This location is in a great area. Usually not packed and has great brands of dog food.

Very helpful staff.. place was clean .. quick service. Got two more parakeets for the one we have. Prices were comparable with a lot of selections.

Under no circumstances should you ever take your pet here to be groomed. All other services You can get there is great. We go whenever we need supplies. However, we took our dog here to be groomed and they butchered her. She is a cavapoo and we asked her to be groomed as a cavapoo. When we brought her home she was clearly a poodle. If they don’t know how to groom a certain breed or know what that breed should look like, then they have no right to be grooming dogs. For heavens sakes, google it! I emailed them and tried to handle this privately to allow them to right this wrong but they haven’t responded and this has been more than a month. They shaved her to her skin. Our dog had mats, but she didn’t deserve to be shaved to her skin with zero hair. Her snout has zero hair which is a poodle cut. We’ve since learned what to ask for as we are new pet owners and this was her first “professional” cut. I had to trim down her poofy ears and cut off that awful puffy brain on the top of her head that they left. Don’t go here to groom your pet. We learned the hard way and hope to help others out too.

Go to this location a lot. Always get what I need with friendly staff.

Talked to staff at vet clinic. Very nice and willing to help. Every time I visit store there is a long line. Store is understaffed.

As far as pet supplies, toys, food etc, you can find exactly what you're looking for here! Very organized and clean store. Minus 1/2 star as it's almost impossible to get an employee's help on the floor. However, that being said, they are very knowledgeable about the products they carry if you happen to ask a question while checking out. But.....minus another 1/2 star regarding their pet adoption center. DISCLAIMER FOR CAT/KITTEN ADOPTIONS: If you are looking for a cat/kitten and happen to see one you like, they will NOT take it out of the cage for you to interact with before you adopt. Adopt at your own risk! I won't say anything regarding the dog/puppy adoption as I have no knowledge of how they handle them. This location by far tho is one of the cleanest I've ever seen!! Happy looking :)

Its okay just, my family goes there to buy ghost shrimp, but there's never any there. And something I HATED was the beta fish, they were all in cages, no not even cages, basically just small Tupperware containers (in size) and when we looked 9 of them were dead. It was really sad to see all of the dieing animals all to save money, ????

Wow, the lady at the cashier was so, friendly kind and considerate of everyone. We were made to feel like we were long time customers. For that reason we will return and utilize this pet smart indefinitely. Thank you for having such a qualified and pleasant person at the register.

It might be just because this is a smaller petsmart, but they tend to have a small variety when it comes to small pets

Lots of great stuff. Vet clinic and training on site, cat adoption event today, prices are a little expensive but mostly quality stuff. Read reviews before you buy though.

I went in to get some toys for my dogs and while I was in the long check out line, Trevor was smiling and was friendly to everyone he talked to while he was on the register. It didn’t seem like there was any other employee that was interested in helping him? I hope he makes good money for being that helpful. If not, he needs a BIG raise! Thanks for your help today Trevor!

Terrible experience. Petco is just down the street and they were awesome, please shop there instead. I needed help in the fish department and the girl at Petsmart treated me like I was an inconvenience to her day, and alluded that I wasn’t up to “Petsmart standards”. Shame on her treating someone, someone seeking help, like they are beneath her and less than worth helping. Disgusting behavior.

They always have what I need. I also go there because they have a handicap scooter, so I don't have to walk. I'm an amputee of my leg and find it difficult to walk. It's a big store. It's clean, staff is great. I don't go anywhere else for my pet needs.

Got exactly out of puppy school what I was seeking for him. Leash training was a game changer for the both of us. Loved the smaller class size as I felt it was more productive that way. Debbie the instructor was fabulous.
