Check availability online and it’s apparently geared to automatically tell you there is availability no matter what. Nobody answers the phone, and when you leave a message they don’t call back, just send a pre-canned email telling you your booking has been declined. This business needs to modernize and improve on customer service.

We love taking our dogs here! Reasonable prices and everyone is so friendly. We've had our dogs stay overnight on several occasions and haven't had any issues! Hope to be using their services for a long time!

I've been taking my dogs here for years and don't ever plan to use anywhere else. I ran a boarding kennel myself for 5 years, and it's my opinion that everything from their cleaning regime to dog handling is top notch!

Sydney's Bed and Biscuit saved the day! Our little puppy had the time of her life with them! She curled up right after she got home and slept all day!

We love Sydney's BnB! My dog has boarded here several times. He happily goes in with the owners(which is rare for him) at drop off and he's always tired when he gets back, indicating that he's always had a fun time playing there and that they also take really good care of him :). We have never faced any issues here. The owner is very kind and respectful. Would highly recommend this place.

Love this place! I’ve been taking my mini schnauzer here for daycare & boarding since 2012 and they are so good with him. He starts squealing with excitement whenever we get close to drop him off. The staff are friendly and easy to work with and I love the socializing time my dog gets.

We had our 2 dogs stay a few nights here and it was a great experience!! Sydney is the sweetest! And Cole was very professional and helpful as well. We have never left our dogs with anyone except family before. So we were very cautious and did a TON of research on where to send them. 10/10 would recommend this Bed and Biscuit!!

I can't say enough good things about this place! My dog has stayed for overnight boarding many times and always comes home happy and tired. Last week I had an emergency while I was out of town and my other arrangements for my dog fell through and Cole went above and beyond to make sure that my dog was able to come in. They truly care about your dog and I love knowing she is safe and well cared for while I am away. You guys are the BEST! Thank you!

Any time we're going out of town we take our dog to Sydney's! They take good care of the dogs, and we never have to feel worried about our pup when we're away.

I have the hardest time leaving my dog when we go out of town. This is the only place I trust to watch my doggo. My doggo knows the employees and gets excited when we drop her off! Best service for dog boarding in Utah county. Highly recommend to anyone!

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place is! I always know my pup is safe, well taken care of and comfortable. They even give the pups a complimentary bath before you pick them up. To top it all off they can text !!! So you can update them and they can update you if needed. Really, simply the best.

We've been taking our dog here weekly for daycare for about four years. They do a great job caring for him and helping him get out his energy. We also use them for boarding when we go on trips. Our dog loves coming here and often runs to the front door. Wags his tail when he sees the staff.

Been taking Gracie or my past dogs here for nearly 8 years now. I have had several dogs and they all loved going to Sidneys for both daycare and boarding. When we pull up front to drop her off, Gracie can’t be contained. She loves going there and can’t wait to get in. The staff is great. I’ve recommended them to all my friends.

They do a great job of taking care of my fur babies! My dogs love being here and always come home happy. What I love the most is they allow all 3 of my dogs to be crated together at night (I have one 50lb dog and 2 dogs under 25lbs). This really cuts down on the stress of being boarded. One of my dogs has health issues and they always make sure she gets her meds and is looked after. Needless to say, they treat my puppies like family and I cannot recommend them enough! This place is amazing!

I love this place!!!! My dogs get super excited once they realize we are around the corner from Sydney’s and they will go right in. When is time to go home they don’t want to leave. My dogs recognize the people who work there whenever we run into them. That’s my dog’s home away from home. ????????????????

I love Sydneys bed & biscuit! $24 a night and they treat my dog like he's their own. Lucky likes being there and gets a lot of play time. I paid $39 a night at another place before and paid $400 when I had to go out of town for a funeral. At Sydneys, it's a great price with special loving care. I love patronizing a small family company!
