Great shop full of everything my dog needs!

Cassie was wonderful! My Belgian Malinois was having some stomach issues after a amping trip and could not keep down the FROMM food we got from this location for about 36 hours and after some discussion, we decided that perhaps it may have been a bad batch of food or, most likely, how is was stored over a camping trip (left in a tent in a sealed container). Despite the circumstances (food was not left neglected in poor conditions) Cassie replaced the entire large bag with a different flavor and we walked out with a treat for Luna as well, all covered by the store. I cannot speak more highly of this location and how this team conducts business.

I have been doing the buy online pick up in store since the beginning of the pandemic. My order is ready within an hour and they run it out to my car. Great customer service and very friendly staff!!

An absolutely wonderful staff and pretty good selection of items. So far, I preferred them when thet were whole pet central, as i wasn't constantly bombarded by emails for sales or specials, but am willing to overlook that for now.

I love this little pet store. They carry quality brands and have a nice loyalty program that gives you credit back on your account based on the amount you purchase. I find the prices to be on par with Amazon. The employees are always super friendly and helpful.

I FOUND SMALL WORMS IN THE DOG TREATS! Yes they said the "fat" or i dont know "bone" is from another animal so there may be bugs, but I am scared for my dog! I dont want him to get hurt! PLEASE watch out for worms. ONLY if you have to buy packaged sealed treats.

Great customer service. They were out of my cat food I needed. So is every other pet store in this area that carries it. They were the only ones however to offer special order & it'll only take 2 days. Will be a repeat customer.

we bought treats for our dogs and there were little worms found in it. they didn't care to tell us that those types have more chances of worms. they gave us our money back but they weren't at all shocked, proving that they have seen this before and dont care to tell the customers what they are buying. if we didn't find the worms and our dog would've eaten it, we would've ended up paying lots of money for his medications and infection.

Only place we shop for our Berner. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
