These were the first people who were able to help me out after reaching out to several other companies trying to get price quotes. It was two days of headache trying to get ahold of anyone at the other companies. I called K9 Kennel Store 1 time and Devon answered the phone and was extremely helpful. I will be going to K9 Kennel for any service that I need that they provide.

Im so frustrated with my purchase from this company. Arrived 3 weeks late - arrived DAMAGED - Arrived with NO instructions (aside from a 2 minute you tube video) - NO identifiable information for the various pieces - AND can't get ahold of anyone to fix the problems. No one answers the phone - goes straight to voicemail and if you do on the off chance get through - no one is available and they have to call you back but usually DONT! Im so frustrated after spending 22K and this is what Im left with. A broken pallet of pieces that were clearly welded at too cold of a temperature. My particular sales rep is super kind and lovely when we are able to chat but I cannot excuse the rest of the process because he did his job well and sold me this product.

First off I am really surprised by all the bad reviews. I had a wonderful experience with them. A couple panels were damaged during shipping but replacement panels were sent right away. I LOVE our runs that we got from them. My only complaint is they didn’t send directions but they have tons of videos on their website.

HORRIBLE customer service. Left several messages and sent several emails with no response. Did not receive what was ordered, however paid full price for a smaller version. Will never deal with the company again. Customer service can make or break a company.

Stay Away. You might get lucky if you never have an issue and don’t have to deal with their poor customer service. In my case, we thought we were ordering what seemed to be standard items from the web site. After they took more than $38,000 from us, they said it was a special order and would take extra time. We had no idea when we placed the order that it was special. Of course, this was for a new kennel business. We were delayed in opening because of the extra time to get our kennels. Ouch! Fine, we waited for the order and it finally arrived. Only half of it was damaged. K-9 seemed to take forever processing the damage. They gave us the run around for months. It has been 8 months and we still have not gotten everything. We asked for a refund for the items that were damaged but not replaced. K-9 refused. We will have to take them to court to get our money back. What can we do? We are trying to stay afloat with a new business, half the equipment and a pandemic. They repeatedly told us the replacements were ready to ship. They didn’t ship, and we didn’t get any tracking information. This went on for months. Now they claim the shipper lost our items. We have a tracking number so that is possible. The company is horrible, the quality isn’t all that great. What we got is rusty already. Their choice of shipper it terrible and by looking at other reviews, is costing k-9 repeat business. We won’t be back. There are other options out there.

I bought the ultimate castle kennel. All the components are made in China to a typical Chinese quality of materials and workmanship. The concept of the kennel looked attractive on paper/website, but the design and execution is very poor. The doghouse “castle” didn’t last a month as my dog chewed through the paper-thin plastic and escaped — see the attached pictures. When I reached out to the customer service asking if they would sell me a replacement panel and. If they would have any suggestions as to how to prevent the same from happening in the future, after asking for the pictures of the damage,I have had no other communications from the customer service even though I tried to follow up several times. So, no I am out of $2,500 with a pile of useless junk in my yard.

Horrible company blames all damage on shipper when there is no way 2 of the damaged units were in the middle of the pile of cages. Rude people slow reply. Also stated in stock when ordered and didn't shop for over 2 months. I have had 4 orders with this company I will go elsewhere for the major one next year for our 2400 sq ft expansion. Stay away from this place.....

If I could leave negative stars I would! Communication with this company is awful! Ordered in stock cages and got them 2-3 months later!! They came in damaged and it wasn't the delivery company that damaged them. Won't help me replace anything. Horrible company I will place my huge cage order next year with another company! Never again ????

I'm so disappointed with my experience with this company. I run a grooming salon/boarding facility and had really hoped to develop a good relationship with this company for future supplies and purchases. Unfortunately, my first purchase came to me with the wrong panels and missing items. Nothing has been done to remedy this despite reaching out to the company numerous times. I have tried over and over again to reach out to this company and have been more than kind and patient. I feel like they simply don't care about their customers. Unfortunately, I will never purchase from this company again nor do I recommend them.

3 bay, double door with dividers, quick and clean kennel system. As I unpacked, I found papers that read 'Examine package for broken or missing parts before signing for package'. As if the driver was going to wait an hour blocking my road with his Simi truck as I examined this multie many parts kennel system ????. But, either way they didn't mind sending the missing parts. Thing was, I received these huge dividers 2 different times, when all I needed was the TRACKS they lock or slide through. If the door slots hold 1 side of the dividers, what holds the other side stable? I explained it with pictures in emails, over the phone and the ppl just don't understand. Wouldn't have been like this if they didn't rush it and just call me, a picture, something to verify that they are sending the right parts. Not to mention the dividers are over kill, sharp edges. Cuts into your investment ruining it. I'll make my own dividers. Wire mesh welds are not clean. Many small cuts on finger tips from whipping down. Great kennels but can be awesome, I paid for awesome not just great.

Purchased the ultimate 8x24 kennel Castle in March, and I am not impressed. I purchased an additional dog barn style house and it’s already cracked from the weather, my dogs have escaped not once but FOUR times despite the dig bars. This was a nearly $6,000 investment and I had expected it to do as it was advertised. I expected a higher quality of materials.

I had written a separate negative review for this company when I bought my kennels a few years ago, and then changed it as promised to a glowing five-star review when they rectified the big problem with my order in a timely and efficient way. And I'm going to leave that review intact, as they acted fast to make things right in that instance. But now, here we are again, with another problematic order handled totally unprofessionally: Kennel accessories paid for seven weeks ago still haven't arrived (they've sent me the wrong items twice, the last one more than a month ago), and now my emails asking for a refund are going unanswered. After three days of crickets I'm now forced to dispute the charge through Amex. Such a disappointment, as I've now resolutely decided on switching to a new kennel manufacturer. Not sure if the issue here is company-wide or down to an individual. But I'm going to avoid naming names and just say the "customer service department" here needs an overhaul.

I purchased the 8 x 24 ultimate kennel pro version with extra canvas roof coverage and a three canvas side covers. I finally have something my two escape artists are not only happy in, but have yet to escape. One is extremely aggressive so a good, strong, hard to escape kennel was a must. It looks great, went together much easier then I thought (though the floor tiles were obnoxious to install over dirt, but that's my fault for having uneven ground.) Looking at it you can really see the difference from the usual tractor supply brand kennel. It is much heavier gauge wire, welded at each intersection, and best of all no stupid braces to connect it together. The kennel itself only took about 45 minutes to put together and no extra tools. The drop pin hinge system is wonderful! The swivel dog bowl system allows people to care for my angry dog when I'm out of town with out the risk of bites or escape. So far it has held up well to some nasty thunderstorms and high wind. I did put some T posts in at the middle intersections to keep the dogs from pushing out to dig (it did wiggle some without that but that could be my uneven ground too) and help keep it in place in the wind, though its heavy enough I think that may have been overkill. We'll see how the canvas holds up in the winter but I'm fairly hopeful. Overall I could not be happier with this kennel system, its expensive but worth every penny. Shipping was expensive but it did weigh 800 pounds, so I'm not really complaining. The shipping company was supposed to call to set up delivery and did not. They were very pleasant and easy to work with but I would suggest calling them and being proactive in order to not miss your delivery window. Thankfully I had someone else home who was able to inspect and sign for me. We also needed the tractor to get it off the truck as the lift-gate could not do it on its own, it was too heavy. If you do not have a tractor or bobcat to assist be prepared to take it off the truck piece by piece.  Pallet arrived well packed with no damage.

I am very disappointed with my purchase from this company. I ordered the ultimate kennel and waited about a week to call them because my order was still showing in process. the lady that answered told me they are way behind on orders and it will go out in about a mont. the shipping company finally delivered the kennel and the 3 panels not the bottom were damaged. My order was also missing items. They did send me the missing items and 3 replacement panels. It took another month before they arrived and the bottom panel was damaged again. I took pictures and contacted them again. I got an email stating there is nothing we can do because its not on the shipping receipt. So 2 months in and 3500.00 and I end up with a damaged kennel. I also ordered a heater for the kennel and its been on backorder and will be for at least another month. I would definitely look else where for a kennel.

I just order our Barn Kennel Combo. I was so happy with the customer service while ordering these - I talked to Chris both days and I had a lot of questions as I wanted to make sure I was getting a dog house/kennel that would fit my Goldens. He happily answered all my questions and even went out of his way to measure the dog house for me to see what we would need trailer wise to pick up. Very happy with my experience with Chris and the K9 Kennel Store their prices are hard to beat I have been looking for months and their products looks really nice - We are very excited to get these and try them - Will defiantly be back for when we need more - Thank you Chris and K9 Kennel store

I'm not a fan of negative reviews, but this is truly the worst company I've ever dealt with. The stainless steel cage banks we purchased did not line up properly. After sending them pictures of the cage banks, they said they accidentally sent us 3 different models and that is why they weren't lining up properly. They took 0 accountability and did absolutely nothing. The the gentleman on the phone was very polite and acknowledged the mistake and said the owner is not willing to make things right. After numerous times trying to reach the owner I finally gave up. I spent about 15K in stainless steel cage banks that do not look correct. After googling this company and seeing their track record, I wish I did more research before buying from them. BRUTAL COMPANY. DO YOUR RESEARCH.

I purchased the 8x10 expanded metal dog kennel with door. The kit came expertly packaged on a long-pallet with plastic wrap, straps, and blots. From first impression, the packaging looked great and you could tell it was done with extreme care / purpose. Unboxing also immediately showed that all the parts were very high quality and manufactured with assembly in mind. Kennel went together in under 30 min. with ease, including the no-dig keep outs. Very well built, very happy with the purchase. Nice job, I'll definitely be back for accessories, etc.

We have dealt for years with this company. I bought my first set of Kennels in 2012, now 8 years later we have outfitted 3 more kennels and i just spoke to Chris and have placed another order to outfit two more kennels. We use the Kennel Pro system, and it is amazing. It holds up very well, we power wash daily, and they look brand new!! My freind is ordering her set for her kennel as well. Cannot thank the team ( Angelica, Tasha and Chris)enough for all the years of ordering help on the phone. Chris is a new team member and he is great to work with!

I purchased the multiple Kennels and cage banks from K9. The quality of the materials for both were amazing. I did research before ordering the kennels and cage banks from different companies. I can say the customer service is great and the turnaround time is exactly as K9 said it would be. We were waiting to see how the ordering process and customer service went before my daughter placed an order. She is in the process of ordering kennels now from K9.

I would provide a 5 star review, but the delivery service used was not really concerned with the customer. The delivery service had my product for 4 days and had not even called to schedule delivery. So, I went to go pick it up 35 minutes away from home. When I got there there were not busy at all and had not loaded my kennel. Then when they finally bring it out, I noticed damage to the box that was inside the kennel panels. I followed all of the warnings that K9 kennel store provided ahead of time and it seemed the delivery service wasn't in any hurry in correcting my issue. I showed them the pics K9 kennel store provided to confirm it was damaged during transit. I never received any communication from the delivery service. Since I was skeptical of the outcome I sent the pics and a concern to K9 kennel store. They responded immediately and got my missing hardware to me very quickly. I would buy from them again, but request a different freight carrier.

K9 Kennels service was very good. Amber was knowledgeable and helpful. My order arrived early and because we were in the process of moving it was very helpful. The quality of the materials was top notch. We did a three sided kennel up against our house and it went up quite easily. We added turf, tiles, paving stones, and camouflage side and top covers. I ordered a few extra parts after the original assembly. Once I started putting it together I decided to attach it differently than I originally had planned. The dogs love it and it helps me keep them clean when bad weather hits our 3 acres. I am very picky and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a kennel.

Bought a deluxe kennel. The metal work is very good and the kennel went together easily. Really like the feeding system with stainless steel bowls. The bonus item was a dog cot, but when we opened it up, the canvas had been sewed too tightly for assembly. Sent it back with a note and voila - a new partially assembled cot showed up at my door. My dog loves the cot. Thank you to the customer service team for fixing my issue with no hassles.
