Happy Grooming Arlington, Virginia

My miniature poodle needs monthly grooming. They have been great thus far. The front desk lady remembers my dog and he comes back extra cute. I love how fluffy he was last time we took him!

This is my 3rd time going to Happy Groomers and each time has been a wonderful experience! The front desk person is always kind and flexible. Ginger is always squeaky clean after each visit and seems to feel comfortable at this place. I love the bandanas they provide after each visit, they’re so stylish! It’s safe to say this has become my go to spot for dog grooming! Highly recommend ????

On Saturday September 18, 2021 I took my 17 week old puppy to Happy Grooming (3301 Lee Hwy, Arlington, VA 22207) for a grooming appointment. I was told that the process takes 2 hours and I can't stay with my pet. Upon return, I noticed my dog was very quiet and calm. I thought that this was possibly because this was her first grooming appointment. My dog seemed lethargic, her eyes were dilated and she was confused in our own home. I believe this groomer has given my dog some sort of sedative to calm her down. Now four days later my dog is so sick. We had to take my puppy to the vet. I received a call from Mary Tang only after a review was posted.

We love Happy Grooming. They were recommended to me by a friend who used to live in the area for grooming her Pomeranian. We have a small, dachshund mix who can be nervous at the groomers. It used to be just easier to bath/groom her at home - even though I did a poor job - until we found Happy Grooming. Game changer! They do a fantastic job, great prices, are reliable and quick, great customer service, and my dog comes back happy and safe. You must call at least a week in advance if not more because they are often well booked up.

I've taken my dog, Scooby here for years and he recently passed away but for the time I took him here I was always satisfied with their service and outcome on my doggie. I highly recommend taking your pets here rather than anywhere else they've always made sure to meet my standards and if I get a dog anytime soon I will make sure to bring them here as well.

Happy is Right!!!! This is the first time My dog has come home "Happy" from A grooming appointment. Service was exceptionally well. Teno will be back to Happy real soon. ♥️♥️

First time taking my dog and they did such a good job! Her cut is even and they spent a lot of time on her ears and paws which I really appreciate because I have a hard time cleaning her ears. They are super friendly and treat the dogs well. Highly recommend!

We have taken our dog, Blue, here several times and they are wonderful and have also been helpful in helping us know how often to get him groomed!

Thankfully I can go here and get the dogs groomed every now & again.

Anne and her staff do a great job with our mini golden doodle. They get her in and out and she leaves looking and smelling clean, at a fair price. Highly recommend!

We took Lucy there today for the first time and they did an amazing job.

We tried Happy Grooming for the first time today, and I am really pleased with how easy they made the grooming experience. Pickup and drop off were fast and efficient. My dog is clean and fluffy after her bath, and they made it so much easier than dealing with the mess of a bath at home. I have also been struggling to clip my dog's nails on my own, but Happy Grooming made her feet are trim and tidy. Plus they have her a cute Halloween bandana! Will definitely be using their services again.

Apparently don't have cleaning service for a larger dog even thought they boastfully say they offer grooming services for all breeds of dogs and cats. Even a Facebook review that says 'all 120 lbs of my dog feel so good.' Additionally, very short and unprofessional customer service.

Lady at front desk was extremely rude.

So this is my second time coming here and the reason why I came back & will continue to come back because the groomers listen to you and what you want for your dog. I have had my dog groomed at a number of places and they always shave her leaving her with no hair. Here at Happy Grooming, they don’t shave but clip the hair leaving it super fluffy and soft. First time they cut too much hair (for my preference) on the face and this time I asked for the nose bridge & between the eyes not to be super short and they listened leaving my goldendoodle Basil looking super cute! Check out this groomer if your in the area, love it so much I drive an hour to get there.

Great groomers!! My baby came out like a brand new dog! But sadly it will be the last time since they told me my dog is too big and their shop is too small for her. So if your dog is 35-45 lbs they probably won’t take your dog or if they’re a samoyed or along those lines. But either way they are amazing and gentle. I super appreciate them!

Happy Grooming is a wonderful place to get your pet groomed. All the ladies that work here are extremely nice and my dog always comes out looking his best! I will continue to go here even though we don't live that close anymore.

My pupper Westin loves Happy Grooming. They treat him so well. He always comes back from his baths smelling great, looking handsome, but importantly happy.

I have always been *happy* with Happy Grooming. They are efficient, nice, and I have never seen an unhappy customer. My senior maltipoo costs $75, which is pretty much the average price for this area. I recommend them!
