Staff has always been friendly here. They take great care of our dogs buddy and boo-boo (maltipoo brothers). Would highly recommend bringing your pet to them!

These people really go out of their way to accommodate customers and their pets. It’s nice to be at a veterinarian that hasn’t gone corporate ????????

Helpful & friendly and professional

Our fur babies go there frequently for boarding and also vet care. Place is always clean and friendly and while we are away they send us cut pics of the fur kids. Very reasonable pricing as well.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NOT FRIENDLY AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY CONCERN. CLAIMED SHE WAS THE OWNER! Don't want to take my puppy to a place that can't even make you feel comfortable at the beginning.

I took my cat for grooming the ladies was very nice it was clean and great prices

My husband and I are those crazy people who call the vet for just about everything. The people at Alta are always so patient and reassure us that our dog is fine. On top of that they let us know what can be causing whatever our dog may be going trig and how to treat it!

Lisa and the team are great. Alta View has been my veterinary provider for approximately the last 15 years plus.

Rio is always taken care of at Alta Vet. They squeezed him in he he hurt is paw and followed up with phone calls to check on his recovery. They are always helpful with Rio's care. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur kid.

I CALLED TO GET MY DOG IN ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS...THE LADY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND TOLD ME NO...BUT SHE COULD GET HIM IN TOMORROW. I SAID NO THAT WON'T WORK SHE SAID WELL THATS ALL I GOT AND HUNG UP..FYI I AM A CUSTOMER OF 15 PLUS YEARS...YOU DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS NEW OR OLD LIME THAT! FYI- MY DOGS KIDNEYS WERE/ARE IN FAILURE...I WILL MAKE SURE YOU LOSE BUISNESS I HAVE REFERRED ALOT OF PEOPLE TO YOUR BUSINESS I KNOW YOU LOST MY BUISNESS AND MY WHOLE FAMILY THATS ALOT OF ANIMALS..AND MONEY AND RESPECT... They have always been able to fit me in in an emergency situation. They treat my dogs well and make sure that their health is in order and that’s what’s most important to me. I would recommend this veterinary clinic.

My cat became sick overnight. I called them at 8:30 in the morning, and they had me in the office by 10:45 with an appointment to have him looked at. They were wonderful and so compassionate and financially agreeable. This is an amazing animal hospital!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They took the time to explain and educate on my puppy's needs.

I took my cat Sandy I to get her nails trimmed. The staff were very kind and quick to help me. Her nails where trimmed precisely, and I was only in for 10 minutes. I will continue coming back for any of my cat's needs!

Long wait, ended up taking my cat to a better vet, that could get us on sooner.

Took my dog Joey in for red eyes, everyone was very nice and professional. My dog is an old nervous dog, but they made him feel comfortable, they treated him and sent me home with medicine for his eyes, it did wonders for him. Very glad I took him here.

Good service so far. I visited them for dental service and fecal test for my dog. I felt the dental service was cheaper compared to other vets.

My cat buddy has been a patient here and was taken care of last May. Buddy became very ill and I rushed him to this hospital. One of the staff told me they didn't think they could see buddy that day but would check with the nurse. She walked to to the back, I could hear everything they said. They had already decided they weren't going to see my cat. With no compassion, no concern for a cat dying in my arms, and with attitude, they sent me away. There was not even a hint of compassion when they did so. I ended up at Animal Crackers and with 25 other cars in the parking lot, they took him in and saved his life.

I had a fabulous experience with Alta View Hospital today. My super skittish kitty was going in for a chip. I couldn't get him in a carrier, so they brought out a cat bed to collect him from the car. They expertly put him in the kitty bed and chipped him in about 2 minutes. When they brought him back out, he didn't want to get out of the cat bed, so they let me take him home in in (which proved to be much less tramatic of a car ride) and I brought it back to them later. Overall great experience for something I was dreading with my super scared and skittish kitty!

Prompt with service and advice. Quite pricey though, worth the care they give my dog.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED IMPORTANT PAPERWORK TO TRAVEL. I used to love this vet because they have very fair pricing and they’re friendly and great at explaining things, but recently I had the opposite of experiences. I was planning to move to Hawaii and doing the paperwork for my cat and dog as you’re required, I came to this vet because it was my favorite for my services the past years. I paid hundreds of dollars for the paperwork, and all of it was invalid because the vet filled it out wrong, or didn’t put a date on it. I even asked her if I needed some additional flying paperwork such as the breed verification form or acclimation form, and she said I wouldn’t need it, later finding out I needed that as well. Since my animals could only fly out of Dallas in Texas, my boyfriend drove there to take them to their flight only to find out all of their paperwork was invalid. We had to pay an additional $500+ at a vet near the airport to get all of the paperwork redone. My animals also missed their flight because of this, so we’re lucky they gave us another the following day before their titer test expired. After all of this this vet only refunded me $32 and wasn’t apologetic at all after causing me all of these issues and complications on top of the rest of my move. If ALL of the paperwork the vet did was WRONG and not usable that should be a FULL refund. I had asked her so many times before if she was sure everything was done correctly, and she reassured me she had done this process many times, but I wish this amount of stress and money wasted on no one. I had to leave this review so that nobody else has to deal with what I did- and please just go elsewhere to someone who can properly do the paperwork and not waste hundreds of your dollars.

Max went to get his vaccinations. He has been going there since he was a puppy. They are fantastic there.
