one in Chantilly. I wanted to buy a fish for my grandson and the lady (she also said she was the store manager) was beyond rude. First made us wait 20 minutes even though we were first. No problem. Then I said I want 1 fish well we have to go into this whole lot of questions which were non of her business. I told her I don't have to give you that information to buy a fish and she got in my face. I ask for the regional manager and they refused to give that information. Then this kids comes out named Sam and now he is the store manager so 2 on duty to give me an 800 number to call. The lady was rude rude rude. I mean really if she hates her job other people are hiring. Don't shop here. Read all the reviews not the ones paid for but the ones by real people

A little disappointed that they had no large crickets. Other than that the store is great and the staff very nice.
