We have hired Melanie approx. 7 times now and she is wonderful! The cats are definitely in good hands with her.

Well. I needed the service 10 days after Xmas 2021 and called multiple times, no one picked up the phone. Left voicemail and no one called me back.

I love this company! I have been using them for years! Michelle is the best sitter I could’ve ever asked for! We went to Costa Rica for two weeks and Michelle went above and beyond making sure my babies were well taken care of! That trip would have been impossible without her! She is very responsive in all aspects of communication as well! I highly recommend this company and hold them near and dear to my heart! Thanks for all you do!

Sondi is so sweet and really loves cats! She trimmed my girls nails (who are super shy--they came from a hoarding house and I got them from a shelter after that, so they have had their share of trauma) with a lot of care. She is also fun to talk with to boot:)!

I was very lucky to find Sondi and her husband Chris. They are so kind, so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about caring for cats. One of my cats has a rare medical issue and they took their own time to research his medical issue prior to meeting him, I am very impressed. My other cat was super shy and they were able to get her to come out and play and be very lovable. I travel for the my work a lot and they are definitely now my go to for any cat care. They book up quick around the holidays so you have to request them months out, because they are that good! I trust them fully, they have amazing etiquette.

We found sondi as she was driving down the street with a sign on her car and peacock feathers sticking out of the back seat. My husband chased her down the street. 2 years later, I have never been so impressed with a service and sitter. Sondi and her sitters don’t make mistakes with schedules. Their fees are very reasonable. Sitters do stay the full 30 min. Pills for sick cats are never missed. And the sitters clearly know and love cats. I have nothing but praise for them and for the first time in my life I can go on vacation knowing that my two cats are well cared for.

Unfortunately, I can't offer any meaningful insight into the quality of their services as they never returned our calls or inquires.

AuPurr is an excellent way to have your kitty taken care of while you are away. They are very well organized hand have thought of every possible problem that might occur while caring for your cat. I live In Woodbridge, VA and Barbara Wilcox was our cat sitter. She did an outstanding job of looking after my Maine Coon while I was gone for a week. I will definitely use this service again!
