I'd recommend Pet Sitting 4 Comfort to anyone who needs their pet(s) looked after! Steve took great care of my cat while I was out of the country on a week-long vacation recently. I have used their services before where I was on a three week-long vacation several years ago, and I have had a five-star experience both times. They are thoughtful, responsive, follow directions, and the services are reasonably priced. Steve sent me pictures of my cat when he made his daily visits, which really appeased my anxiety about leaving my cat at home. Additionally, the new online platform they use (Time to Pet) is convenient because everything is in one place - you submit the schedule you want (for feeding, walking, etc), communicate with Steve and Hong, receive updates, and get invoiced through it. Great family business!

These are some good people. They are kind and gentle with my pet, and their responsiveness and punctuality are top tier. The app that they run though is simple to use and fits the needs of the client without fuss. They are always available to sit for us and are even able to do multiple visits a day. I highly recommend Pet Sitting 4 Comfort and I hope I never leave Arlington because then I'd have to leave them.

I am very grateful to have found Ps4c to take care of my 15 year old German shepherd when I’m away. I was very nervous to hire pet sittters given her age and various needs ( medications, mobility and digestive issues ) but was relieved with Steve and Hong’s clinical background. They took excellent care of Tootie and communicated with me daily. I highly recommend their services especially for senior pets or those with other needs.

Steve and Hong-An are fantastic. They have watched my dogs several times at their home and recently overnight at my house. They take loving care of them, provide us with frequent updates, and handle my dogs' quirks with good humor and ease. I currently have a foster dog who is deaf and blind, and he needs frequent eye meds that can be difficult to administer. I was nervous about leaving him with just any sitter, but with Steve, I knew that my foster dog was in capable hands.

We have been using PS4C since we moved to the area about a year ago and Steve and Hong are great with our cat Marshall! We were able to meet with Steve before we went out of town for the first time and he was very personable, professional, and receptive to our routine and needs for our digestively-sensitive kitty. Plus, Marshall warmed up to him right away! Steve and Hong consistently send photos and updates to keep us posted on how Marshall is doing. It's a huge relief knowing that we have such kind, communicative, trustworthy, and knowledgeable pet lovers taking care of our cat while we're away!

Hong and Steve are the best! Hong took care of my very shy cat, gradually winning her trust so that she would play and cuddle with her. Hong sent a report and photos of every visit which was so reassuring! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs someone to care for their pet!

I made fairly last minute vacation plans and assumed that my regular sitter, whom I’ve been using for 8+ years, could administer my cat’s daily oral medication. I was wrong. Did some research / read some reviews and made the best decision to choose Steve @ PS4C. The initial consultation was made rather quickly and Steve let me know he was on his way. Upon meeting my kitty, she ate treats out of his hand. Great sign :-) He was subsequently hired, swung by to pick up my keys and did not fail to impress - daily check-ins, pics, and ensured that my baby got medication and food (of course). The price was also very reasonable with no holiday surcharge. I am so happy with my new sitter and will always have a peace of mind when away from home. I cannot recommend him enough.

Steve and his wife were amazing with my dog and cat while I was away for a few days. They are trained professionals and truly care about your pet's health. Best cat sitting ever! My shy cat loves Steve. He is very professional and covers all the bases. He is adept at administering cat medications as needed, feeding, cleaning the litter box, bringing in mail, and caring for plants. He posts daily photos and updates so you know your pet is doing OK. I recently was away on an 8-day trip, and on my return my cat and my plants were happy and well. His rates are also reasonable.

We are new pet owners (2 cats) who occasionally travel out of town and want someone to check in on them once a day to make sure they are fed, have fresh water and clean litter, and haven’t gotten sick or hurt themselves while we’re away. Steve and Hong are such professionals and very flexible to meet our needs. The daily updates give us peace of mind so we don’t have to worry while we are out of town. Plus we’ve learned some good grooming tips from them. Would recommend them 100% to anyone who needs pet sitting or grooming services in Northern Virginia.

Steve was responsive, personable, and reliable, with the bonus of affordable services. My boyfriend and I needed a last minute solution for pet sitting and Steve made it a breeze. I enjoyed receiving the photos of my fur baby. She came out to play relatively quickly with him, which she doesn’t do for everyone! I always take that as a good sign. Will definitely keep Steve and Hong in mind for future pet sitting needs.

My dear cat was nearing the end of his life but needed fluid injections to support him at home, and I wasn't comfortable giving him the injections. Steve came over twice per week to give kitty the injections. He was always reliable and professional, and he was patient with my toddler daughter's "help" during visits. Steve encouraged me to try to give the injections myself (which obviously would mean I wouldn't need his help anymore), which I thought was upstanding of him, but he wasn't pushy about it. I am so grateful that Steve was there for my family when we needed his help. We were able to keep our sweet cat comfortable at home for a bit longer. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who needs vet tech services in your home.

I've had nothing but great experiences with PS4C. A friend recommended I contact them when I was struggling to find a reliable petsitter who was regularly available for short and long trips, and Steve and Hong have always been available when I needed them. Really responsive, reliable, and my house is always neat and tidy when I get home. Steve sends photos and a quick write-up daily when I'm gone and it's a real relief knowing my boy is safe and cared for.

PS4C has provided wonderful professional support for several years, as family members have pitched in to care for my mother-in-law's elderly cat, who suffers from hyperthyroidism and kidney disease. Steve has given Tiger his infusions and medications when we were not available. And during the pandemic, when Tiger has been living with me, Steve has taught, coached and encouraged me as I have had to learn to give the infusions and pills that Tiger resists. Very professional, reliable, responsive and caring, providing moral support at a difficult time.

Cannot say enough good things about PS4C. We have used their services since we adopted scooter 3 years ago. He is a difficult dog at times, tends not to do well around other dogs and frequently barks at other humans-but not steve & Hong. We love knowing that Scooter truly has a second family when we go away. When he stays with them they do an incredible job getting him to socialize with other dogs! This is a dog who would almost certainly not pass a kennel temperament test. They have even taken him for veterinary follow up visits when we had scheduled time away. They bathe and pet taxi, and most importantly, treat scooter like one of their own dogs. Steve and Hong not only are super knowledgeable but also genuinely love the animals in their care. We love our photo updates of scooter with the other dogs and the kids. Not to mention his snazzy new bandana when he comes home fresh and clean!! I cannot recommend PS4C’s services highly enough.

Steve and Hong have been caring for our VERY terrified rescue wheaten terriers for the past year. We travel quite often and they come over 3-4 times daily for meals, walks, and playtime. We have worked with Steve and Hong several times and highly recommend their services. They are kind, caring, capable, responsive, and responsible with me (the kinda nervous dog mom) and with our dogs (one diabetic, blind schnauzer and one nutty, energetic schnauzer). Our diabetic dog needs insulin injections at meals and must go outside a lot and PS4C does a wonderful job with those special needs. When we moved to Arlington, we immediately needed a pet-sitter for our two geriatric cats because we (use to????) travel a lot. We chose Steve and Hong-An because of reviews and feel so fortunate. They are completely reliable and knowledgeable. When one cat required medication, they administered it without fail. We also hire them to trim our cats’ claws which they do quickly, efficiently and painlessly. This feat is especially notable because one of our cats is severely anti-social. This summer they even saved our small vegetable from certain death during a dry week. I want to point out that the only review that isn’t a glowing recommendation is second-hand at best and PS4C has no ability to respond since the customer - if it even exists - is unnamed. From my experience with them, it is unbelievable. You can trust them with your four-legged family members.

Pet Sitting 4 Comfort is a wonderful family business. We entrust them with the care of our 3 basset hounds anytime we travel, whether it is a short weekend away to a long trip abroad. They take wonderful care of our dogs and give them extra cuddles and our dogs love to go there! We highly recommended their boarding services and Hong-An is a superb groomer as well!
