The River Cove team is incredibly thoughtful, organized and communicative - it is an outstanding experience. We have been in 7+ times in the last year, and every time, we receive excellent care, help in making decisions (both practical and financial), and thoughtful follow-up calls and texts to ensure our pet is well. We are very grateful for their services.

Polite and corteous staff. I have only delivered to them so I don't have any personal experience with the treatment for animals.

Their really caring about our needs and we really appreciate that about them and again thank you all so much happy holidays!!!

They uave been taking care of my geriatric dogs for the last 2 years. Dr. Bartels always takes time to explain what is happening and walk through the pros and cons pf different treatments. It does seem a little expensive, butI came from Texas, and was using a vet that was mainly a livestock/equine practice, in a place with a much lower cost of living,so I did have some sticker shock when I firstmoved here. That said, I am happy with the service they provide. I recommend River Cove to everybody.

I just received a call from this place. The girl on the phone was laughing and said my dogs ashes just came in. I said what an inappropriate time to be laughing. She said sorry my coworker just did something funny. I said doesn't matter, not a time for laughing. She said I'm sorry so your dogs ashes are here. I said well I picked up my dogs ashes from my vet about a month ago. She said oh a month, ok then hung up. I am so sad my best friend is gone but happy I have a professional caring vet that is NOT River Cove. I felt I needed to put this out there and hope she got her act together before calling the family she was supossed to contact about the news. Get it together girls.

Great staff, comprehensive services, caring individuals. Aside from excellent normal care, they have literally saved two of our cat's lives.

We brought our many cats to River Cove for close to 30 years. They are always gentle, compassionate, and reasoned in their approach to health issues. If we had not moved out of the area I would still be taking my cats there. They literally have saved one of my cats lives and kept others mostly living to 20 years old. Dr. Lincoln and Dr. English are especially good, but all the Vets wonderful to animals and also to the people who love them.

Great staff and overall an amazing place to bring your dog. They helped me sort out the necessary paperwork to bring Fifi to Switzerland with us. We all made it safe out sound, thanks River Cove!

Great vets and a great staff.

New to using River Cove Animal Hospital and wasn't disappointed! They were thorough with examining my ill kitty, and their reccomended solution was thankfully the right option. They did come to get my cat from the car 15+ minutes after the scheduled start time (social distanced visits), but they really take their time with all animals so that was alright. Very much looking forward to visiting again for a teeth cleaning for my kitcat and a new vet meeting with my husband's cat. ????

All I can say is positives about River Cove. We have a Netherland dwarf bunny & they always take such good care of him. They are quick to respond, friendly and most of all, you can tell that they truly care about the animals that they help. We feel so fortunate to have a vet close by that is skilled and knowledgeable. Thank you, thank you River Cove! You guys are the best!
