The manager is SO RUDE! This blonde haired, snooty, ignorant girl. I will never go back, they have lost my service. I will make sure all my friends and family share on social media. I wouldn't give this place 1 star if it was an option.

Don't trust the sales people at this store. I live in a remote area and can't seem to keep the dog around the yard. I decided to put a buried cable electric fence in and when driving through St George stopped at the Petsmart to buy one. Well the sales person just wouldn't let me buy the cheaper in ground system and insisted I would regret not buying the expensive wireless one, promising I could return it if it didn't work. Well the fence sucks and subsequently I lost my dog. When I was finally able to get into town return the unit, of course they wouldn't give me a refund. It was well over $300 dollars and after losing my job due to the Pandemic I'm screwed.

Welcome to a store where the employees act like youre a bother and have no patience or customer service.

A friend suggested Furminator deSHEDDING shampoo for our large yellow lab that we adopted. What a difference it made! Really does work and helped with his shedding everywhere! So happy to find this locally.

Clean store! Chuck full of pet supplies! Your pets are welcome to shop with you, just have them on a leash! Friendly staff and prices are reasonable!!

My monthly visit. Best selection of doggie treats, toys, and price/selection on favorite wet dog food. I love the fact that Petsmart is easy on returns. It's hard to change foods/treats on stubborn pooches. All canines and felines welcome. This is Daisy's store. Petsmart's animal loving employees make new and old experienced owners feel special. A trusted establishment. Dependable. A rarity.

Had our Aussiedoodle (KC) trimmed their and Megan did a wonderful job grooming him from head to toe. We asked for a Patrick Mahomes cut and she did outstanding!

We purchased a new little family member (ball python) a couple of days ago but the clerks on duty were not sure when it was last fed or what size he should be fed. We returned today in hopes of getting a bit more info on this particular specimen. The clerk on duty (Kim) was very helpful and friendly, she seems very knowledgeable dispite her admission of fear of them. We obtained the information and needed supplies to accommodate Jasper's feedings and ensure that we are comfortable with the process. Very Happy Birthday girl at our place. Its the service. It is very difficult to get any service at this store, even at the register. If you pick this pet store, you better know what you want, and where it is because you are on your own. If you need live feed, look elsewhere as they do not have enough staff (or so they say) to get you any live feed. Even if you call ahead and plan out your shopping experience, they will tell you sorry, come back later when you get there...

I do not recommend bringing your loved ones here. My shihtzu was cut while being groomed and ended up needing stitches and not one employee reached out to me while this was happening.

This store seems like they really don't want to stay in business. They no help but they're grooming salon is the worst. They just find every excuses not to offer services. They demand the paperwork for Rabies shot so they can see dates never mind you have current tags. I guess what good enough the city isn't good enough for them. Plus they offer early morning appointments but they're employees don't want to work at all so they use any excuse to accomplish that in and show up late.

They straight up buzzed my border collie, after I specifically asked, "not too short, just a trim" ???????? AND, they left quarter sized cuts and bald spots on my golden retrievers neck! ????

Had everything ibwas looking for and the rep was more than happy to help me.

We recently acquired a puppy and have found that Petsmart has every product we need and some we didn't know we needed. ???? Fair prices and a wide range of pet product and more. We'll be customers for quite a while.

It is a clean store with friendly employees.

Just adopted 2 cats (one five-month-old kitten, one four-year-old) from the local shelter. PetSmart gave us a "New Pet Owner" coupon book when we showed them the adoption papers. We saved a TON of money stocking up on new kitty supplies (since we were starting from scratch). We're talking serious coupons, not measly $0.25 off this-and-that... Things like a free bag of food, 50% off litter, BOGO items, $20 off items, etc. They have a great selection of food for all types of cool cats and kittens will all sorts of nutritional needs (unlike other local chain stores, like Walmart). They have fun toys (including an awesome Pride line), snacks, essentials, beds, furniture, etc. After nearly two hours (so many choices to make!), we left fully stocked with a bunch more money in our pocket for the kitties' world domination fund (thanks to the coupon book). The staff were amazing and super friendly and patient. We'll be shopping here for all our furbabies' needs and spoilings. Macchi and Taki thank you for helping to make their first night in their furever home an easy transition.
