My Sammie boy loves going to "school". He gets so excited when we take him. The staff are always so kind and obviously love animals!

Overall good experience taking care of our dogs while we were away. Our younger dog had an flare up of stress colitis while he was there (bit of a nervous boy) and the staff was great about getting him to the vet to get him medication.

While we were out of town Sam stayed at our home and loved our pups just as we would have. He sent us constant updates, was extremely responsive, and took such wonderful care of our pups. We will be using this company many times in the future!

This place is wonderful. We have 3 senior dogs and they always take the best care of them. When I was picking up my dogs, 3 employees walked by and said goodbye to my dog in passing, but they all knew his name and knew he was waiting on his brothers too. It was super sweet to see that they form a connection with the animals. Would highly recommend.

I have been using the services of Julie and James of All of Creations Pet Care before they opened the business in South Riding. I used them when they still lived in Centreville and had the business in their home. I have always loved having our Yorkie and Carine Terrier with them. We have used them for the life of our Yorkie and he had 2 broken front legs (from long slinky...toothpick legs and jumping from furniture at our home) at different times and helped us with Vet Appointment follow up when we had to leave town. They went above and beyond to help us. There was a cost for that but we didn't mind as he was being tended to from our Vet as well as the owners. Julie used to work for our Vet and was a Vet Tech so the professionalism and experience we have with them is comforting. Our Yorkie and Carine terrier stay with them in their home and has for years. They snuggle with the owners and their sweet kids. I recommend them and will use them again and again. Love that it feels like home and our babies are cared for as such. I get text photos when I miss them and wonder how they are. See photos to see for yourself.

We had to board our 3 cats for a move and vacation. James and his staff were so good to them. We were able to board all 3 together and they sent me text pictures to ease my worried mind. Highly recommend for all of your boarding needs.

Seemed like a decent place, however our dog go very sick with a respiratory illness from his stay there and they didn't seem to care when we let them know about it. Additionally, they didn't put the deposit toward the total cost when I paid and ignored our request to refund it until we disputed the charges.

I went to pick up my friends dog early after finding out they wouldn’t be home from vacation on time to pick up their dog. Communicating this with the owner, James, when I got there the dog was at the wrong location. Both owners were impatient, rude, and unapologetic about the mistake made. Even though I was just the messenger and pick up person, they both talked to me with a rude tone and gave me little to none of their time. I do not recommend this place due to the little respect towards customers and the communication issues branching from the two locations.

My two cats stayed here during my two-week out-of-town vacation. They did well, and the staff was sad to see the boys leave. I'll book them again during next year's vacation.

Communication and care are top notch! We boarded our two cats here and we had a very positive experience with great interactions with the staff as they gave frequent updates. One of our cats is very temperamental with strangers and that didn’t scare the team off. They remained patient and tolerant even while having to administer medications. We are using them again for an extended boarding and trust we will have the same experience because of the consistency they have shown. I’d recommend them to anyone needing to board their furry loved one.

Our kitten stayed here a few months ago. He was the same cool & chill cat when we picked him up so it's a winner for the us. Getting ready to get our dog in daycare here so we can do some boarding for him as well. Definitely recommend. The staff seems very caring.

manager/owner James is very demeaning to customers. i asked for credit for another weekend on our deposit since it was non refundable. i was told that since it was so last minute, no, he had to turn customers away. considering i only made the reservation/deposit YESTERDAY (Thursdays) and am requesting the change/credit the very next day, i dont see how he turn away that many customers, since he didn't reply to my reservation/deposit email until TODAY (Friday) . they only care about taking money and not pets. i wont be using them again and will not refer anyone to them either.

Our rescue pup used to hate getting into the truck, a few times of picking him up and placing him inside with him being miserable made me wonder if doggie daycare was a good idea. Just a week and half later he actually gets up himself and is super excited to get to his friends at daycare. The staff are excellent and always friendly with me and my pup. Highly recommended in my book.

I volunteer for a rescue in Kabul Afghanistan and when we transport dogs to their forever homes in the States, many of them have a stop over at All of Creation Pet Care to be bathed and perhaps boarded for a day or two - before the owners come and get them or they are shipped to their final destination. James and his staff are wonderful in the way they manage these frightened and exhausted animals. James and all staff are so accommodating and friendly. The facility is clean and feels like home. I’ve taken my 4 month old bernedoodle there twice a week for about a month now and he absolutely loves it. I’m having to board him for two weeks (????) but feel very comfortable that he’ll be loved on and well taken care of while I’m away. Every morning we go out he runs to the car excited for daycare even when we aren’t going. When I pick him up I always get a full report, usually from Haley (she’s awesome!!) of how he acted and if he ate all his food. Highly recommend.

James and his staff take great care of our Shibas. They have been going there since they were puppies and they get a lot of socializing, training and grooming as well as boarding when we need it. They will even provide door to door service, which is very welcomed during this COVID crisis. The dogs are so happy when they are there, they don't even look back when we drop them off!

I brought my puppy mila there over the summer for doggy day care around 2-3 times a week. I was working 45-50+ hours a week and felt that she was not getting the attention and love she needed, everyday. I am so glad I found all of creation, because they gave her all the love and attention she needed x100. The staff is very kind and caring, and james is very responsive with helping with my puppy training questions or any other questions I have (updates w mila at day care + photos). Mila loves it there! I would leave her for the whole day and she would come back home so tired. After her first day, she was walking up and down the halls of our house, shaking her tail - and to me, looked like she was looking for her dog friends. The staff is so friendly and they truly care for the well-being of the dogs under their care. It made me feel at ease to leave my puppy there for 9-10hrs at a time, knowing she’s being very loved. Very much recommend this place, nothing but good words.

Owner is very knowledgeable, caring and on yops of dog and client needs alike . Safety,health and fun are his top priority. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Used this pet hotel 3xs - thought it was great until I noticed something weird about our dog. Some reason our dog would come back acting very unusual. Couldn’t figure out what it was -but she acted skiddish, afraid to go outside (when normally she’s a very hyper happy dog). I mentioned this through a text to the owner but he immediately got defensive when I simply was just telling him how her temperament had drastically changed after being boarded with them... so he could perhaps investigate or see what could be happening that she would react this way. You never know what it could be. He said he would get back to me, but I haven’t heard anything else after our conversation. I guess it doesn’t matter to lose a customer or to find out why a dog is acting weird after a visit to their hotel. (Shrug)

Only place I trust leaving my fur baby when I need to go out of town???? Very professional and Ryder loves seeing them so I know they take very good care of him.

James and his team treated my dog like their own. I boarded my dog for 11 days, and he got sick during his stay. James personally took my dog to the vet and even asked how he was doing after his stay was over. I was very impressed with the professionalism and caring nature of everyone I interacted with. I highly recommend All of Creation Pet Care and will be using them in the future.

Open play rooms for the dogs, friendly knowledgeable staff, large outdoor areas for the dogs to play. It feels like a home inside

All of Creation is great. My dog loves doggy daycare once a week to get some exercise and time with other dogs. I love that when he is boarded he gets to have doggy daycare during the day vs. other boarding facilities where the dogs are stuck with no fun. James and his team are super nice and I couldn't recommend them more.

Still is one of the best having your dog stay at a more home atmosphere
