Montezuma vet clinic has taken care of all my dogs and my families dogs. They have a professional tram of caring people that work for them. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I will continue to use them for many years to come.

Thank you, it was good to be able to have all three of our pet kids taken care of with one appointment. (2 dogs & 1 kitty vaccines updated, dew claws trimmed & kitty's eye injury diagnosed & treatment given with very little fuss). Thanks for gentle sweet caring.

The staff and Dr. Schmitt has always been very efficient and caring even if it is for a nail clipping on my Chihuahua Saffron. Highly recommend.

The first time I went there I was getting my cat fixed. They then told me that they had to do blood work on cats 6 or younger, then later told me the blood work was actually for cats 6 and older, so they ended up doing the blood work that cost me $700, just to get her fixed. Then on this past Friday I called them because my dog is registered there and he needed immediate attention, and they said they were not accepting emergency visits. They don't care about animals, they were just going to let my dog pass away. Which he did, thanks to their lack of help.

They are a very friendly place, and take great care of your animals.

Whoever the lady is that answers the phone is R U D E she couldn’t even give me a rough estimate for a teeth cleaning (something she should know since they perform so many of them) claimed she didn’t wanna go through the process of doing it

Would NOT recommend this clinic. I provided polite feedback that the clinic themselves solicited, and because it wasn't 100% positive, they refuse to help my pet who is in pain. Animal health and welfare is clearly not a top priority here.

Was trying to make an appointment for my dog the lady was very rude over the phone, yeah no I can imagine how they will treat your pets.

We have been patients of Montezuma Vet for 30+ years. We have taken all of our pets to them since late 80's. We have not been in recently and I was told that since I had not been to see them in 3 years that I would have to find a new vet. The pet I needed seen had been to them before and they refused to see us. After 30 years of giving them our business I am very disappointed in how they are treating local customers

It was fine. I brought him back because all the staff is very kind and explain things before performing procedures. Your bedside manner and respect for myself, my finances and for my pets is what I like about your clinic.

I have to pay for a deposit every single time I schedule an appointment because I rescheduled once I don't mind, but to keep reminding me throughout the phone call as if they are harassing me about my deposit because I had to reschedule once makes me feel more like they do not care for me or my animals which it seems they are more about money then the concern of what is going on with my animals. Every time I call it's like this. Their prices are a little ridiculous especially for an exam that they do not do very thoroughly. Because an obvious issue was missed which I ended up going to another vet for. I want to give them the benefit of doubt. But I'm really considering finding a new vet.

The first time I went they were good and caring however I was late getting my dog his rabies shot and they told me my dog was no longer a patient of theirs. I had to go somewhere else. So I rate them a 1 star.

Always great, friendly service. Using curb-side service with masks! Which is great for someone like me, immuno-suppressed and caring for elderly family members.

I rescued a cat about a month ago and she l’s still pretty skittish. She showed up with an abscess on her jaw and Montezuma Vet got her in quickly and while I was worried that she might not let them examine her, they did such a great job she was fine. I truly appreciate them!

They really are the friendliest vet clinic I've ever interacted with (and there have been MANY as I have moved around a lot). I appreciate that you can call in with a question about your pet, such as whether you should come in for an appointment or not, and they will answer you quickly and honestly. They must have very a very positive work environment, as everyone there seems happy. Thanks :)

5 years ago my dog got her leg amputated. 6 thousand dollars!!! Was told a spay was not nesssisary because she was old and didn't have many heats left. I didnt do it because I was already in the hole. Fast forward to this year. 2 sets of puppies!!!!! Now 9 years old and I called to get a spay because of obvious reasons. They wouldn't take her because she is an "inactive patient" She's nine. What would a dog need to go in for every year! She's not a human and doesn't get annual exams. Vibrant pet doesn't do them on older large bread animals so I'm looking at 1200 dollars! Because why? Because they didn't deem it nessisary and even after a fat wad of cash shes "inactive". Terrible customer service!!! And a terrible way to run a business.
