Dr. Surber and her staff are fabulous. I've been with Dr. Surber for over 20 years. She is the best when it comes to knowledge and the latest vet. developments. The entire clinic is kind, understanding and return calls in a very timely manner. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The clinic is very clean. Staff is very nice and courteous.

The staff at Crossroads went out of their way to make sure we were seen quickly and we are so grateful! Everyone there was so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Dr. Hendricks and her staff for all of you 4 legged kiddo needs!

We took our dog in for a rattlesnake shot and they were very helpful and nice. We plan on being our two other kittens here soon for a wellness check.

This is the best veterinary clinic I've been to. Dr Hendricks is so knowledgeable in veterinarian medicine, she far exceeds any other Vet I've taken my pets to. She is loving and compassionate to her patients and does a thorough job. The staff is always pleasant and professional and do their best to work you in in an emergency situation. I take my dog and cats to her and she makes them well again. We are truly blessed to have the Crossroads staff here for our 4-legged family members!

I guess I would have given it a 5, if I would have been able to come in with my pet, esp. for the first time. I usually have several key questions and observations I could have shared that are helpful in the process of diagnosis when I actually see the doctor in person. I want to meet who is actually working on my pet and have a sense of who they are that is working with my pet. Also, I like to see inside the place the standard of care in the facility and where my beloved pet is going. This is an important connection that needs to be made. I understand the CV standards, but I feel it’s completely inapplicable when sanitary precautions are met. Now, I feel another Appt. is needed, bc it was not as thorough as I would have liked...we will see after the 30 day mark. Otherwise, he’s better, but still showing ear issues after a strong med recommended/given to relieve the ears. It would have been nice to have a follow-up call and a helpful small diet evaluation alternative/health supplements suggested/small written note on contraindications/ingredients of the strong med placed into his ears considering yeast allergies were the assumed culprit. I’m used to this level of care/follow-thru at my old amazing experienced vet. With that said, I appreciate the decent level of basic quick care if you can’t get in to your primary in the meantime.

They have taken care of my Jager Kitty so well. He's almost 15 and the amount of care and love they give him is unmatched. If it wasn't for their care I don't think he would be the age he is now with the spunk of a kitten. Thank you all for what you. If I could give more that 5 stars I would.

If you have concerns about visiting your vet during this crisis please consider Crossroads Animal Clinic. I had doubts about taking our dog in but because this clinic went above and beyond to keep the hoomans safe and our furry friends safe my concerns were totally unfounded. Excellent vets, excellent staff!!!!

This place is great. They genuinely seem to care about your animals. They give honest opinions and feedback. They tell you about options but don't try to upsell you and give honest opinions about the options they're offering. They tell you about pros and cons of different treatments or medications. The main vet will talk to you and really listens to your concerns and offers treatment objectively. She'll tell me if a treatment beneficial to the dog or just makes me feel better. She's been very honest with me. It's hard to find that kind or candor today and it lends itself to trust. This is a very good clinic and I recommend them anytime I'm asked.

I have recently moved to Waco and needed to find a Vet for my dog Callie who has diabetes. I was very impressed with Crossroads staff and Dr. Hendricks. Unfortunately I was unable to take her inside because of Covid precautions being taken. I understand why but it is hard to give up your pet and have her taken into a place where you don't know the people. Dr. Hendricks and staff made me feel very comfortable and gave me confidence in the practice under these very difficult circumstances. I highly recommend Crossroads Animal Clinic.

I've been using Crossroads Animal Clinic for about 17 years now. Been very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. They always treat me and my dogs as if we are "special." These folks really know what they are doing!

Dr. Marla Hendricks is a fantastic veterinarian! She takes the best care of our two puppies (Edith and Teddy). If you're in the Waco area, I 100% recommend that you use Dr. Marla Hendricks as your primary veterinarian. Dr. Hendricks is so thorough in her explanations as to what is causing your dog(s)/animal(s) health issues, and Dr. Hendricks personally gives you detailed explanation of the course of action that she believes will get your puppy back to being as healthy as possible. When you call Crossroads Animal Clinic (Woodway), Dr. Hendricks will even pick the phone up and be the receptionist. I absolutely love that! This shows that Dr. Hendricks is engaged in the business as a whole, not just the person who evaluates the dog(s) health and prescribes medicine. In addition to Dr. Hendricks, she has put together a well-qualified team of veterinarian technicians/assistants. The technicians/assistants are just as happy and friendly as Dr. Hendricks herself. Any questions that you ever need answered are promptly answered right then and there or through a call back. You can tell that Dr. Hendricks takes pride in and truly loves being a veterinarian for the Waco, Texas community. The services that Dr. Hendricks provides to the community are truly invaluable. When you go to Crossroads Animal Clinic (Woodway), you mean something to Dr. Hendricks, and, more importantly, your dog(s)/animal(s) mean something to her. We will only be in Waco for a short time, so it will be sad when Dr. Hendricks can no longer be the veterinarian for Edith & Teddy. We will miss her dearly. Thank you so much, Dr. Hendricks! The people at Crossroads always took the best care of my little Willow. They were loving and compassionate right up until the end when we had to put her to sleep. Now a year and half later they were my first choice for my new fur baby little Lucy.

My 8 month old little buddy (dauchound) got into something that didn't agree with him, dang near killed him. Crossroads helped bring him back, good as new! Thanx to all that contributed to his recovery.

Our family has used Crossroads Animal Clinic for about 5 years now. The staff has stayed the same professional, kind and caring group since the first kitten well visit. They are patient with my relentless questions and compassionate with my timid babies. They are flexible with appointments for urgent matters and calming when I worry. I can not speak more highly of this office!

All the vets and techs are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can tell they really care about your pup vs other places that just want to make a buck!

They were very helpful with the problem my dog had very knowledgeable. The people were kind considerate they were more than happy to take the time to discuss with me optional solutions to the possible problems that my dog has. Best Vet clinic in Waco!!

I take all my pets here because everyone here is very friendly and helpful. From mystery illnesses to regular health check ups they work diligently to help you understand what's going on and answer any questions they can. They also understand that sometimes you just don't have an unlimited budget and they help save money any way they can find an opportunity.

Excellent staff to customer ratio and highly skilled. (Unlike many others in Waco where it seems like you're in a long line at Wal-Mart customer service). The main Doc is intuitive and was able to know one of our dog's was more emotional and sensitive than the others. How did she know that? ???? All around expert care of our 3 furry family members! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
