Always keep my baby beautiful

All the staff at Alexander's are very well chosen employees. They are kind animal loving individuals who. do professional grooms and care. Our corgi Cooper loved to go there for the interaction not his bath. Sadly we recently lost Cooper from age related issues. We are now starting a new journey with our 14 week old Shorkie-bicheon named Teddy. I would only trust these dog loving people with Theodore B. You won't regret taking your"family member" to Alexander's.

Absolutely perfect. I've had my toy poodle mix go here twice and he comes out PERFECT. A lot of places shy away from the fancy haircuts but they actually can execute them well here. It's amazing to find a place that can actually cut a poodle into a poodle cut.

Always a great experience with my dogs, Cooper and Willow. Staff is friendly, prices have always stayed consistent, they don’t try to push me to get services my dogs don’t need. Only downside is they can be booked out for weeks, but that’s because they’re amazing and everyone should bring their dogs here. But please don’t come here if you’re not willing to tip the employees at least 20%. They’re amazing and deserve it.

Got a good 'pawdicure' for our skittish dog, in the midst of a very busy small grooming place!

They did alright on our husky. He's definitely clean and trimmed up, however they left a small patch on his leg that's kinda short and his nails are all jagged and splintered

We love this place and they do such a good job on our Golden Retriever and our Red Doodle!

I love Alexander's Pet Grooming! They take great care of my sweet chihuahua, Oatmeal. She gets really nervous around other dogs, but they keep her calm by showing her lots of love and treating her gently. Whenever I pick her up, she's always looking great and smelling good. I've been taking Oatmeal there for at least a year, I believe, and will continue to use them as long as I live in Utah.

Alexanders's grooming is truly the best, my little dog has always had a bit of an attitude and they know how to work with him to get him looking great!! They have complimentary in betweens, so you can come back before your next grooming session to shape up your dog's face or cut the nails. They are super friendly and much more affordable than other groomers. I truly love this place!!

They did such a good job with our maltipoo. They listened to our requests and used some photos for reference, and absolutely NAILED it.

Very friendly and professional staff! They did a wonderful job grooming our Australian Shepherd, Ozzy. He's crazy and they managed him with ease. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place!

Had the worst grooming experience of my dog's life at Alexander's. Brought my 20lb Labradoodle in for a cut and they decided it would be a great idea to completely shave him. I said I would like him short, but I don't know it what world "short" means the number 1 setting on a pair of clippers. And wait... it gets better - they charged me over $100 (with tip) to take a pair of clippers to a 20 pound dog. What a complete overpriced scam. And to top it all off, it's been nearly a week and my poor dog is still agitated by whatever they did expressing his glands. If you want to pay over $100 bucks for a shaved and uncomfortable dog, take it to Alexander's!

I'm absolutely thrilled. My pup looks and feels amazing. He's two and we tried Alexander's for the first time. Usually groomers seem uncomfortable working with my shy/fearful dog. They were totally confident and kind about it. There are no patchy spots or long spots like my old groomer would leave on him. No cuts or burns either. They carried out exactly what I asked for. :)

I feel bad leaving this review because everyone there was super nice but I was overall really disappointed with my first experience at this grooming salon. When I got there we discussed the haircut I wanted for my dog in detail and we talked about leaving her headshape round like a puppy cut, taking some length off the body, and I said I didn't like her tail left long and I requested the tail be cut to the same length as the body. I even showed several pictures to show what I wanted. I guess there was a miscommunication in there somewhere between the guy I talked to and the guy who did the actual groom, because the haircut she got was the exact opposite of what I asked for. She just got shaved down pretty short all over including her head, (except for her ears) and her tail got left long like I asked them not to. She wasn't tangled or matted so there would have been no reason to shave her. They also said she would be there 4 hours and she was there for 7 hours, which I would have been fine with if she had come home with the haircut I had asked for. Plus she didn't smell all fresh and nice like normal after a groom. I think there were just so many dogs in such a small area that it made her smell bad by the time I took her home. I'm attaching photos of the haircut she got vs the reference picture I showed them at the beginning to show the difference.

I've taken my cat here three times now, and despite giving explicit instructions, they've entirely disregarded requested brushing/trimming each time.

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and very quick to get our dogs in to clip their nails!

I have been taking my Shih Tzu here for years. When I first started taking him there the owner was always there and so friendly, all the groomers were very personable. Now I never see the owner and I do not like the way the guy at the front acts. He is sort of snobby and acts like he is doing me a favor by letting me make an appointment for my dog. I am not going back I am sad to say, the last time I went there, I took my dog in for a free face trim and could not be back in 20 minutes like they said and he said to me well we will try to make it work this one time. Ugh!! After years of going there I would have thought he would have been more accomodating. I hate poor customer service. The people here used to be totally the best. Plus my dogs face look really stupid. I just don't get it.

Alexander's pet groomers did a outstanding job on my Sheltie. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Best place I’ve taken my pup!! I called to make a same day appointment and the guy on the phone was able to squeeze my Casper ???? in for a trim up! Dropped him off and came back to my dog looking so handsome!!! There were some nasty knots behind my dogs ears that I couldn’t get for the life of me... GONE!!! No scratches or cuts ... they had my dog looking ready to find himself a new lady for the valentines holiday.. only charged me 55$ for the bath plus trimming in needed areas! They rocked his haircut!!! Thanks so much to the crew there for taking care of my pup! Totally will keep coming here !
