The team here is always so friendly and helpful. I had to take my cat in to be shaved because he had so many mats and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

Super.. have loved the way they have treated my dog and listened to my concerns and I know there were times when I was not the easiest pet owner to deal with!!

I Had to take one of my puppies in. they were so Amazing, quick, friendly and seemed to really care! I also really appreciate them fitting me in and they give very good directions????

Petsfirst does an amazing job! I brought my one year old timid dog in today and they treated him with such patience and loving care. They were very understanding of him and wanted him to be comfortable. Very helpful in answering questions and customer service is spot on!

I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff here… I have a 6 month puppy that all the sudden got incredibly ill, another clinic in Box Elder took it upon themselves to take the slow approach to treating him. By the next morning, he was so lifeless. I reached out to this incredible crew and they got him in immediately to start trying to diagnose and treat him. They kept him for the day and we followed up the next morning where they wanted to keep him again for observation. Dr. Johnson had said that if he wasn’t well enough to come home the first night, he would personally take him home to watch over him. We aren’t completely healed yet, but he is now a night and day difference from when I originally took him in. I am grateful for their fast approach and compassion to get him better. All of my business will be moved over to this amazing group. They truly care for the animals they see.

They never treated my pet as an animal, but as a member of my family. You feel that they truly care about you and how your beloved pet is feeling.

Today is the third trip to this very fine veterinarian establishment! 2 years ago we took our beautiful little dog to be spayed, they treated her like the princess that she is and were very professional every interaction we've had with them. We continue to take our dog for service at this establishment because first of all their prices are reasonable and they are very professional and very clean. We continue to return to this establishment for our 6 month supply of Heartgard and our yearly shots! I highly recommend this establishment for your veterinarian needs! Keep up the hard work petsfirst you're doing an amazing job! Update:: been bringing our sweet dog here now for many years! I don't have one single complaint I'm not a big five-star review giver but they are in every bit of five stars. I went in last Wednesday to get my dog her boarding vaccinations and just get a good overall wellness check and pick up a box of heartgard. They got me in and out in under 15 minutes. They're always so good to the animal and they show their full attention to the animal the entire time also make me comfortable as well! I can't say enough about this establishment I would recommend this place to my friends and family everyday of the week and a couple times on sunday! (Their closed Sundays tho) I wish you would stay open till about 1:00 on Saturdays but no big deal!! :)

Took my kitten there once a while back. Was very unimpressed, starting with a customer hitting his dog in the waiting area. No one was there except for me and him and all of the workers and not one of them corrected him. And it was not a tap. Not a place I would frequent.

We took our Catahoula Dash in. He was having a serious allergic reaction to something. They took him in. They took her good care of him. Dash was not jumpy hyper which surprised me. As he is with this way with everyone. What got me is the call later on to see how he was doing. We alerted them that he was starting up again. They said when we get back in town (we are truck drivers) call and see if their lab tech was in. We did this morning and they set us up for 4. Now that is what I call an awesome ???? vet. They really do take a pet first and not only treat them as a pet but a true member of the family. If I could give more stars it would be done.

Best vet clinic in Brigham City!! Staff are all awesome and Dr Johnson is very nice and always treats my dogs very well. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and do not take your pet here. I called when I arrived and waited in the parking lot 45 minutes before someone came out, with no acknowledgment of the wait. The vet who saw my dog was mumbling/slurring so bad and the environment is so loud and chaotic, I couldn't even understand what he was saying and neither could his assistant- both of us asking "What?" over and over. The environment is completely chaotic and loud- 7000 people talking as loud as they can, almost screaming, while I'm struggling to understand the vet who's still mumbling and going on about who knows what. Over $200 later, I still have no clue what's wrong with my dog. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

All the people in this Bldg are very nice and care. The Vet doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful! I've been bringing my dogs here for a lot of years and have always been happy with them!
