Sadly, our dog wasn't happy after his first trip to "Happy Dog Grooming". He was severely shaved on his belly and "parts" and ended up in a cone and on antibiotics and prednisone for two weeks. When I called the groomer to let her know she didn't show any concern, nor did she offer to help with the vet bills or at least to return her grooming fee.

Top Dog experience! Staff was very friendly and professional. This was our 2nd visit with our second Golden Retriever and we have already booked our third. Note...this establishment does not use any moderate amount of perfumes or fragrance which can can have some negative consequences when said dog is introduced to another dog... The kerchief that the dog leaves with is also a nice touch Bill
