Dr Nebeker is the BEST!

Very professional. We drive from Eagle Mountain just to see these guys.

Dr. Nebeker was very attentive and informative regarding our budgies. Gave a thorough exam along with a little pampering and gave great tips on their well being. Answered all our concerns and questions. Our new go to vet!

We recently brought our new kittens to West Lake Animal Hospital for vaccinations. The hospital was recommended by a friend. The staff genuinely cares about the animals. Everyone was friendly, caring, and complimentary to our Ragdoll kittens. There are two entrances; one for dog pet owners and the other for cat owners. I trust the doctors with our new pets and highly recommend this small but personable animal hospital.

West Lake has been wonderful for my dogs. Both have required dentals in the last two years and both times they came in on the low end of the estimate, sent home detailed reports and aftercare instructions, and my dogs recovered very well. My older boy had two lumpectomy procedures (one very complicated) and recovered well and with zero complications. Unfortunately I lost the oldest one very suddenly this fall to a likely stroke, and the vet hospital that I had to rush him to (it was very early in the morning) notified West Lake and they sent us a very sweet sympathy card and gave me condolences in person on our next visit for the surviving boy. Very sweet, and always wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend them.

They're great are there for you when you need them not to be turned away saying we're booked till next month they are a great staff great doctors

Very courteous receptionist. I know that they can not always fit community cats in at the last minute, and I do not always expect it, but I was fortunate this time, and it really saved me when they worked this cat in.

A couple months ago we had to put our sweet doggie down and they were so kind and patient. We’d switched vets during Covid so it was the first time I met them in person and it was a positive experience despite our loss. We were so impressed with their professionalism and genuine care. We recently took our other 2 dogs in for a check up and shots and Dr. Benson was amazing. He was so gentle and observant. He took a lot of time to make sure all of my questions were answered and gave me great advice on how to help my dog with separation anxiety. The office staff were all super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel like family even though we are relatively new to their practice. Can’t go wrong here if you choose these guys. Our experiences have been stellar.

They were very kind they helped my dog and treated him with care and compassion they checked on him through phone calls and emails and referred us to the specialist that he needed. I highly recommend them.

This was the first time taking my dog to the Westlake vet clinic...the staff was absolutely amazing with working with us due to my dog being older and has anxiety and can get a bit aggressive with new people. I will definitely return with my other pup!

I just took my dog to get spayed and I was really happy about the services I received. The staff was friendly and professional and answered all my questions in a very cordial manner. They were expecting us when we arrived, they attended us efficiently, and we didn't have to wait months to schedule her surgery. The cost of the services was also reasonable. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I recently found this vet by accident, and I'm so glad I did! I've been to various vets with my dogs over the years, and this one by far has been the best experience for me. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Each time I call to make an appointment, I'm always surprised how quickly they can get us in (when in the past booking elsewhere it was always double the timeframe). No matter the reason my dog is seen by them, I ALWAYS receive a check-in call the next day from them to see how my pup is doing -- I thought that was above and beyond. The most recent visit was my dog getting spayed -- after her surgery they called me to let me know when to pick her up, and told me that the staff has been cuddling her and giving her lots of love, so she wasn't alone post-op. Bottom line - I absolutely recommend this vet! Love them.

Took my bunny in to be neutered. Was quick and easy. They told me lots of information that I may need for after care and were friendly and helpful. Was a great value as well.

When they told me my dog had diabetes they had me in-and-out in about 10 minutes about his care. They did not tell me about any follow up care that he would need for example having a glucose curve to make sure his insulin was correct. He had to have very minor surgery a month later and cannot take his insulin they let him go to days without insulin. They did not properly test him to make sure he would be safe to be put under anesthetic. They sent him home when he was still struggling with the anesthetic period from the moment we brought him home, comma he was not right. When I called the vet they said to give him more time it would take 24 to 48 hours to come out of amnesty's superior the next day when he was not walking and he was breathing very hard they said take him in to the had no room for him that day. Day. When I took him to another vet they're vet my dog was almost dead. His head. Glucose was out of control he wasn't breathing right he had an infection and a very high temperature of over a 105.3.. When explaining to the vet the events of the last couple of days and that he was a diabetic, it's a bad economa it was of the opinion of this other veterinary clinic That they were responsible for the death of my dog.

We take our newly adopted dog from the animal shelter there to be reviewed. She had a problem with an infected tooth. She also had kennel cough. They treated her kindly and professionally. The next day I was still worried about her tooth. I brought her to the clinic and the doctor came out to the car to evaluate her and didn't charge us for the second visit. They were very kind and helpful and reassured me that her mouth would be okay.

My dog began limping on his left rear leg a week ago. Since he's still limping I attempted to get him in to our vet, but they were 3 weeks out on appointments. Other vets were also 2 to 3 weeks out. West Lake got us in and evaluated and sent home with meds to help my dog heal. It was a big load off my mind!

It's hard to give a good review, whenever I come it's not for good reasons. Very nice staff though. They do as much as they can to take care of my pets. My family and I have gone here for years. I've been here with my first dog when I was 5 and have continued to I am now 23.

Fantastic place good with animals

I love West Lake Animal Hospital. The staff is very efficient and caring. The Veterinarian, Dr. Benson is fabulous. Very knowledgeable and caring. I recommend him and his staff without hesitation. If you want a fantastic experience and excellent care for your pet, this is the place to go!

I unfortunately had to put my 17 year old cat down and everyone here was so sweet about it. They were all very kind and compassionate, I really appreciated it on a hard day.

I found the staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful. The doctor was professional and friendly and answered my questions. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who has a pet.
