They were all great!! My boy had sliced his pad in half and they worked him in and got him all fixed up!

Update: BEYOND UNETHICAL!!!! Most vindictive clinic ever!!! If you leave any sort of NEGATIVE REVEW, instead of being professional and addressing the issues… they will “flag” you’re account and not see animals in an emergency situation because you were “unhappy with them!” How about… figure out why your customers are upset AND FIX THE PROBLEM!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ANIMALS!! Ive never been so frustrated with a vet clinic! My first experience was when I took my kitten in to get neutered, he came back a bloody mess. When i called the staff to let them know, they dismissed me and told me it was normal. They didnt shave him, so I had to clean him after using the litter box since everything was sticking to his wound. I went AGAIN ( silly me) and sat in my car for a hour waiting for my appointment that NEVER CAME! After 45min AFTER MY SCHEDULED TIME, I called and was told I was next and it should only be another 15-20min!!!!! SERIOUSLY???

Waited 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time to be called back, only to wait another 20 minutes before I finally just asked a tech to give my dog the shot without seeing the actual vet. They also charge you the same amount whether you see the vet or not, so I just paid $54 for one shot for my dog plus the 50 minutes I spent there doing nothing with my baby and toddler???? I understand things come up with other patients but it’s been like this both times I’ve been here. If you’re not going to stick to your scheduled appointments, why even have appointments at all? 0/10 do not recommend, we will not be coming back

They have a great staff. The Dr's are very caring and informative. Like all Veterinarian businesses they are being overwhelmed.

Went on a super busy Monday, apparently there was a training and a couple emergencies that day, so my wait for my appointment was over an hour. I'll be honest, I was so ready to walk out. I waited though and it was worth it, the staff and Dr. Shosted (sp?) were so great. Very kind and apologetic about the situation, I just wish they could have rescheduled the appointments later in the day, I had brought my cat in for shots and he was in his kennel so long, he pooped in it, which doesn't normally happen. I would still recommend this office for the wonderful staff though!

They do an amazing job.

I had an emergency visit set up within an hour for my animal after I walked in first thing in the morning,.they took great care of my dog, were very knowledgeable.Very clean and sanitized, other animals and customers there looked happy and seemed very satisfied as well.. Because they took such great care of us I give them a four and will definitely be going back.

They was very good in helping in my time of need

Used to absolutely love this place. It’s gone way downhill. They are understaffed for their customer base. I will only go for vaccinations and now have an experienced and compassionate vet in Salt Lake City, who actually has the time to oversee my animals welfare.

My only complaint are the wait times. If you just accept it will take a while, its a good place to bring your furry friend. They were kind abd caring when it came to putting my pug down. Highly recommend.

Love these guys! Convenient location and very understanding staff and Vet! Had a sick animal and they genuinely care. Didn't have to wait long. The lobby was clean and chairs were spaced out so others with pets weren't sitting next to each other. Very reasonable prices.

Very good with my animals, both large and small. Staff is always helpful and willing to work with my schedule to get appointments.

Every time I’ve taken an animal here I’ve had a pleasant experience. However calling to ask questions and get answers is not so pleasant. The on call vet is also about 2 hours away in an emergency( he was very kind and polite though) which defeats the purpose of having an on call vet when it is an emergency. It’s really hard to get a direct answer or even a pricing range which is disappointing considering most facilities are able to provide some sort of bracket range for procedures. It is unlikely I will take any of my animals here for that reason. I prefer to give my business to straightforward and honest businesses.

I really like this vet, they are super nice and I trust there diagnosis. However the only problem with this vet is when you have an appointment that was made well over a month ago you are usually there for hours. I had a appointment at 1030 and didn’t get taken into the back until after 11, didn’t see the vet until 12. So plan on being there for at least 2 hours even if you have an appointment.

Great vet. Only frustration is that it takes a month to get in.

Great clinic for my little animals. Very kind and understanding.

We moved from Salt Lake and had to find a new vet. Our previous one was great and we'd been seeing them for 10 years. I was apprehensive about taking 3 German Shepherds to a New place. They have very friendly, helpful and professional staff at the front desk. The waiting area is good size and the chairs are put 2 together then a 6' space for social distancing. They have 2 doctors there, I met both and both were easy to talk to and took time to answer all my questions. I was told by our groomer that she couldn't cut one of my dogs nails as he tried to bite. I let the vet know, they took my boy for about 5 minutes and out he came with his nails trimmed. Doc said he did fine, they didn't have any problems. I was so relieved! I would recommend Countryside to anyone based on the 2 really good experiences I've had with them. Good staff, great doctors and a safe, comfortable waiting area.

They do a great job, on our horses and small animals. The only concern is they could use additional vets.

My mom's cat fell sick over the weekend. She did get a call back from the doctor and he told her to give her an aspirin and bring her in Monday. Well, Monday came and my mom tried to get her cat an emergency appointment, she was having trouble breathing. The lady at the front office told her it would be two months before they could get her in and to take her into Salt Lake. She died waiting for help. Dr. Gowans is a good vet but his front office is garbage. That cat had been my mom's companion since my dad passed away. I am totally disgusted at how my mom was treated. We will never be back.
