Great place to take my dog. They do a great job. Darika does a great job.

Even though they're out of stock of what I normally get the young lady was extremely helpful and stuck with me until I got something else

They never have what I need. I have to go 30 minutes out the way for some small crickets and a filter for my fish just one filter I don't want it all in pack.... One thing they never have live small crickets. And waxahachie don't have any other pet stores they need to stock more small crickets!!!! And I'm tired of it

The store is clean and laid out in a logical manner. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff, professional and polite. Did a great job on grooming my extra large 1 year dog that is the size of a full grown dog already.

I understand rules and protocol. However, what I don't understand is wasting my time by not notifying me in advance. This is the second time I've booked an appointment only to arrive, be asked additional questions and then be unable to get my dog groomed. Communication is key, and that is something this establishment lacks....well, at least until you arrive. Then it's a 50/50 chance of your dog getting groomed.

The employees here are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

All the team worked so well together, I was able to get what I came for and get on my way with other errands!

Be very cautious using their grooming services. Without going into detail I had to drive my dog straight to the vet after leaving PetSmart Waxahachie. Needless to say they were not friendly and accommodating when trying to speak to them about the issue. NEVER AGAIN.

They have so many kittens looking for new homes! The staff is kind and the sales are really good!

The place to go for ALL your pet needs in Waxahachie. Whatever you may need is located here, they also carry different kinds of pets. Hamsters, reptiles, you name it, they have it. The selection of quality dog food is venominable, leashes, collars, dog harness they have it. Ever sort of healthy snacks or food for your pet us here. Highly recommended.

Wrong order delivered today & they won't have someone come back & pick up the wrong order & bring the correct order

Not enough employees to handle the customers and a few walked out since no one was available to wait on them.

My grandson Mason and I went and bought a Beta fish. I spent $50.00 after we got everything it needed. One week later the fish he named Jeffrey died. I think they need to pay better attention to those fish. The females looked like they were almost near death. Their water was murky. They sell them for $19.99 and they live in a small cup with a lid until they are sold. You would think they would have them in a better environment. Just saying.

The customer service was great today, unfortunately I did not catch the ladys name but she was a big help

I've gone to alot of different petsmarts and this one is pretty similar to the others except the fish department. Seems like every time I go in there I see dead fish in each tank. Some have been there for a long time. I won't ever buy fish there again.

Great for pet-shopping & getting supplies for your pet. Some dog supplies aren't in stock so I'd also suggest Chewy.com but other than that, great service.

My car was scratch on windows and paint in parking lot . Not good security . Ladies and children should be vigilant in this location. Can't recommend this location for security reasons .

They asked to price match a product I came in with a picture looking for, and saved me $10. I didn't even know they did price matching.

Anything that you need for your pet you can get it

First time I brought my dog to visit. She said it smelled interesting and she met to friends.

Didn't have betta fish that I needed. All the Betta's they had left looked sickly.

Employee sold me a “tough power chewer” dog toy and assured me toy would not be easy to destroy. Puppy mutilated toy in 30 min. Tried to take it back and employee said there’s nothing they could do. If you don’t have correct information about items you sell then just say that. Don’t say make up info just to sell item ???? I’m going to also leave this review on the toy manufacturer’s site.

Great place but the Waxahachie store needs people who know about the animals they are selling products for. Like the fish dept...

Nice and clean, didn't stink, they had 6 or 7 kittens that need homes. Staff was very helpful.

Claim they couldn't groom my 5 month old German shepherd cause he was scared we came back to get him after he had been there over 2hrs and he was still wet
