Has lots of pet food and pet care products. Lots of fish, snakes, lizards, frogs, spiders, ferrets, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits to buy. Ngl though it kinda kills me to see all those animals in small tanks or cages. Hopefully they all get bought and are taken to a nice home.

I've been in there a few times the owner has a lot of knowledge. I can say I've had good experiences here and bad. It's a bit over priced. Returns I didn't have a problem with the owner took the tank pump back but I did have box and receipt. It was only store credit but we bought a ferret and turtle and that went toward that. We wanted to hold the pups but we're only allowed to pet them since we weren't buying them. I can understand why the owner said that though, to many looky loos that come there. The pets are taken care of and everytime I went cages were clean. The staff was very helpful everytime I went in.. My review is based on 4 times I went this month lol over all I'm still shopping here

I visited today to ask about hedgehogs and the guy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so happy I found this place. Their selection of fish, lizards and other critters is incredible. I'll be back very soon!

5 stars for the selection this store offers. 0 stars for the rude dude with face jewelry. If you don't like your job, find another one. I just found this pet store and my first visit there this dude asked me if I needed help and proceeded to be curt and irritable? IDK. The entire time he was getting me what I needed he was not nice. I don't need to be hand held and smiled at constantly, but barked at do you need anything else is not good service. I will end up going back sadly because of the selection but if I can buy it from anywhere else I will.

This store is great for those who love shopping local. The owner has been onsite every time I've visited and is very knowledgeable. The store is quite clean, well stocked, and the animals appear to be well taken care of. Appropriately staffed with employees who know what they're talking about. Highly recommend! Shop local and avoid the chain stores!

Very poor return policy! They don't do refunds!!! Only offer in-store credit for only 14 days from purchase!! Bad business model!! Also, the dirtiest, most foul smelling pet store in town.

Pretty cool little pet store! Lots of saltwater fish! Seems to have a little bit of everything.. not too steep of prices either..

Had what I needed .

I can never get anyone to help me here anymore. Today went in, knew what I wanted since I called ahead of time and stood in the fish department for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I went up front and the worker were helping people that can in after me or worse in their personal cell phones on the sales floor. I finally walked out and as I was, one of the workers on his phone said did you need any help? I was one foot literally out the door. By this time I was upset and had decided not to give them my business on their over priced fish. Why two stars and not one? They do have a selection of fresh and saltwater fish, high prices, but they are the only one that have freshwater. If you are looking for saltwater go to salty fins! They will take care of you and their prices are so fair. They treat you like family. Also they can get you what you need.

SO MANY ANIMALS FOR SALE.... SO MANY.... NO SPECIALTY.... JUST EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT UNDER THE SUN. Feels a little ghetto with so many animals packed in the store but its honestly a better selection than every other pet store in town combined

Awesome selection. You can get fish here that are very difficult to get in other places. Very pricey and staff seems very bothered and annoyed.

prices arnt the best to me but preaty good but they have agsatic pets so many thigs such a wide veriety of pets icouldent find madigascar cokaroches any were but there they have kittens puppys axilotels and lots of fish and turtels lizerds bunnys rodents and they have suplies to take care of the animales and cages food toys and more

Pros- Best selection in town Cons- 1.0 Extremely overpriced. Sure, They price match everything, but its ridiculous having to go ask for near 50% off of everything you ask for. The sales guys will make you feel like you're getting hooked up by giving 20% off, but then you get home and see every other retailer and the MSRP is still well below the "discount" they give you. I have shopped here for a long time and I'm over it, its ridiculous. 2. They also have some terrible housing- mixing several species that shouldn't be mixed. The tree frogs cage is COVERED in feces, with no hiding places, and EMPTY water bowls-- for FROGS I don't mind paying a little more for the help of staff and supporting a local business, but this is just price gouging-- seriously DOUBLE msrp..

I go there to get food for my Green Wing Macaw, which he loves. I was going to purchase extra toys while I was there but the prices were twice that of other local shops.

Lots to share about this place. Me and my girlfriend both purchases bearded dragons here, they were expensive but are both healthy and beautiful. We also have purchased a handful of other things at this store, all of which are very expensive! If you have prime they will price match if you can find the exact product on Amazon 75% of the time. Store is very claustrophobic and jam packed, although they do have a good selection, they really just need a bigger space. Employees are okay, sometimes are nice and helpful other times are very uncomfortable to be around and pressure you into buying. Do not buy dubia roaches from here. You can either get 20 from here for 16 bucks or 200 online for the same price.

I've been coming here for years, both for pets and supplies. Great place especially for fish, reptiles, and creepy crawlies. Most of the staff have been there for several years and are very knowledgeable and helpful.
