We called ahead because we were going to arrive two minutes after the scheduled time of the store closing to let them know we needed to pick up our online order. They kept the store open and allowed us to pick up our order. They didn't know, but it was really imperative that we picked up that order that night. Our dog Lexi had just been hospitalized for 8 days in the ICU from an unknown cause that led to an acute liver and renal failure and she was given a 20% chance to live. Lexi and her care team all fought really hard and she is still here with us and it is quite the Christmas Miracle! While Lexi has been through so much, she still is being a bit choosey in her food selection. So we were rushing to get to PSP to pick up the foods she has chosen to eat now before they closed for the day since we were completely out! If they hadn't stayed open for us we may have been left without anything to feed her with that night. We are so grateful for their amazing service and give our sincerest gratitude for their contribution to Lexi's wellness and long journey to recovery and healing. Thank you, PSP staff <3 You all deserve a Christmas bonus!

6 star customer service. Worked with Ronald on a pickup order and he went above and beyond and was so genuinely friendly all the while. Always love the treat bag with pickup orders! I LOVE my community Pet Supply Plus store!! Colin, at the register has outstanding customer service!! He is thoughtful, caring, professional and knowledgeable. His charm and personality makes going to the pet store, not only enjoyable for me, but my dog as well. Katie and Leila at the groomers do an outstanding job with my dog!! They too are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, providing the utmost care and cut to my dog. And last, but certainly not least, the manager, who I don't know her name, when I lost my phone, held onto it and managed to get it back to me, which I so appreciated!! She is always so helpful recommending solutions, listening and answering my questions. YOU ROCK!! If you shop here, you will be in great hands!!

Fast and friendly service for my pet needs.

This store is very clean and merchandise is neatly displayed. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. They always greet me at the door. Their prices are reasonable for a store that carries items sold in the chain pet stores as well as some items sold at the specialty pet stores. Today I bought some Etta Says jerky that one of my pups love, a couple beef bones, and a box of milkbone that I haven't purchased in decades because I feed my pets high quality food. One of my pups took the milkbone but hasn't eaten it. She loves the Etta Says jerky! I used to buy them by the case on Chewy. I think they stopped carrying them. I am glad I saw them at Pet Supplies Plus!! They are expensive, $2 each, but so worth it because my pup loves it!!

I’ve been coming to this location sinc late 2019, and my experience has always been great. People are awesome, place is clean, decent prices, all good. I use their sef-wash station for my large shepard mix, he has tons of hair and i can’t bathe him well at home. Its been 9 months since i was last there and i went in today to find that they have changed their dryer. I was not able to finish drying my dog, this wouldn’t bother me with any of my other dogs as they have short, easy-air dry coats, but this guy has a double coat and i need a stronger, warmer dryer to dry him so he does not get hot spots/rashes from the wet fur. Just a heads up to folks with big, double coat dogs, the dryer will not get the job done in any sort of timely manner.

Great visit! Happy to see a larger supply and many more choices of the Friskies canned cat food that our cats love. Previously choices had been restricted because of their being able to get items - glad to see that they are now getting more supply. Place was clean and very neat and well organized. Thank you!

The pleasure of being able to walk to this pet store conveniently located in the center of our neighborhoods isn't lost on me, but whats even better is the staff. They are so nice and helpful they remind me of my experiences with Chick-fil-A. Keep up the good work and thank you for what you do for pet owners in the community.

It's a bit expensive here but I come here once in a while so it's alright ???? when ever I go there the employees are very friendly and especially one of them, I'm not sure what his name is but he's autistic and he's super nice, whenever I go to the checkout he's always there and greets me in the nicest way.

Been coming to this store since I lived at an apartment complex nearby years ago. Store is always clean, merchandise is neat and organized, and the staff are super nice and helpful! The company in general is the only place I've managed to find my cat's favorite kind of treat, but I prefer this location to the one closer to my home just because of how nice it is to visit here. (Not that the one by my current home isn't nice; it's just not as nice as this one!)

Leila in the grooming section is awesome. She worked without 7 month old puppy to get him all cleaned up and groomed. He can be a handful as he is getting used to the grooming process, but Leila was amazing. Milo looks great and is ready for some warmer weather with his new haircut! Thank you Leila! We highly recommend the grooming center!

Great location to wash my dog and they have a large variety of different bully sticks that my dog loves. Dog wash is well stocked and easy to use.

Jessica is an extremely rude employee who came yelling at me!!

My wife is 8 months pregnant and she needed to use the ladies room urgently. McDonalds did not let her, she was desperate and ran to pet supplies plus and asked management. A kind gentlemen replied ‘of course’ not sure if they could tell that she was obviously pregnant but I’m glad their customer service style is courteous. Big shout out to Roland thanks again sir!

A bit smaller store than the now-closed Fairfax store but they had what I went in for.

First time here. Felt the prices were a bit high.

I love Pet Supplies Plus! I have shopped there for years but this was my first experience with ordering online and picking up my order curbside. It was a breeze and I would definitely recommend this service to others. They even included a "thank you" note with my order! Love love love pet supplies plus! They’re super helpful, very nice, and their prices are unbeatable bc they usually have some sort of promotion going on! They also price match without hassle, why else go somewhere else?? Would highly recommend to any pet parents :)
