These people are always there for me and my child, Jasper. I will always trust this place for my vet needs.

They are amazing!!! All the stuff was very nice and caring to my two dogs. My baby Roco had a terminal disease, and Dr Burton took care of him all the way to his passing. She also clearly explained to me every step of the treatment (pros/cons). I feel so comfortable on having Rita in their hands. I have been in taking them to other clinics before with negative experiences. Millcreek clinic has been the best, 100% recommended.

Dr. Burton was difficult to understand and hurried, our dog was never even put up on the exam table.. We felt like she didn't address all of our concerns with our dog. She said she'd be back, but never came back in the room, so we left with many concerns never addressed. Too much effort to sell her brand of dog food, she lost interest when we told her we only wanted vegan products.

Caring staff, one of the few places open over the holiday weekend to fix my cat's surprising ingrown claw damage. They missed one claw though, but addressed it quickly on a return trip. They patiently explained details when I asked.

Always fast and friendly service, never try to sell you anything your furry friend doesn't need and points out cheaper options to medicines.

Dr. Toshiba Burton was amazing. She found an issue that my dog was suffering from that I wasn't even aware of. The entire staff was caring and efficient. I recently found Millcreek Veterinarian when my Veterinarian retired. Dr. Prior took care of my pets many years ago before he moved to Park City and I've always considered him the best Veterinarian I've known. I was thrilled to find out that he bought this business and I trust that he has great people on the staff.

Vet Anderson: concerned, caring for my 16 year old dawg; excellent medical assessment & realistic treatment recommendations have improved situation. Office staff helpful, kind & calm; Vet intern(?) notified pharmacy to ensure prescription filled before closing. Vet Techs gentle & thoughtful with helping my old fella move about - he obviously felt secure. Toenail Clipping: great job on never before cut nails. Reasonable $.

NO ONE knows what is going on, Dr's don't know prices, they don't tell you what you should do they just tell you "you can" do this.... we take animals to you to get good care and recommendations. also they are very expensive for such bad customer service, we will not be back.

A little hard to find but compassionate friendly helpful staff. Very caring for you and your pet.

the vet and crew were wonderful in helping my 23 year old cat cross that bridge. I have a new vet and they get all my recommendations!!! They made a horrible day a bit easier and I thank them!

Absolutely wonderful. Dr Prior is so passionate for animals and willing to help in every way. The Millcreek Veterinary clinic has been letting me borrow an oxygen tank. They are certainly going above and beyond.

Really wish I could give this place 5 stars but my dog's recent surgery has been a subpar experience. On surgery day, I was told the doctor would call me after to update me and that I would be able to pick her up around 3...come 2:30 I still hadnt received a call so I called in and they said that everything went well and that I could pick her up in an hr. Once arriving, I was told that the grand total would be 1,012...12 over the max amount they quoted me for what they said was a very easy surgery (removing a bladder stone). The low end was in the 600s. I was shocked as I had the same surgery last year, which was much more complicated and it cost me in the 700s. I brought this up and they put me on hold. Back on, they told me they made a mistake and lowered it to the 800s...still high but lower than the original fee. Couldn't help but feel like they were trying to rack up my bill for a 20 min surgery. When leaving they gave me the stone, which I asked if they needed to send it for testing and they replied they already had what they needed. Later that night I received an email that I needed to return it from 12-4pm...a time I should be at work...because they misspoke earlier. Overall I feel like I probably just had a rare experience, but their professionalism needs help and I feel like they could do a better job apologizing for their mistakes. Needless to say I will probably be looking elsewhere for my pups future medical needs.
