Brought my 8 month old puppy there for a trial day and when I went to pick her up and just see how she was playing with the other dogs they lady at the front desk called back and told them to bring Bella out, the guy James walked towards her and she ran away so he picked her up she got even more scared and he literally chucked her on the floor. NEVER bring your dogs there i will not be going back my blood is boiling because of how disgusted I am.

Twice now my pup has come home with something in his fur. Once was after I paid for a bath. When I got home I had to get him another bath. Checking in and checking out is always a breeze and employees are always organized and friendly . Last visit he came home with two small puncture wounds. While their web tends make one believe overnight stays price includes their own sleeping area. Unfortunately several are in the same sleeping quarters. I also was no one is staying in the facility overnight, so if a problem arises they won't know until next morning . I agree with others that dogs don't get a lot of attention as far as play time.

They were great! Got photos of my cat daily and he seemed very well taken care of.

I was worried. My dog was not used to boarding but they made it easy. Took the time to help Limcoln feel at home and tried both big dogs and medium to help him feel safe. He is medium but felt safer with the big dogs. I recommend this place because I could tell they really care about dogs.

This is a great dog daycare and boarding facility. They're caring, positive, and polite. We've taken our dog here many times over the past year. When we bring her to daycare or pick her up, it hardly ever takes more than 60 seconds, unless we want to speak with the staff, in which case they're always available.

I went to pick up our family dog from here because there had been a miscommunication in our house. I know I have permission to pick him up because I have in the past, but before I could even speak the lady who works the front desk started yelling at me about “not getting involved in our family drama” which there wasn’t any and she wouldn’t even let me explain. She just kept yelling at me to get out and leave in front of another costumer. We have loved Camp Barkalot in the past but after that experience, I have found it very rude and unprofessional. The yelling was unnecessary and she could have waited to talk to me until she was done with the other costumer; she also could have heard me out and looked up my name to see I have picked our dog up in the past. Rude and very disappointing experience

Can’t say enough good about this place. Reasonably priced and my anxious dogs LOVE it. We usually just do daycare but do occasional boarding and they come back stress free. Thank you, camp barkalot!

The staff genuinely cares about the dogs. Not to mention, it's the most affordable daycare I've found in the valley. Our dogs love it!

They worked my dog into the schedule when they were full & even gave a report card. My dog had so much fun there and came home exhausted.

11/2019 Mother-son business where the dogs are family. My shy pup is greeted with love every single day. He now is much braver in no small part to all the support the staff here give him. I feel so lucky to have such wonderful people, who treat the pets as if they are their own, available to me. 10/2020 Update: they noticed when I got a new car :) And, still remember every single dog's name.

Love Camp Barkalot. The staff are so friendly and kind. My dog loves coming here - she gets so excited as soon as I pull in the parking lot. She always comes home happy & exhausted. Their grooming services are great too. She comes home in a new bandana every time.

Great value. Great with the animals. I only drop my dog off for boarding about 4x a year. Every time, they recognize my dog and call him by name before I even check in! Incredible. He’s always very happy here.

Very sweet and friendly staff that clearly love the dogs. All the drawbacks stem from having A LOT of dogs in the facility: There were yappy little dogs behind the counter that made talking in the lobby difficult. The place smelled strongly of chemicals and urine, even out in the lobby. The staff to dog ratio was high. Disclaimer: I have only taken my furry lass in for daycare once, but that was enough to feel like I wanted to try elsewhere. I will probably give them another shot someday.

Our dogs love this place. As soon as we take the exit our terrier knows where we are going and gets so exited we have to make him calm down before he gets out of the car. We have used them many times for boarding also and we have been very happy with them.

These guys are the best in town. Pup is always tired and happy when I pick him up, not to mentioned bathed. Prices are awesome and that helps me a lot when I go out of town.
